Everyone here is always so helpful here no matter when I call or come in.They take the time to listen and when you see they are busy their self this means a lot! They never make you feel rushed which is very rare these days! I would recommend mentor PetSmart to all people...they sure have helped me with my precious one when I needed their input.They even share a piece of their own personal input on what they do for their precious ones..great place! I made another on line order today, and yet again the order was wrong! Four out of the last 7 orders were wrong. You substituted something similar than what o ordered yet again!!!! Please tell me why I should continue to order from this store??? In the meantime I’m contacting corporate headquarters and file a formal complaint. If you can’t fill my order ( when I placed my order it said it was available) why in Gods name didn’t you contact me?? You have my email?? You have my phone number??? Have even heard of the concept of customer service????

I went into Mentor Petsmart today intending to buy an inflatable collar for my dog. She’s got a mild infection after getting her spay sutures out, hates the cone and is not allowed to just wear the onesie she’s been using. Vet suggested this new contraption. I couldn’t find it on my own so I asked the cashier for help. They walked me back, and after I asked if they had personal experience with an inflatable collar, I was guided towards a soft collar with a detailed explanation of why. They even helped me choose the correct size. I left feeling more more peaceful than I had since finding out my puppy had an infection. I’m so grateful.

This is a large store that carries everything you could want for "any" pet. The store is neat, clean and very well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful!🙂✅

Talk about a hassle to return 3 items bought online, you would of thought I ruined her morning as she told everyone who would listen she was sick (as if her gagging coughing & sneezing weren't indication enough) she rudely handled the transaction, gave me store credit & and didn't even say sorry or thank you. I went & shopped, checked out So I could spend the store credit. She didn't great me, didn't tell me total or did she think me for shopping there. She did cough 4 times during the last transaction so that was a plus.

Use to love this store but I took my dog to get groomed and the following day she had fleas. Keep In mind my dog isn’t around any other animals and rarely goes outside. I called to see if I can get any accommodation and they said no.

We don't have a store like this around where I live so, I have to travel 30+ miles to come here. Needless to say, I don't come very often. They have everything you need & want. The prices are high comparative to online sales & small town prices but, can get immediately. The sales prices really are a great deal. The store is very clean & most of the staff is very friendly. Like anywhere, you have the one employee that is there for a paycheck & you seem to be a bother or like you are waisting their time but, most everyone is great. Large variety of choices for any animal, big or small. Will go back again when in the area.

I have a new Toy Fox Terrier and he has a black nail on each front paw. I will never trim his nails myself! I brought Teddy P in for a PAWdicure and it was awesome! I will always bring him back for trims.

I love this PetSmart! the grooming staff is very sweet to all the animals in there, the cashier always greets everyone walking in, and everyone asks if I need any assistance. I used to go to the one in Willoughby but this place has excellent staff and stock!! thank you to everyone person who works here! my pup and i always leave with a smile!!

The team there goes absolutely above & beyond! They have been so kind, knowledgeable, & helpful every time I'm in. I recently adopted new animals, so I have become a regular there. I am very grateful for everything they have done. Thank you so much all of you there! My daughter and I were gonna get. Kitten the name was Josie and we waited in the store for an hour and we filled out a form but they said that they don't look the forms on the weekends and we never got a call back and she was already adopted and my daughters heart was shattered and My phone died so Im writing this on my daughter's phone

Great! We got 2 crested geckos and they helped immensely to make sure we had everything we needed. And one passed away so when we brought him back, they were really understanding and gave us our money back.

Staff gave us permission to use a flat bed cart to buy a heavy tank stand as we where going into the check out line another employee came up and very rudly demanded us give the cart back because she needed it took my stand off the cart dragged it to the register and then left it with us not having anything to help us take our stand to the car then proceed while where checking out she brought the cart up with a tank on it and just left in the front of the store and it just sat. The rude staff couldn't be respectful enough to wait an extra 5 mins for us to finish with it and the manager didn't care at all

Very clean, very nice store with moderately reasonable prices. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is the supply shortages that the store often has. You may have to call first or check their stock online to avoid a wasted trip.

I usually love this store but today!!! Walked in walked by an associate and said hi. He wouldn't even look at me. Then I said nice customer service greeting. Still nothing from him. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

Shopped for years until today when I made a return that was defective and the cashier had a very disturbing attitude and asked how I didnt notice the damage before I bought it. I made the return just 2 hours after I got home and how was I to notice any defects when the product came in a box?? I felt insulted and highly disappointed in the employees lack of customer service!!
