I have to give this place in Middlefield five star review for how clean their establishment was. Easy parking and a drive-through. I had a gift card went in and bought some dilly bars and some buster parfait bars two boxes of bars for $22. The cakes on the other hand are getting expensive out there be prepared to spend between 28 and $32. At this location they had the burgers and fries in the chicken baskets etc. enough people working behind the counter. It was nice to see people working no short staffing at these places.

This Dairy Queen has been terrible. Went there about 3 weeks ago and got an Oreo cupfection and they literally only filled half the cup with ice cream. Just went there today and got a royal brownie blizzard. Got home and they gave me vanilla ice cream when it clearly shows it’s suppose to be chocolate. Drove all the way back there and had them “fix” it and they still gave me vanilla. Instead of being nasty with the manager(because I’m not that person) I just left without saying a word. The manager, I believe it was, had no sympathy and could care less when I told her I drove home and had to drive back. Not only that, while sitting there waiting for my ice cream, one of the cooks was standing right above one of the stove tops picking under his nails which is just disgusting. Never had a problem with this DQ until it was remodeled and obviously got new employees and possibly new management. Not coming here ever again. Good thing there is a new creamery open in Middlefield and Burton 😁

Stopped for a milkshake. Luckily the line wasn't packed during the time I stopped. Asked for a receipt and didn't notice til I got he that she charges me for a peanut butter something which is more expensive than the milkshake.

Everybody writing these good ratings I must have been the unfortunate one because this is the worst sandwich I've ever had from any dairy Queen and I go to many cuz I love their chocolate shakes now this chocolate shake is the bomb This sandwich I wouldn't feed to my dog

Got one of my blizzards wrong went back through and let them know they sent me right up to the rails by the doors and gave me the blizzard I wanted. We’re super quick and the manager said she apologizes, really nice also

I really like this DQ Grill and Chill. My food is cooked exactly like I like it. It is very clean the people are nice the gal who took my order was new and the manager patiently explain to her how to override a coupon. the way that he treated his employee tells me that that's how customers are treated and indeed we are treated nicely. 3/4/2022 this time and another time this week I was here the people are so friendly. The food is hot. The order is correct. The restroom is clean. The tables are clean and not sticky. They should get 11 out of 10 Stars.

Ordered a large blizzard. It should have been served with a straw. I didn't even eat it, three it in the trash. Sick and tired of DQ serving ice cream that is half melted. Never going back. 😡

I was on a kind of road trip because I'm not usually on that side of town. I saw on Google that I was close to this Dairy queen and I love a good chicken strip basket. First off I was greeted and proceeded to order 1 original 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy and BBQ sauce for me and the wife got a 4 piece dipped in BBQ sauce with gravy and ranch. The food came out within 5 minutes and was fresh, hot, and delicious. If you are in the area I definitely recommend eating here.

I’m not much of a fast foods patron, but if I’m in a position to eat such, I’m looking for a Dairy Queen. I do enjoy their meaty burgers and walk out with a quality dessert. The condiments (i.e., ketchup, mustard, mayo) are evenly distributed, you get a full slice of cheese, a full piece of bacon instead of two overcooked 2” bacon bits, and fresh garden goods. The fries are always served hot! Dairy Queen is my choice over ALL of the others!

If I could give this DQ no stars, I would. It’s not hard to do your job and make what’s ordered correctly. Manager didn’t even care to try to resolve the issue. As being a manager at DQ, it’s not hard at all to try to fix the issue with a customer… Do not recommend one bit.

I’m all the way done with the mask stuff you guys have going on. I will not return to your store for treating me like I have a disease when I walked in to get fry’s without a mask.Highly unprofessional, don’t care if it’s required or not that doesn't excuse how you treat people when they walk into your store without a mask.You WILL lose my business and plenty of other people. Plenty of other restaurants around middle field that don’t care about masks So I’ll go there.

Like most themed restaurants, ice cream is what Dairy Queen thrives in. I only go for ice cream products, the peanut butter malt is the sweetest thing they carry. If your diabetic,you'll be hospitalized. The food is much like bar food ..you can eat it for awhile and not die,but that's not / its not good. And they have happy hour,depending on location and times,each is different. 2yrs ago happy hour was 2-4pm shakes and malts were half off any size.

Clean restaurant & friendly staff. They were very accommodating to the group of kids we brought in for dinner and dessert. Wish they had healthier food options. They lack sides other than deep fried foods. The salads are boring.
