As grocery stores go Trader Joe's is one of the best. This store is always well stocked with fresh produce and flowers with a decent selection of other items.If you haven't tried the dark chocolate almond butter cups, give them a try.

Haven't been to a Trader Joe's since moving from Chicago. I've forgotten all the great alternatives to basic grocery store options. The staff was very kind and engaging, the store was bright and stocked and the prices are always reasonable. I love being greeted by the scent of bouquets of fresh flowers

I always have a wonderful experience shopping at this location. All the associates are super nice and very helpful! It is an absolute pleasure to shop here :) I also love the selection of items available. I find items that I didn’t know were available for purchase in a grocery store and here Trader Joe’s has it! Love this store!!

This was my first visit to Trader Joe's, and I was impressed. Decent prices, food focused on the "clean" eating side. I got the tarragon chicken wrap and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, and I am not a fan of wraps. If you're looking for items not normally found in the local grocery store, then give this place a try.

The Trader Joe's in Mentor is nicely laid out and very clean. The employees are friendly and polite. The cashier with the beautiful red bead was very polite and friendly. He had a nice smile on his face the whole time he was waiting on us. As we were leaving he said "Have a nice day. The isles are nice and big so you can move up and down the isles. It's hard to find stores these days like this.

Every time I go here the staff is so friendly! I honestly love going here just for that. The happiest cashiers on earth! Love it and it’s just fun to shop here.

Had the most incredible experiences Trader Joe’s is my grocery store I grew up going to. So excited to see this location. Drove over an hour to come for the first time since 2018 in ABQNM & I can’t wait to do it again! Loved the frozen water bottles for travel! My stuff stayed frozen! For the long ride back.

I was at this location on Wednesday evening, 12/27 and I just want to say whatever you all are doing at this location, please keep it up. This was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Literally, five employees, maybe even more greeted me while on the floor, actually stopped and asked me how I was doing and did I need any assistance, with very pleasant demeanors and smiles. I enjoyed every bit of it and cannot wait to return, Big Thank you! It means so much when lately, I feel like customer service has declined.

The workers were SOOO NICE!!! It was my birthday and one of the workers gave me chocolate and another worker over heard and ran to give me flowers. Made my day so much better!!! Highly recommend!!!

I had just received news of a family member unexpectedly being in the hospital, as I was grocery shopping. When asked how I was doing, I could only explain how I was concerned for my family member, and the sweetest Trader Joe's representative, Cora, helping me check out gifted me a bouquet of flowers for my relative. Cora, you're such a sweetheart, and made things a bit better. ♥️

Bring a few C.C this place is very expensive for the selections available.The store is small for a Trader Joe's.Got the chicken as it was recommended. The bathroomscleanliness are very disappointing @ Trader Joe's. We probably won't be back.

1st time visiting any Trader Joe’s. I was very impressed. Great selection of fresh vegetables and frozen items. They should put a location near Boardman/ Canfield Ohio. It would do well.

Just stopped in to grab a handful of items, and had the good fortune to run across a lovely employee named Ireland. She not only had samples of delicious cookies, but upon hearing that I'm starting a new job tomorrow she quickly popped away from her spot and brought me a bouquet of flowers as a congratulations on my new job. It absolutely made my day (and quite possibly my entire week) and brought some much needed color to this gray day! Thank you a million times over, Ireland!

I had never been to a Trader Joe's until they built this one in Mentor and I love it! Their produce is amazing and more affordable than Giant eagle. They have so many good seasonal items as well. I can't wait to see what they have for Christmas. And as a vegetarian this place is awesome because they have so many things for me to choose from. And even when the parking lot is packed, the lines inside move and you are never standing in line for long.

Usually I receive great service in here. But not today. Cashier was rude, not engaged, and very short with me. Didn’t even say “hello.” And didn’t understand what cash was. Didn’t even count the amount I gave her. Very weird.

Truly a blessing to have a Trader Joe’s in Mentor! Very fair pricing with lots of hidden gems. It’s like a treasure hunt every time. Store is easy to navigate and it’s not overly crowded most days. Cashiers are always super friendly and love that they give my son stickers. Love it here.

Trader Joe's has the most interesting variety of - everything. Might not be the largest store but I always find what I want. And it changes seasonally which is fun.

Secret to gorgeous wedding bouquets and boutonnieres - stop by early in the day at Trader Joes and make them yourself. The selection of seasonal, cost-effective and fresh was just what I was looking for. Flowers for 5 bridesmaids & one bridal bouquet plus 7 boutonnieres ran us a total of $150.

So happy we have a trader joes close by now. Gluten free options are a plenty, and it makes my heart happy. Fresh and dried flowers, fresh English peas, and skipjack tuna are some of my classic trader joe faves. The gluten free coffee cake muffins are outta this world!!

Wow! You really need to step into Trader Joes! This moderately priced grocery store has amazing variety and they are on it for freshness! The staff is friendly and helpful!
