called once trying to find a part first time i was hung up on waiting for the employee who apparently knows how to tell someone if they have something in stock called back no answer called again no answer, just pointing it out every employee who answers the phone should at the very least be able to confirm or deny weather something is in stock or notI have finally gotten a hold of the part I needed thanks to a very wonderful employee and a Miss Sylvia I believe her name was if it was not for her being such a wonderful employee and a joy to deal with and going the extra mile to vote verify they actually had the part and going to get it and putting it on hold for me. I would've left it at one stars. Miss Sylvia deserve five stars all day long.

Still can't be bothered to pump that propane.Some things never change.Found a new source for the grilling season.If they don't want to deal with you, they won't answer the phone.

They never have bags,you have to carry the stuff on your hands.their excuse is they run out of bags,you go 2 weeks later,same excuse.how can you go to a store that no have bags?

Bought a car jack on Saturday At the liberty Township location..It wasn’t what my husband expected it to be so I had to go to the Middletown tractor supply to pick up peaches from the peach truck so decided to return it there for convenience..The woman working that day gave me a hard time about returning it at the exact location where I did not buy it she then said she cannot return it because they did not carry those at the store. I walked back and saw they had three of them on the shelf and told her they had them in the store . Then she changed her story and said well that’s even worse and she could only give me a store credit. I told her I had just purchased it the day before and nothing was wrong with it and she still would not take it back. I took it to the location I originally bought it from and they returned It no questions asked. I will never buy anything at the Middletown tractor supply ever again.

I've literally heard every excuse for not filling propane. Even when they have it you cant buy it! About 30% of the time. It gets old.Never mind they are out of pet food liter etc most of the time.Revolving door of employees, I would avoid this store!Customer since the opening day.

I’ve always gotten good service here. I always call ahead to make sure they can fill my propane in my rv. I think there has been only one time they were out. But for the people who like to complain about their propane not being filled just pick up a phone and call, not that hard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I would agree with other reviewers that sometime there are not enough of them and I've had some long check-out was because of that. I still give them 4 stars because I their friendliness and the fact that they will go out of their way to help. Also I think they have some amazing end of season sales with items that are sometime 50 to 75% le less than Amazon prices.

Wish I could give 0 stars. 5 times I've tried to order online and 5 times something always happens and I don't get my products. Call the customer service just to sit on hold for half an hour to be told they don't know how to fix it then get hung up on. This is more of a review of the company in general not the store employees. Unless it's one of them stealing my package when it arrives at the store. Bottom line save yourself time and energy shop elsewhere

Asked to get a propane refill on Sunday. Girl upfront said no and they couldnt do it and walked away. No reason given. I would totally understand if understaffed or another reason ,but none was given. Will go elsewhere for all transactions in the future

Excellent store for all your farming and home needs. Well stocked and presented orderly and neatly on all shelves. Great selection of merchandise with good quality. Well organized store, clean floors, employees who care about their business. The employees are invested to make Tractor Supply successful. Their exterior equipment looks as sharp and clean as all of their merchandise.

The cashier attempted to catch me up in her witchcraft word snafu, then attempted to provoke me, then gaslighted me when I remained calm. Stormed off in a fake emotional tirade to create a scene, then ensued with loud boisterous clamor to induce a response. As I calmly stood there, waiting. She progressed to hyperbole and slandering malfeasance, as I calmly stood, waiting. She stormed off demanding a manager.The machine said to remove my card, which I did, she engaged all of this hullabaloo by her own misgivings, she cancelled the transaction with the push of a button. All of this, to persecute a Christian.God BlessMercy🙏🏻😇🙏🏻

Love the store and most of the staff..however "Jessica " I'm not quite sure of what type of leadership role she plays but she shouldn't have a role at all. Horrible customer service. This review is based solely on her and not the rest of the staff or the store.

I love this place! Only place in town that carries my dog food. The pet store here in town carries a similar food, but it's almost twice what I pay at TSC. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They don't even get mad when the big dog gets excited and dribbles on the floor.

I liked at first but the girls at checkout counter are not friendly and the last few times I have to ask for items bought to be bagged.Other than that, great selections for your pets and outdoor equipment.

Just like the City of Middletown, this store is a complete disappointment. Unlike all of their Standalone stores this one is arranged completely differently and was impossible to find what I needed. It ended up that they were completely out of Dog Chow. Nice enough people but I won't come back.

I walked around that store for nearly 45 minutes and not x1 did anybody offer or ask if they could help me. No fault of anyone in particular just surprised. What I did like was the company price match saving me a trip to Rural King to get my MC battery. RK's price was 34.99. TSC WAS 69.99. THAT was pretty kuul

I really think tractor supply has everything. It's almost like if they don't have it you don't need it. No matter what I go there looking for it's on the wall, on a shelf or in a bin somewhere. The staff there is super friendly and very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Great place and they get 5 stars from me. !!!

Its awesome they have legit Vets come in on certain days looking at problems or giving them all their shots much less than going to Vet office yet still getting quality service. They also chipped our dog. Just Awesome

Went there to buy a lawnmower for my husband this pass Saturday I payer for the mower and could not get it started so he check the plugs and they was full of gas we was there for 2 hours out side I had a heat stroke. That was not fun for me I still can't think strate and today is Wednesday. This is the worst birthday present. They said that they have ordered parts to fix it. Still waiting!!

Good place to shop for pet supplies and stuff to help keep a large garden or small farm running. They also have boots and clothing and a lot of tools. You should really go at least once if you've never been. It's like a cross between a small version of rural king and harbor freight mixed togeather.

I wanted to buy some chains for loading a car on a trailer. The chain isle was a mess and many items out of stock. They didnt have what I really wanted so I made do with what they had. The check out lady was nice though.
