If you're lucky enough to catch a time when their shipments have been unloaded, you MIGHT find a decent item or two; otherwise you're limited to the endless racks of cheap, "urban" clothes and ill-fitting discard-wear.

I’ve been to many Gabe stores and I’ve never seen such a messy store. The staff would not take my return even with the tags on it. Whoever was in charge on that shift was incredibly rude to me and wouldn’t give good customer service. Do not recommend this Gabe’s.

Love Gabe's but the staff at this location are ridiculously rude. An older, tall, slim women was extremely rude to my teenager, who was trying to give her a pair of pants that didn't fit. She rudely said, "Seriously?" Rolled her eyes and snickered. You work in retail, if you don't like working with customers, maybe you should work elsewhere.

Store was overrun by juvenile delinquent kids that act as if they are entitled to treat people anyway they choose. The store refused to do anything about it.

We went here and found some gems! Mothers day, birthdays, special occasion my cousin and I got in here and cleaned up on all the deals and great finds. Mainly in housing, linens, and more...we found some beautiful picture frames, bath items, spa items, scented cachets, candles, greeting cards and more. Between the 2 of us we filled about 15 gift bags for well under $200! Great buys and finds...warning this place is hit or miss...gotta get it while ya can!

Well stocked store at great, affordable prices! This location could use better organization, however, unless you have ample time to sort through everything! Staff always friendly when checking out . Found some great Michael Kors sneakers for a great price . Check them out!

My mom, sister (who is 19), and I absolutely love this store! There are so many great brands and finds here. We don’t want to go to any other place anymore. Express jeans, pac Sun jeans, Columbia jackets etc. I also shop there for my one year old now. We can always find something unique and fun here.

Organized. Very clean overall, especially the restrooms. Helpful and courteous associates. Amazon hub in back of store by the fitting rooms. Good variety of clothing, footwear, household furniture and decor. Decent prices.

I love shopping at Gabe's! I always find amazing bargains. If you take time to look around, you can find great items for your home. Great clothing, great shoes, great beauty items and more! It's a big store so plan to spend some time there. Lisa at the Mentor location is so nice and always helpful.

Gabe's has such a huge selection and great prices. I love the store and have found great things there! But sometimes it's hard to find the sizes you're looking for. For example, i was looking for a winter coat for my son who's almost a year old. They only had one 12m coat and it wasn't what i was looking for. Otherwise, i really love this store!

Stuff everywhere, like retailers just dumped a bunch of stuff inside the store and left. Kinda cramped and busy but ended up finding really comfortable pants and graphic tee.

Every time I go in there's always a long line. Sizes are hard to find & some selections are not ever available in other Gabe's locations. They have a good variety of name brand clothing. I just wish I could go in, actually take my time to look through the abundance of items, be able to check out quickly & be on my way.

Prices aren't bad. You can find some really good deals sometimes. The place could be a little cleaner, was surprised how dirty it is considering it’s in Mentor but the staff is very friendly. The shoes are priced pretty cheap and the household items are a really good deal. They have some food products, not expired but maybe the bag is crinkled or box is dented. They have great deals on their pet stuff. They have a little bit of everything for everyone.

Went in to Simply by a pair of 16 petite length pants. They had them spread all throughout the store, not anywhere near each other. They had them in juniors, ladies, and ladies plus size areas. They were all spread out in the reacts mixed in with different sizes. After a half an hour, and looking threw over a hundred pair of pants I left with nothing. Not a good experience

If you find your self in need of some clothing there's know better place than Gabe's and you never know what you will find in their housewares always a good time.

Visited 2/18 at 3pm with my husband and infant son. After a great shopping experience, we were the only ones standing in line waiting to be checked out. An older female cashier loudly yelled at the young male cashier working next to her to “start ringing people out and not just stand there.” He seemed just as confused as us for the unnecessary attitude since he had just gotten up there and she was just as capable of ringing us out. She then yelled at my family to “pick a cashier because it doesn’t matter” so we obviously chose the calm polite young man. The older female then walked into a close aisle out of sight and started talking loudly about her life problems. I know everyone has bad days but if you expect to keep employees you need to enforce mutual respect regardless of age. This did not seem like a one-time occurrence and no one likes working in a tense environment.

Not the cleanest store, but I thought they had a great selection of almost everything. Spent over a hour and didn't even get through the whole store. Alot of women's clothing. And even in my size. I'm a size 0. Not well organized but I'm happy with that. I plan on going back.

Nice store with good prices. Their remodeling projects make the store look nicer and you can tell management is making positive improvements. One example of what made my experience pleasant was the initiative they took to color coordinate their ties which helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

In this Gabe's I can almost always find something I like, at a price that I am happy to pay. Half of my wardrobe comes from this store. My only wish is that they would start to accept American Express. That would my only complaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome.

Every experience I have has been great. The workers were helpful. Everything was very easy to find. You guys keep a nice selection to choose from. I always go in with one item on my mind but come out with at least 3 or 4 full outfits from headwear to clothes
