I placed and order for a 1/4 of beef over 2 months ago. I was told there would be a 2 week wait for processing. After 4 weeks I call them to check the status and was told it would be next week. Another 2 weeks went by, I called again. Repeated this process 2 more times with the same response. They never once reached out to me ever. Everytime there was communication I was the one to initiate it. I am still waiting for my beef. An over $800 purchase. Up until now, I've been very satisfied with the service and quality of meat. However it now appears they no longer care.

Our family shops here often and have been since their location moved across the street. We are never disappointed. I cannot find this quality of meat in stores nearby. Ohio maple syrup, local honey, organic spices and dry ingredients - you will find great products throughout the shop. Incredibly kind staff, always polite and helpful.

I have never had any troubles with HM and their quality has always been rather good. However, I recently purchased two pounds of ground beef that were spoiled. This isn't a major concern though, and I'm still satisfied overall

This is the best on demand butcher and pantry/sundries store around northeast Ohio! The meats are constantly cut in the large process area right before the customer. Impeccably fresh and fairly priced for the quality! Highly recommend the smoked pork chops, as a dinner centerpiece. This is a go to for top quality restaurant meals. Service is quick with an army of customer helpers waiting to meet your needs. Excited for the new larger location across from former one!

Go for the 2 inch rib steaks they are awesome. I like mine cooked to 125 to 135. We are on our third day on one steak each and just heat them up enough to suit you but don't microwave the heck out of them use the oven for best results

Best place to get quality, good meat. Employees are super helpful & there's never a long wait to checkout! The smokies are delicious and our humungous Cane Corsos LOVE the fresh bones they cut up 🙂 updated store hours aren't very accommodating but it seems to be the norm anymore.

I love their meat and deli items. Been there three times and never been unhappy with the food. Since it's a 1/2 hour drive one way, I also expect decent service. That did not happen today.Three girls were standing behind the meat counter. They saw me walk up, but continued their conversation with each other and ignored me. I waited quietly for about three minutes, then a man working in the back saw what was happening and their boss came by and quietly sent someone over to help me.I did not purchase everything I was planning on buying today. I will go back again to buy more meat, but if this happens again, I won't be shopping there anymore.The girl at checkout counter was very good.

We couldn’t believe how affordable it was! Definitely won’t be going back to wal mart or giant eagle for meat anymore! Absolutely loved the pork chops😋 highly recommend if you want good quality meat! They’re steak is amazing too!

I have been to so many butchers in a 60 mile radius of Middlefield and heritage meats is by far the best. The steak is so good/tender it's crazy. You will not be disappointed with this place.

I called in a special order and when I got there it wasn't ready...the Amish girl proceeded to tell me to just pick out of the meat counter while the other 6 girls whispered between each other..very unprofessional! *This was my third trip there and third poor customer service experience*... I'm done!

This just a simple statement, bought ground chuck and made them into onion burgers. It was a joy in eating them. Very tender, nice taste and staff smiles and says Hello to. I highly treat yourself to some quality for family and yourself.

Locally-sourced meats and cheeses at a reasonable price. There is not much difference between Heritage Meats and the local Walmart or Aldis or Save a Lot or Giant Eagle as far as prices go. Great tasting meats and cheeses! I highly recommend Heritage Meats
