Michelle of Jinkie’s Jenkins Grooming is absolutely amazing! Such a kind, sweet person and I’m beyond thankful to be able to go to her for my new puppy! This is my first experience having a pup that needs frequent grooming and Michelle has been great with my pup & I on navigating everything! She got us in quick, was transparent and detailed about everything and took things slow with my boy since he was so nervous his first appointment. I picked him up from his 2nd groom today and both times she has done a fantastic job! I highly recommend Michelle, she is just all around an incredible person & groomer ☺️

Took our little min pin in today for the first time since I have not been able to reach our usual person. I was very impressed with this place. I called and got in same day. Everyone seemed very very friendly. Hannah did a great job with our little Meatball. We will definitely use this place again. Also, they offer Free Nail trims on the regular. ( Tips appreciated)** make note, this is a cash only place**They have a sign etc… but if you are not observant, you might miss it, like I did. 😂😂😂

We tried this place for the first time. We had April and she is the sweetest. We took our shitzu and she did such an amazing job. I felt comfortable leaving him and she was able to speak with me after—our dog doesn’t really do well with the groomers. But we are very happy to have found April!

FIVE STARS!! I’ve been taking my Newfoundland and my golden retriever mix to Mallory for over a year now and I could not be more pleased.She’s fantastic with communication, upbeat attitude, and grooming each dog to their individual needs. The team of ladies at Animal Arts Academy are all welcome to groom any of my dogs anytime. We’ve had wonderful experiences with Mallory, Cherokee, April and Haley.We LOVE Animal Arts Academy! I cannot recommend them enough!

My toy poodle Penny has been going to this groomer since she was a puppy and has never been anywhere else! Mallory and the team at animal arts academy love what they do and it shows! Mallory knows just what cut we want for Penny each time without asking and she also shows concern for her overall health, couldn’t ask for a better groomer!

I took my 6 month old puppy and Haley was amazing with him he was very nervous and she took her time and made sure he was comfortable if you want to go anywhere make sure you give them a chance you won't be sorry thank you very much we'll be back

I have been a friend of Mallory, Haley, and April for many years. I have used all 3 of them over the years to groom my lab/chow. Also, before AAA Mallory had boarded my dog as well. I knew my pup was in wonderful hands. I recommend the ladies at AAA to everyone! They will love your fur babies as your own. All have so many years of experience in grooming & or in Veterinary settings. You couldn't find a better place! Also, it's always a bonus supporting a local "small" business!

These ladies do it right! They take the time to understand your dogs and handle them the best way to get great grooming results. Our pups always come back happy, pretty, and smelling soooo good!The place is clean and so nice I felt great leaving them there, unlike some other places that felt a little dirty or sketchy. The cute retail stuff is awesome, too!If you want true professionals and a great environment, this is the place to go!

i took my buddy there sat. i was anxious about taking him to a groomer as i hadn't needed a groomer for over 30 years...haley was wonderful..i showed her some places i wanted her to be extra careful around and she was very willing to listen and when i picked him up he looked and smelled so good.....i will definitely be back....i also loved the pic of him and feedback of him in text form....thank you, haley!

I totally messed up and didn't fill out the form for safety in time before my dogs appointment for a bath and nail trimming but they were still able to squeeze her in. The girls that groom there are totally awesome and do a wonderful job. My dog has separation anxiety and usually doesn't do very well without me or my boyfriend but they said she did great with them and was well behaved the entire time. They definitely know what they're doing!

I will never ever ever take my dogs anywhere else!!!!! I've been to several groomers and they don't compare to how my animals are treated. They take their time and make sure our dogs are comfortable. The owner does me a favor and watches my dogs while I go on vacation. It's a breath of fresh air getting a photo of my dog sleeping in her bed🤣 comfort Also, please consider your own opinion by going to this place and seeing for yourself. Coming from a business owner myself, these negative reviews don't reflect their work but their flow of business to ensure the animals get the care they need. Do yourself a favor and disregard those and go see these awesome groomers! Down to earth!❤

My first time at this place and the customer service of Cherokee left a lot to be desired. 2 hours past the time I was told my senior dog would be ready, Cherokee came out to tell me that basically my dog is at the point of comfort grooming. This is the first I have ever been told this and her delivery was very blunt and given with no care. She also came out with a old, dirty harness that she tried to pass off as mine. She gave me the impression that she would not be interested in grooming my dog again. No offer to replace my new harness that they gave to someone else. Her service to me will keep me from coming back here or referring anyone else to this business.

Only place I will ever use for my sweet Milo. He’s a large golden doodle. And he always looking amazing after his groom. My son also takes his little Diva (small mix breed) there. She has separation anxiety. They handle her well. She gets groomed, hair color and nails painted. Hands down awesome place.

It's a wonderful place to get your dog groomed! Mallory did an amazing job on my Shih Poo! He was a hot mess when he arrived, but not after Mallory finished with him! I will definitely be taking him back when needed!

I brought my dog to Mallory, and she was amazing!I was worried with Xena being hit or miss with new people; and when we came Xena took right to Mallory! My worry was instantly relieved.Mallory did an amazing job on my girl; she was washed, dried, had nails done. And looked amazing! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

They do all 4 of my dogs and they are always returned to me promptly, happy and beautiful. I know my dogs are safe treated well at this facility and I cannot express to you the peace of mind that brings me. Not to mention they take Venmo, mighty convenient lol! Really though bring your babies here any size any age and the will be well cared for!

These ladies are honest, sweet, and love your animals like their own. They are patient and put your pets health and well being over anything but always manage to pull out beautiful grooms on every pet between feisty cats and rambunctious dogs. I'd never take my pets to anyone else!

Full disclosure, I'm not a client but another groomer in the area, and I have watched this group of women work so hard to have a nice, upstanding business that always does what is right for the dogs, regardless of pressure from clients to do otherwise.Ethical groomers who pass up a paycheck to do what is right for an animal are hard to come by. Always be grateful and listen when your groomer tells you your pet needs care that is beyond their scope, and recommends a veterinarian. They aren't doing it to be offensive; they're doing it to keep your pet safe.Keep doing what you're doing, guys.

Unprofessional! The first appt I booked, I arrived to the shop on time and no one was there. Stood outside and waited and then had to call. She eventually showed up about 30 minutes later and was very pleasant and did a good job on my dog so I decided to give this place another try. Second appt I booked online in an available slot but was later sent a message that the appt was declined without any explanation. Why offer the appt if its really not available? Definitely need more dependable workers! I won't be going back.

I was there for an appointment on Saturday May 7th but the attitude of the groomer Cherokee was why I did not leave my dog Toby in her care. She was rude and condescending. Also I thought I made my appointment with Mallory so I'm not sure why Cherokee was going to groom Toby. At any rate, you need to advise Cherokee to not disagree with the customer or to belittle how they want THEIR dog groomed. Toby has the Shih Tzu eyelashes and I do not want them cut. Cherokee said "I've groomed dogs for 10 years and dogs wiggle so I can't guarantee I won't cut them. Besides they're not that important!" I answered her "maybe not to you" and then she very rudely said "Do you want me to groom your dog?" Seriously?? I told her no I don't and I walked out. I have never been talked to like that.. especially when I am a paying customer.. something I'm sure your business needs. Her attitude is going to hurt your business.For everyone reading this post, you can see the owner’s response. I believe in supporting local businesses and knew they had recently started their business. When I made the appointment I was speaking to Mallory. She did not say the appointment would not be with her. That really was not the problem. It is Cherokee’s attitude. Mallory doesn’t seem to understand that and basically is saying it is “my personality “ that was the problem. If Cherokee had handled the situation differently I would have left my dog in her care. But she made it clear she was upset with me when she put her hands on her hips and said with a huff “Do you want me to groom your dog!” Please consider that before making an appointment with her. And from Mallory’s response suggesting I go elsewhere… which I did make an appointment with Bow Wow.. Clearly they do not need any new business.
