My family has been taking their dogs here for years. For decades to be more approximate. I'm pretty sure it's a family-run operation. It is the best place to deal with and let's has been for my family. They've been going here so long that now that I am taking their dog in since they're unable to continue doing so themselves, most of the time they ask how my family is doing and ask about them as if they're their own family. The young gentleman who's typically in the lopping of some canines hair is who I've always dealt with and is entirly professional, fast, and most of all friendly and respectful. Even if your dog walks six inches in the front door and massacres their clean tiled flooring, after you just walked it to the grass and WATCHED it empty it's bladder about half a dozen times AND THEN bury some treasure for the animals who wander mover later in the afternoon. Thanks for that dog. Nothing says awesome first impression to strangers (this was thebfirdt time I'd taken thebdog myself and there's a room of employees and even patrons right up front that day...) than unconsciously remembering someone with the aromatic pungency of acrid dog urine...Juuuuust awesome, dog...But I digress...The place is great and they are fast. I'd say typically I'd leave the furball there looking like cross between a radioactive Beatle from one of their mid-career albums on a two week bender (think drunken Ringo found in dumpster midsummer...) and by thebtime they tell me to call maybe 3-4 hours later, the dogs finished and ready to be picked up....so it can once again immediately obliterate their clean tiled floor in the front room. (Are you serious?! You're half the size of my entire bladder, and you've let rip easily four times my entire days worth. And why's it smell like THAT?! You just had a checkup and your motor oils tiptop, so why do I feel like I will be joining some class action lawsuit in a few years from being anywhere near this stuff?! Do I need to tape this area off and evacuate the neighbors on this block to clean this up? I mean holy-...Again.. my apologies...If you need a place that will do a great job on your little family disaster maker, is friendly and fast, and honestly at a fair price, this would be the place I'd recommend. Maybe see if they'd let you know when I'm dropping this one off and try to get there before us. I can tell from peoples face sometimes as I walk by then that they're connecting that god awful stench with my face automatically. It's not really their fault, I can still smell it burning the back of my throat and my eyes start to water even now when I think about it...Alright this thing just keeps going off the rails, so...Bunkies = FIVE STARS!! ★★★★★

I just found this place on google the other day. I called and spoke with Tommy about getting my dogs nails clipped. Super awesome and friendly guy. Best part..... THEY DO NOT CHARGE to clip dogs nails. I insisted on paying him something and he would not take it. He was fast and my little Paco had no clue it was getting done. Thanks again Tommy for being awesome my guy.

Ruth Ann, Amanda and Tommy are so caring and attentive. My dogs were always afraid of getting their nails done and I took them to Amanda and now they have no problem with it. She always does such a great job!

Place is a little run down but Amanda is fantastic! The prices are reasonable and my dog always ends up looking great. On the one occasion her legs were left a little too long, Amanda was more than willing to bring her back in and fix it. My dog always gets excited to visit so I feel good about leaving her there. ❤

Love the owner highly recommend. My dogs nails needed sons and she took my dog in cause her nails were so long. Thank you you were the best. Another perk is she trims animals nails for free. With the pandemic going on help those who help others. Great great place.

My family and I have been taking our pets here for years! I took my dog in there to a get hair cut last week. That night after picking her up, I noticed she was scratching and biting. When I took a closer look, I noticed a huge rash on the inside of her leg and what looked like tiny cuts that had bled and scabbed over. After noticing the biting and scratching getting worse, I looked her over again and there were several scabs all over her body, and a really irritated, bright red rash under her arms. My dad went in to Bunkies with pictures and they denied it, saying it didn't come from them and argued that it didn't happen. I know it did! It wasn't there when she was dropped off. If they would own their mistake and maybe apologize for it happening, no big deal. I can understand things happen, but when they blatantly deny they did this to my dog, it's pretty infuriating. I will not bring my dog back there and I will make sure to let all my friends and family know to NEVER take their pets to this place.

We had been bringing our dogs to the owner of bunkies for three years. We had specifically asked for the owner ruthanne. To be the only groomer, that was not granted because she had too many to groom so her assistant groomed them our puppy once had a beautiful coat her assistant groomer was supposed to do a puppy cut not shave him bald now his hair will not grow back it has been quite a few months ago they were supposed to be trimmed and their face shaped and rounded like a pomeranian cut one was done properly and the other her face was uneven our red pomeranian her fur has grown back dull and uneven and we can still see the razor blade marks on our black pup we are very disappointed in the treatment and services we have taken our black pup to the vet and had bloodwork done because it was said that he may have a gland disease and that is why his coat would not grow back this turned out to be untrue and he is perfectly healthy. Therefore we do not suggest that you take dog here unless it is the owner specifically grooming your dog I understand that groomers have to learn about grooming but her assistant is learning on your dog's ruthanne is a wonderful person who cares but it needs to be clear to others if you are picky

This place does an awesome job on your pets.. They have awesome prices and your pooches will smell so good and will look great... Your fur baby will thank you making them look like a million bucks and smell like heaven.. The groomer really takes the time to do a great job..
