Lack of employees has really wrecked the experience here. Boxes of stock cluttering the aisles, messy aisles, etc make it hard to navigate a cart. If you want to do a return, good luck…almost no one working that counter. Then they changed all self checkouts to 10 items or less & only open certain hours…but don’t staff the checkouts. I went around 2 pm today and there was ONE cashier. That’s it.

Very clean store with nice employees. I enjoy shopping here, especially for books and home decor/organization. I just wish that they’d have people in electronics, considering that you need to ask them to unlock almost everything in that section. I’ve spent numerous trips walking around the store looking for an employee to unlock something for me.

OMG please stop with the LOUD MUSIC at this store! They never used to play music in this store and in the past year they started BLASTING MUSIC so loud you cannot even have a conversation. This LOUD MUSIC is so overbearing and obnoxious I avoid this store like the plague now. I choose to just pay more for things at other stores just so I don't feel like I'm at a night club or rap concert every time I shop. I'm normally an easy going person and even enjoy some low key background music when I shop at other places. But the frantic loud noise blasting over your head like megaphone at this Target store is like some kind of crazy MK Ultra experiment. Too many other stores in the area with the same products to ever subject myself to this torture just to get some light bulbs and toilet paper. TURN THE MUSIC BACK OFF AND LET US SHOP IN PEACE!

Lazy employees for the ones responsible for pick up/curb side orders. Order an item that they said had 5 left when browsing online. The next day, I get an email saying the itemIs out of stock. Annoyed I picked up my other items. Curiously, I went to check to see if they were really out since I was in the store. Low and behold, I find 5 of my items that they said was sold out.

Do not work here they pay well but they don’t respect you at all. Rude customers will report you for doing your job and make up lies to the management and you can’t say anything to defend yourself because the management doesn’t care. The team leaders are rude and don’t care what you have going on especially Tom and Susan they only care about themselves. I was the only register opened and the store was crowded and self checkout was not being addressed I called up people multiple times but nobody ever showed up the customers were mad and I had to try to calm them not to mention I was new.

This store used to be nice and really well kept, but as of recently it's so overwhelming to shop here because of how destroyed all the aisles are. It's like the whole store was ransacked by a tornado. Items are just thrown everywhere in piles, shelves are full of random stuff no where near the tags they are supposed to be with. Dont even get me started on the shoe dept. You better have the app to scan for prices or else itll be a guessing game. Mind you ive visited a few times recently and it's not changed, Ive worked in a store like this, They're really gonna be in for it once inventory time rolls around.

Complete mess impossible to shop, long lines. I really hope they Get the construction under control for the remodel. I honestly feel the store should close down for a couple of weeks clean it all up and reopen. Finding things is a nightmare things are literally everywhere. The styles have so many skids in boxes you can’t even walk down them

Pick up service is awesome. Very convenient. Associates are always fast and friendly.Highly recommend for those items you may have forgotten from your weekly shopping trips.

I enjoy shopping at Target, it has items I can’t find at other stores. The new normal, now at all stores is a few open check out lanes with long wait times, so my only option is self checkout. I’m old fashioned, but shopping is learning about new items, picking something up, and bringing it home. Not looking on line and waiting 2-3 days for it to arrive. Small businesses have no choice but to leave, and even the big chains are struggling, so shopping atTarget is keeping it open and enjoy the experience. There, I got it off my chest.

I shopped at target frequently and own a redcard. However, my experience shopping at this target is getting worse and worse. It's constantly a mess, and people at the cash registers (except the young college students) have a terrible attitude. I had a question regarding a toy didn't count towards 10 off 50, the woman who worked at the cash register in the other line butted in the conversation and yelled back "beauty XYZ doesn't towards beauty purchases". I told her it's a toy. And then yelled back "lego doesn't count". I told her I have common sense. It was just so rude.I will only do order pick and will not shop in store unless I have to. Come on Target, what happened to you?!

Target shipped me a previously opened Lego box that was retaped shut, and the box was damaged. The shipping box itself was fine. Proving that it was shipped like that. It was for my sons 11th birthday, so he ended up in tears when his gift was no good. When spending almost $200 on a Lego set I expect to get one that was not previously opened and damaged! Very disappointed! Will not be ordering through Target again!!!

Writing this review because the old guy with the white beard was passive aggressive and rude. Store looks okay until you go into the clothing sections. Other staff are 99% of the time nice and helpful. I go here all the time and have just never considered writing a review. But I don’t appreciate being talked down to just because I’m a young girl.

I always love shopping at MY target store (Mentor). I live in kirtland but prefer the Mentor location. The cashier's are fantastic and the store leaders are fantastic at getting the lines down quickly. The associates are kind and the product selection is large! Not even get me started on the target circle rewards. ;)

The store was a mess with merchandise knocked on the floor and crammed on shelves. Looked like either a tornado went thru or they were way overstocked. We found what we needed. Steve our cashier was super nice and personable.

I literally cannot stand this target. There is never any children's clothing. Everything is so disorganized in there. The people are extremely rude. The Starbucks in there is absolutely horrible. The girls that work cannot even get a simple coffee correct. My coffee has so much ground coffee on the bottom of my cup, it has zero taste, I asked for Expresso and clearly did not get it. Definitely will not be shopping here ever again. Horrible service all around.

I loved going through the clothes isle. It was like a snapshot in time that shows the barbarity of people. Everything you see on the floor was thrown there, not by staff, but by YOU, the customer! It was a great reminder to not be trashy and clean up after yourselves.

The store is an utter disaster.I normally love shopping here but since the remodel, there is no attention to the retail floor. Clothes all over the floor, lots of carts full of product all around the store, and even pallets upon pallets just filling up aisles that I literally couldn’t even go down because pallets blocked the aisles. The store needs some serious love & attention.
