I shop once every 3 to 4 week's, so i buy a lot of food and stuff so i don't like having to wait in long lines when i check out and im to tired to go though SCO. I know you here it all the time, but you do need to open more register

This "store" is nothing but a trash heap, expired items everywhere, the shelves look horrid every other visit, the employees are extremely rude and don't get me started on the waste of space of a store manager. The only reason this is still here is because the amish will buy anything. You can spend $500 on faulty tires that die after 1,000 miles and then tell you it's your fault you didn't get the warranty they didn't offer. (Which I was told over the phone by a coach after stating I was never offered and that its not my fault, in his words he said "It IS your fault because I trained everyone here and they know how to do their job. When you go to get new tires you better ask to get them covered this time.")Oooor you can go to scan single items at self checkout and get stopped every other item because some faulty machine thinks you're "stealing" then the cashier yells at you for getting upset about it. I also got to witness a pregnant worker getting screamed at by a team lead for doing her job but because she has help with her (she apparently hasn't suppose to have) there was a problem.I want to start a petition to shut this place down so we can get something nicer, something we actually deserve because we definitely don't deserve the trash that store manager has made it into.

This store is always well stocked. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices are competitive. AND, they have actual cashiers to do your checkout, and you're not forced to do their jobs yourself through self checkout.

As far as Walmarts go, Middlefield and Chardon are my favorites. The rural stores are less crowded, cleaner, less weird, and us country folk tend to be kinder and more helpful to strangers and each other. I'm not a big fan of large chain stores. Not only for above reasons but because they make it almost impossible for the little guys to thrive in America.

My family drives over 30 mins to shop specifically at this Walmart. Unfortunately, because we're a mixed race family, we do get followed around by the staff and gawked at by the Amish, but that's okay.

It's pretty bad I come for my pickup and that area is closed and you can't even put a sign up to let people know it moved. Billions of dollars a year you make and can't even put up a $5 sign. Then again I'm not Amish so you don't care!!!!!!

I like the Chardon wall Mart better it’s bigger , better has all the items I need they have a bigger turn over all items are fresh and the sale items are always honored .

This walmart is very clean and neat upon walking in. I did not purchase anything, but was tempted. There was a clearance section with $1 items and the check out area was not crowded at all. There were quite a few self check lanes empty so no one had to wait long.

Was in town for a funeral & stopped here 2 grab a few things - Grew up not far from here, but have lived in Tennessee since 2010 - Store was fairly clean & well stocked - Had what we had come in for!

I’m really only leaving a 5 star because of one employee. Usually there’s a few nice associates but today Daniel was head of the self checkout it wasn’t working and he was being called in a million directions. He handled everything with a positive attitude and did an awesome job under stress with a smile the whole time. It was nice to see a worker there with such a great personality.

I recently visited Walmart Supercenter and I have to say it was an exceptional experience! This Walmart Supercenter is one of the best stores I have ever shopped at. It's a one-stop-shop for all my daily essentials and more.Firstly, the store is incredibly organized, clean, and well-maintained. This is my neighborhood Walmart. Everyone I know that works there are friendly and will help. They do prefer self check out. Lastly, sometimes the shelves r empty but I understand that everyone from surrounding areas all the way out to Warren come here. So it's hard to keep product consistency because it's hard to gage customer consistency.

You'll be lucky if there are two cashiers on duty. You're essentially forced to use self-checkout, and there are many times when it'll be like an Easter Egg Hunt finding one that accepts cash. If you're going in, with a purpose, for one specific item, forget it...they're out of stock. Just when you think you've FINALLY learned where everything is, AGAIN, they've completely changed the location of everything AGAIN. So, that one item that you've driven there to buy for no reason because it's inevitably out of stock isn't where it was yesterday, anyway. If it's clothing you're after, oh, yes, it's in stock...just in size ATOM, NANO-SCALE, and 52X. This isn't a joke...I once went in just for French Onion Dip. They didn't have EVEN ONE!! NOT *ONE* of ANY brand or size! I WILL give credit where it's due, though. Aside from the loss prevention guy that couldn't be more obvious if he was wearing hunter's orange and had black lights attached to his clothes making him glow everywhere following you all over the store with a can of cat food and plastic cutlery in his basket, "just happening" to also be looking at automotive light bulbs at the exact same time you are, the employees are usually pretty damned good. Really, the only major issues with this WalMart are that whatever you went there for, it's out of stock. There's usually only one cashier. And, they relocate everything at least once a week, seemingly, to keep you endlessly searching the store looking for that single item you went in there for that's guaranteed to be out of stock, anyway. Also, it always seems like the Middlefield WalMart is just "dirty", like it's run down or shabby. It's hard to explain but go to the one in Chardon and then to Middlefield. It's like going from Beachwood Mall to Southgate. Anyway, it's what we have here and the people who work there is are usually pretty great. Just best of luck finding what you're looking for.

I love the curbside pickup here. The people are very friendly. There is a middle-aged/older lady at the self checkout that isn't very friendly. I am always very friendly to her, she just looks at me like why is the girl bothering me. So one day she came over while I was checking out and said she thinks i missed scanned something and plays the video back showing that i scanned all my items. I said did I do something wrong that made you think i didn't scan all my items. She just walked away. I mean if you put self check outs in stores then you should trust people to check out all their items. Otherwise just pay cashier's so you don't offend people by accusing them of trying to steal. I shop at this Walmart several times a week and im telling you no one wants to be accused of stealing.

All was well and people were friendly and helpful just one thing I was in the restroom and so was one of your associates we were at the sink washing our hands and I used soap and all well your associate only rinsed her hand under the water for a matter of 1 second I was very frustrated by this because if this associate was working with the deli or handling any kind of food this was very disrespectful and disgusting I can only pray yes pray you have a chat with the employees that work at any Walmart wash their hand the appropriate way with soap and wash hands for 20 seconds if you don't then you are putting thousands of people at risk. If I see this again, I will go to a high-level even if that is the health department Also think about the people the work second shift that can only go shopping in the even hours like my husband, he could only shop when you were open all night now he has to go in late and miss out on and hour or two are you going to reimburse those hours I think not so It would be much appreciated if you can open late the way you use too.

Sam Walton would roll over in his grave. He believed in American products. He said never make anyone stand in line to give you money. He believed in well stocked clean stores. Old Sam would not recognize what he started from a few Ben Franklin stores to a useless behemoth that will go by the way of Hill's, Jamesway, Sears and all the others they pushed out of business. Today the new store is Dollar General.I'm not anymore found of Dollar General then I am of Walmart but they are located on nearly every block. You can almost see from one parking lot to the next.
