As a business owner I’m huge on customer service and prompt service. I’ve ordered many business cards and other prints and travel to pickup. It started out rough with some people but Hannah who works in the print department is absolutely amazing she corrected all issues and assures my items to be done on time and perfectly! Will continue to be a return customer with her helping going forward!

Poor organization/atmosphere and even their clearance section is overpriced. Their employees don’t seem well-trained or personable. However, there was an older lady in the evening who was friendly and helped us. I’d rather go to OfficeMax or Walmart if I can.

Had a last minute order of programs for a family funeral. Ian in the printing center was extremely gracious, patient, and an overall delight to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the programs looked the absolute best they could. I left extremely impressed and grateful for the understanding and care during a highly emotional time.

The print quality was as expected, but the service here was different than, and not as good as, at other Staples Print Centers.I walked in and said, “I’m picking up for (my name).” The guy looked at me like I was speaking Martian. I had to repeat myself. “Is it a print job?” he asks. Well yeah, that’s why I’m at the print center. “Did you get an email saying it’s done?” YES, that’s why I’m here giving you my name, go get my prints please! Then I spelled my name for them twice. My order wasn’t indexed on their shelf, so it took a sec before they could find my order.Usually when I pick up online orders, the person there takes out my prints, shows me one of them, asks if they are satisfactory, and has me sign. None of this happened; they said “here ya go” and immediately turned their back on me.This guy obviously didn’t care about me, or my print job, or his job in general. They’re still my job’s local print shop, so they’re convenient and will probably keep getting my print jobs when I’m nearby, but they really ought to try being more friendly. They could have easily got the 5 stars today, and honestly it would have taken them less effort than their scoff.

Alex in the copy and print center was AMAZING!!! What I thought was going to be a simple at home print and cut job turned into a nightmare. Last minute for me and about 20 minutes before closing, I ran into Staples copy and print center and Alex was so gracious and beyond helpful. Alex listened to my needs and concerns and figured out how to make my project work and walk out of there before closing with what I needed! There are not enough nice things I could say about Alex! What an employee and all around amazing person! A raise is needed!

Usually get my flyers from office max in willoughby, they do a fantastic job by the way. They always are able to do my order within an hr. I walked into here and placed an order, worth $120 which I paid for before pick up. The man said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I said that’s fine I’ll be back thursday evening (2 days later)Just called put me on hold and kept transferring me until it came time for them to close. The man I spoke to said it would be ready tomorrow morning, What? And I asked what was the point of putting me on hold and he said that they are closed and hung up on me. As a business owner do not come here. Terrible service. May even potentially ask for a refund. I will not be in tomorrow morning as I have to work the rest of the weekend until next week. Totally messed up my plans. Terrible terrible terrible avoid this store

Came in to get some address labels printed out for a mail marketing campaign. Was told they could not do it as it would back up their queue, and to do it online. Went online but could not find where and how to create my labels so I called to ask if they can walk me through it. The guy told me that he did not have a computer in front of him (maybe go to a computer to help a customer?) so he reassured me just go to the website and scroll to find it... I used to work at Staples and from my experience we were taught to help every customer, and not brush them off. what are you even working there for in a consumer sales business if not for the customer? Worst customer service I have ever gotten.

Just tried to do Amazon return and was told they could not do it! Don't go to this place. They are rude and apparently don't want to do their jobs. Especially once at the front door it has a sign saying now doing Amazon returns.

Spent the better part of the afternoon trying to send a package. Went to both the UPS store (where the line was out the door and down the sidewalk) and the FedEx/Kinko’s store (where the staff was rude). Decide to give Staples a try. The staff there (Katie and Alexia) were amazing and extremely helpful. They are a UPS shipping site too,so I will be taking all my packages there in the future.

Very very rude people working here. Very young kids too that were no help. The one girl with light purple hair was very rude and nasty had a major additude problem asked for help many times she just kept ignoring us didn't care shes lucky she was that tiny too and was a young girl. The guy at checkout too didn't even give my correct change back. I just had to get out of there as fast as i could. Not a good store.

From start to finish, Sierra (at the Mentor, Ohio store) was fabulous! Very professional, caring, and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me, and that just made my day! She is responsible, and knowledgeable too. Work with her for all your printing needs.

Customer service in this country isn’t what it used to be. Ask for help on a pc and it was like I was asking for a freebie or something. No one wanted to help me. Overheard the manager say that the guy with the gun set precedents so I just had to wait…. Wow the vibe and morale in this place was just low.

Alicia at the print center was very disrespectful and unprofessional during my most recent encounter with Staples. I went in to place an order for my business and she was rushed and rude due to understaffing in the print center. Not my fault. My husband went to pick up my product the next day and the laminate was peeling up off a quarter of the board I'd had made 'professionally' and he had to leave it to be re-made. Upon the second pick up attempt the font and fill of my business logo came back inaccurate. Again, Alicia was there and this time I got the 'eye roll' as I approached the desk and the huffy breath. Argumentative with me as I tried to explain 'why' it was incorrect and indignant 'she' did nothing wrong until a manager came to help her figure out the issue. The issue being the font was not the same font that I put onto my stick from my laptop for copying due to a difference in publisher versions. ( My IT person states that Publisher, regardless of version, has a compatibility mode built in and that this simply isn't true. In the past with other employees this has never been an issue. ) I see no need to 'argue' the point that the item was incorrect and simply needed remade to the previous standards I'd always had there before, without eye rolls and huffs of breath. While I do not fault Staples themselves on a whole, I do fault them for allowing her obvious attitude of me while discussing the issue. Upon my leaving she carried on in a loud voice laughing.... very professional Staples.

I need to get documents printed in short time. I am so happy that I found Staples. I went there immediately. Only one young lady was working there. It’s 8am. There was a customer over there. I tried to use the self printer machine. But it didn’t work. I tried to ask the lady. But she was still talking to the same person. I tried to find the problem . No matter how I tried, the printer was always in the process. I waited. Then it started over. The time went by 20 minutes, I looked back. The lady was still chatting with the same person. But the machine didn’t scan the code . I had to ask the lady: “Excuse me, the machine did not work , can you help me? “. The lady said: “It’s self machine. I am busy. You have to figure out by yourself. “ I thought: “I have no time. Let me try last time”. This time, it worked. Then the lady showed up. She said: “How may I help you? “ .

Tyler Fox took a business order weeks ago and never once made further contact!! Changed information multiple times and ultimately wasted time by never calling back!! Terrible service, associate directly was insubordinate to order, and was direct loss of customer!

This is a really dirty, dark, depressing, dysfunctional store. Three employees standing ten feet away from me were too busy in their personal stories to help, or even greet, me. I will go the extra distance to visit Office Max always.

Disorganized. Clearance tavle had 2 monitors on it and given a price on one and the other was unknown price. When I inquired they said price on one I took was wrong and didnt know correct price and other one had no price either. So I said they are not for sale then. They said yes they are but we dont have a price. Took the other one back and I bought a few small items I needed for work and left. Super dissapointing .

Came in to scan 11 pages to my email address. Did not use ink and did not use paper so mind you NO MATERIALS WERE USED. I used 30 seconds of their internet and it cost me $5.89! I could have printed the same amount of pages using their ink, paper, etc and it would have been $2. The girl scanned it in like that was normal. Sorry but I will pull ALL business from Staples going forward. Meaning the $8,000 a year I spend on office supplies will be moved to a new company.

Store appearance is tired, and reminiscent of a garage sale, with items piled up or strewn about without consideration for organization. Handwritten signage, badly overpriced stock, not even remotely competitive to Walmart, Amazon or Microcenter. More than a few employees seem like they are doing you a favor to give you help, particularly the older lady in the daytime. Overall the Mentor store is the epitomy of why their stock price is 1/3 of what it was a decade ago, when the place was buzzing with energetic employees, and filled with organized, cool new office supplies which were well displayed and promoted.

Shelves could have been a little more organized products in spots where they shouldn't have been not matching up with price tags, better organization should be the theme for today to where the chairs were, my check out employee was very nice and helpful

Leah at the printing center does an excellent job of laminating the new Medicare cards so they will last you a while. (We called Medicare to make sure it was okay to do it beforehand. Never laminate your Social Security card though. It has some security features that the government doesn't allow it!) If you need your new card laminated, try Staples!

I went in to buy a few items and asked where the restroom was. The employee at customer service was incredibly rude and had a nasty attitude when I asked where the restroom was (assuming I wasn't a customer, I guess)! I immediately left and went to Meijer across the street to buy what I needed. Train your employees in the ways of customer service!

I was just in the Staples store and the lady I talked to was very respectful to me and my aunt. She definitely takes her job seriously, if I was her supervisor I would definitely give her a raise
