We raise chickens and ducks. It is nice there is a place locally you can purchase them. But they don't always live. When we purchased our 6 ducks, 4 of them died. One of them Tractor Supply replaced because it died within the time frame of their policy. Three of them as they became older they had trouble walking before they died. To this day, one of our ducks we have to carry him to our pond and help him out because of his walking problems. Four of our six chickens died from last year. We bought a thousand dollar chicken coop for them too. The two remaining have a lot of room in that coop now. And month and a half ago we bought twelve chickens. Ten are still alive. It's a shame they don't all live.

Staff always greet you when you walk in. They are friendly and knowledgeable and most have livestock/animals/farms too. Very helpful with questions.A good selection of miscellaneous hardware. Usually can find the screw or fastener that I need. They also carry lots of items for horse stables including the nice thick stall mats. Several different size and heaviness of fence gates too.Sometimes a little patience is needed to help in the outside corral where the fence, troughs, and gates are stored. They are busy but will get to you as soon as they can.Not requiring masks at this time. Store is open for walk in business.

Went a few days ago and purchased 6 chickens and 5 have passed away within 3 days called about them and manager had a attitude saying they only guarantee them for 24 hours. Will definitely not be getting my business at this location

Like TSC, but didn't like getting questioned and side eyed about the product I was looking for. I wanted Golden Malrin fly bait, because ITS EFFECTIVE AND IT WORKS, UNLIKE MOST FLY KILLERS, and was questioned and side eyed about it. I don't like that, I'd like to shop in peace, be able to get my fly bait, and leave. I explained what I was using it for, yet still got the side eye. I don't think that as an American farmer, I should have to be questioned about what I buy. It's actually none of their business.

This store continues to prove why they rate a one star at best. You don't know if you are going to be greeted by Jekyll or Hyde when you walk into the store. Ask the staff to check inventory and they are put out. I asked to speak with the night manager, Danielle, and was told she was too busy to see customers. Three other people were waiting at the customer service desk and no one would help them. Much better service at the Chardon store. Five Thumbs Down for this place. 👎👎👎👎👎

Went there on 11/27 6pm to get dog food and always get this old annoying cashier that asks a million loaded, judgmental questions when I just want to buy my dog food and leave. She holds up her entire line with her none of her business questions. Please terminate this lady’s employment. Useless.

Normally enjoy shopping here and supporting local stores, that's why we were very disappointed to buy a "new" wireless fence for our dog and get it home to find it had been opened and parts missing. There weren't any more at the store and were told to order on line and have it shipped to store. Day resulted in returning the package and waiting for our debit card to get refunded.

I gave this TSC store in Middlefield, OH, an average to below-average rating. Reasons are as follows: #1 Costa Del Mar Sunglasses lists TSC as an Authorized Retailer. I specifically traveled to this store to purchase a pair of these hand- crafted sunglasses, ready to spend between $200.⁰⁰ - $300.⁰⁰ easy. The staff was friendly but really had no knowledge of Costa Del Mar or its products. #2 After they found the sunglass display case, we literally had to blow the dust off the sunglasses / boxes. I would have gladly ordered a pair for a later pickup, but nobody really had the knowledge or the know- how. I hold management accountable for this, not the staff. I was very disappointed. Generally speaking, TSC is a cool store but this one is very disorganized. I won't go back unless it's absolutely crucial. Thx for reading this post.

Looked online for a product I needed. It wasn't available in my local TSC, but showed some in stock in this store. I drove an hour to pick it up only to have a rude employee at the register say that their inventory management system is wrong. I'd say I should call ahead next time, but I don't think there will be a next time. I'll skip this store by default.

Nice and warm inside (especially in cold weather), very nice employees, good prices, dog food, livestock supplies, decorations and more. I go here all the time for chicken and dog feed.

Nice people. But the prices on animal grains were more than other local Tractor Supply store nearby. Nobody offered to help us load either. It's always a generally decent place but when they charge more than the other TS's, that's just wrong.

Went to refill propane the first clerk called for propane assistance and I waited 10 minutes and went back in and 3 girls were talking and I asked again and was told that she couldn't hear in the bathroom, waited another 5 minutes and some kid started walking out and then proceeded to teach him how to fill a propane tank and I said don't bother they need to have people that know what they are doing and I left without propane RIDICULOUS 😠

Vendor delivery- no room in lot. Unloading zone is basically the roadway through the plaza. Manager left after call ahead with eta. No one on shift was able to receive when I got there exactly when eta was stated. Was told I'd have to wait over an hour. Unloaded half of order by hand. After 40 mins someone came out with the lift to finish.

They were very friendly. More importantly, they had both the cat food and litter our cat prefers. It is getting hard to find the type of litter he likes. Walmart used to carry it, but have discontinued doing so. I hope TSC keeps stocking it.

Tractor Supply is great for home and garden , and farm animal supply's. Dog supply's. And so on. A couple of the ladies are really helpful, But the rest seem like they don't want to be bothered. They all need to pull together as a team . Not just a couple . But it is a very good store. As far as products go. And it is a clean store.

Went to Middlefield store after work tonight. Wanted to buy fencing, feed , wood chips ect. Ask were welded fencing was kept told by 2 employees it was in the outside yard. Told casher I was leaving the flatbed cart with my feed and chips by her to get the welded fence. I walked all the way across the parking lot to the outside yard only to find it locked. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to me to go back inside so that lost the sale. I will not go there for any future sales.

love this place. but I went in there today. 2/17 to buy some wood Pellets to heat with. come to find not only do they not have anymore. the place where they're are normally stocked has been replaced with lawn fertilizer. c'mon people. its winter time. grrr.a little frustrating. but still love you guys.....

The employees at the Middlefield,Ohio store are so rude and uncaring. You will have to wait until they feel like waiting on you. Sad that they do not enforce the mandatory Ohio mask law. They really don't care. Very unsafe store!

The item I came in for was out of stock dispite showing in stock on the website. A staff member helped me look and got me a rain check. Very friendly. Would be 5 star but drove out for nothing because website was wrong.

First time at this newer location. Next to Giant Eagle. Much more room to shop even though their floor plan is similar to other TS stores. I like it.

I was there this past Saturday to take my dog to the vet. Every Saturday between 4 and 5:30 they have a vet in the Back store. Who takes care of animals for their shots and other things. Why was there and I was also looking for dog bones and dog treats need to see if they had any dog clothes. And before I left my dog had its shots and also picked up a bone and also a treat because he did good taking his shot.

Used to work here. Since I quit the staff that they hired isn't as friendly. If you need somebody to help you look for Pat or Al. They are hard workes and will help you with anything.

The Warren Store is always out of our dog food. It used to have nice clothes, but over the past year this has declined. We go to the Middlefield Store to shop for boots.
