I Scheduled an in person Covid test on line. Put in all of my information including insurance and credit card information. Received confirmation via email and text messages that my appointment was going forward. I showed up at the appointment time and was told there was a “glitch“ in the system and they do not do Covid tests. I then called to make sure I was not being charged and was told I need to call corporate. Worst pharmacy ever if I can give them negative stars I would.

I scheduled a Covid test online. I get there and was told the person was not in yet to perform the test. That I could either wait or come back when they arrived. Why would their website allow me to book a 10am appointment if the employee's shift does not start until 10:30. I went to Walgreens and bought a kit to test at home.
