I know what you’re thinking… A hardware store… But I can definitely tell you and Middlefield they do things a little bit differently than they do in town. The minute you walk through the door there’s usually 2 to 3 people standing there greeting you to the store. And asking how can I help you so basically I list everything that I’m looking for and they send one of the employees to help you find everything which I love because it breaks down a lot of the time that it would take me to look for everything and they’re so courteous they’re not pushy They don’t tell you what to buy. They look for everything that you’re interested in and if you have any questions regarding anything, they answer it I hope you all have an a rewards card for the store because it seriously helps you save money. I was able to find everything I was looking for and of course had to buy some of the authentic root beer it’s the best! The store is very clean. It’s very organized and they do have public bathrooms.

Darn that Ken!! I went in for a $1 roll of masking tape. Ken showed me the half price area and said there is tape on sale. $600 later!! 😨Friendly and helpful staff. Most of the time their brass fitting bins are disorganized but the guys take the time to look for what you need. Much better service than Middlefield Tractor Supply. Watch the price charged vs the tag. I have found several discrepancies.

The staff is amazing! Super helpful. I typically have no idea what i am realy doing and the staff always helps me find what i need. You are always greeted with a smile. They are the most helpful staff of any store ive ever been in. Always a pleasant experience.

This is a great store. It's clean, well stocked and the women that were working while I was there were awesomely helpful. They didn't have the items in stock that I was looking for, but they helped me find another ACE not too far away that did. Definitely a store that care about their customers and community.

Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked. Usually a quick easy transaction. The prices are reasonable especially with the coupons they mail to rewards customers. Plus we were able to link our military discount to our rewards account so we get the military discount on everything without having to show the ID everytime.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I have found myself taking more time than I need to find a needed item, just because I end up talking about whatever project I'm working on with them. I have received many very helpful suggestions about tools or techniques that will improve my results; some of which did not increase their sales, but were obviously offered out of concern for their clientele. If I could rate this location and the staff with more stars, I would.

That Ace hardware is a nice Ace hardware. They're very helpful have a really good selection and it's very well organized. I like to go there and get nuts and bolts and odds and ends and things. But they carry the standard you know Ace hardware supplies. People are nice and the place is real clean and organized. The prices are very fair.

Great place to get the things you need. I was looking for a special air cleaner for my furnace and they actually had one! Way better than a big box stores. The employees there really want to help the customers and it shows!

Plenty of what you need in hardware stores as it is, but for my pocketbook, slightly pricey. It does have to compete with some items in the store with big box pricing, yet some things in the store you can't find in big box.

Went in 2 purchase an extra set of keys, the person was extremally nice. Took only 15min. Got a chance 2 look around the store, VERT organized & clean. Have fall products!

Stopped here after a nut fell off my motorcycle's sidestand. They allowed to wander in and out testing parts until I found what I needed. I think they found the whole thing rather amusing. Nice place.

This time plus the last two times when I was in this hardware store I had to search for someone to help me. One of the Amish men who helped me was the only one who knew what I was talking about. This hardware store is very well organized but quite expensive.
