I'll give this particular dollar general some props. They are the closest thing to a grocery store in new middle town so I feel like maybe they try a little harder. It has an impressive alcohol section honestly. I frequent this location and don't have a laundry list of complaints the staff is always friendly.

You can find a lot more and then some at this DG then a lot of the other ones and the employees are phenomenal.. I wish they would pay them more then what they do for 1 ... amazing employees are hard to come by and keep 2. They have family, bill's, rent, school supplies and other responsibilities just like you instead of stuffing your pockets full of money why don't you give it to the people who really deserve it.... for once

Customer service is horrible during the day shift on Saturday. I’ve been told twice by the same person raspy voiced women “ oh well “ . The past 8 months I’ve been spending between 200.00 and 300.00 a week . Not anymore, twice bad attitude and poor customer service response .

The store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is courteous and helpful. Merchandise quality is what you'd expect from a discount chain. Good place to go for the basic needs of everyday life.

Decently clean place. Great workers, great food selection. Always have reasonable sales going on at the Dollar General in New Middletown, OH. There almost every morning.

It's hard to get signal to get onto the app in the store. They could use one more cashier probably because the lines get backed up. And I know the workers are working hard at the cash registers. Very friendly staff

I am at one or another Dollar Generals every 3 or 4 days. The little town I live in has a Tic Toc, a DG and a liquor store for our shopping pleasure. No grocery but DG carries basics -milk, bread, soup, snacks, candy, etc plus a huge variety of frozen foods which include pizza, ice cream, tv dinners. They are great for all paper products too and less expensive that most stores so I love having one in our town!!!
