The staff here is really wonderful. They were great with my cat and my puppy at their appointments and gave their vaccines, shots, etc. with ease and gentleness. Perfect place to come to keep up with vaccines, nail trims, or for a little check up if your pet is sick. I trust them with my fur babies and that’s what matters most.! Everyone here is so great.

I could not be happier with the level of service and kindness that I received from VetIQ. My pup was treated with great care and the Doc was so interested in answering any questions I had. I hope she cares for my Golden Retriever Bodie for life. Being retired, the excellent, listed pricing was more than appreciated. I have been to three different vets in the area, and nothing compares to the VetIQ in Mentor, Ohio. My dog receives an allergy shot once a month, and VetIQ charges half the amount compared to all of the other vets I’ve been to.I have also been to other VetIQs, and the one in Mentor has been the best. Nothing better than knowing your dog is in great hands, and enjoys seeing the vet techs and veterinarian every visit.

They are very courtious and mindful with the pets. They care alot about what they do and they have always been helpful with my cats. The prices they charge are cheaper than most vets and the service is high quality.

My cat suffers from Feline Acne. The infection is worse at times and he needs a shot. Dr Wolfgang is really an awesome vet. He had a physical, got his shot, we discussed some things and she wrote down some things I can do for Harry and I was home in an hour. Another great visit…..

We drive an extra 20 minutes to this vet in Mentor because the staff is truly amazing. Our dog Harper, who was initially very nervous, received amazing care. Dr. Wolfgang and her staff were incredibly cautious, ensuring Harper was always comfortable and happy. They consistently provided valuable information and support. This place stands out as the best for pet care.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Wolfgang took her time to help my dog Finley with an infection he had and he’s doing so much better after her care. Lisa was so kind and caring with Finley as well. We will now be using Vet IQ for our dog’s veterinary needs!

Dr. Wolfgang is truly amazing! I take my pup here for vaccinations, illnesses/accidents. She always has an answer and is so wonderful and caring. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and loves everyone's pets and what she does. Her staff is wonderful as well. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been here twice now with my extremely high energy German Shepherd puppy. Each time I left wishing they could be her full time vet and I now use them for whatever services I can. The vet clearly cares for her profession and is as knowledgeable as she is compassionate. The vet techs are so helpful and caring and even remembered my dog after just one visit.As we are still training, my overexcited puppy can be a lot to handle and they are patient and exceptional with her every time. I recommend them to every pet owner I know!

Took my granddog there since he was feeling out of sorts. The staff there was fantastic and very caring, not condescending at all. Didn't push you to spend for additional services and was fair in billing for work performed. Will be the go to for vet services in the future.

I have two adorable, usually well behaved big dogs… then we walk through the vets door and I’m not sure where my dogs went, but these horrible creatures aren’t mine. Everyone was so patient with them, and understood their fear of the unknown. They were able to get them up on the table and never once had frustration in their voices. They were able to get them both to become less fearful and transformed back into my two adorable, well behaved babies. Thank you all. See you next year!

The office staff and vet are very friendly and helpful! I called ahead to get an estimated wait time as the clinic is walk in only. This made our wait time very short. The staff made my dog feel safe and comfortable. The vet is very kind and calm, so my dog stayed calm and got all his shots easily. We are very happy with the care our pup received and the affordability of VetIQ.

Superior care by the vet and her assistants. Since you cannot make an appointment, be ready to wait your turn but it is well worth the wait. I will return for all of Yeti's annual needs. Great prices as well.

Most amazing veterinarian care I've ever experienced. I couldn't get off work early enough and they stopped taking a new clients half hour before they close but they were able to accommodate me 10 minutes before they closed and I was so grateful for that because it was important for me to get that paperwork as I am on government housing and had a deadline to meet. Everyone is very friendly there the doctor is very educated and knows what she's doing. And the prices are absolutely affordable and all around great people great service.

1st time at VetIQ, what a great experience would highly recommend taking your pets the Vet and techs were extremely nice.Will most differently be going back. Great prices on your pets meds you can get meds while you are there and order from their on line pharmacy also. Must check out for pet parents. I have been back several times since my 1st visit.

Went here recently with our kitten. Everyone was very very kind and friendly. Actual doctor was nice and speedy. Asked about if we had any questions. Very easy to come and get saw and move on with your day. Only complaint is the pricing is high as they charge 30 dollars for nail clipping for cats. Also make sure what is on your bill as they almost didn't put our new customer discount on. Very clean but I see dollar signs through the sales pitch of trying to get you to oay for every little item.

My cat had an ear infection and they were able to clean it and prescribed medication. She is much much happier today! The entire staff is so kind and patient. Especially Dr. Wolfgang and Hannah!! Definitely would recommend!

Went there for my first time today, everyone was kind and had a smile on. Cassidy checked me In/out and was so sweet.My dog Max can be reactive but they allowed me to give advice on how to handle him & what he likes best/what his triggers are, and overall went well! Dr. Wolfgang was kind, patient and understanding with Max & as a pet owner that’s nice to see.
