Tina and her daughter do an amazing job. I own 2 dogs and wouldn't hesitate sending anyone here to get their pets groomed. While I was waiting a cat owner who had recently been in a car accident came in and Tina went way above and beyond, because she cares about people as much as she does their pets. Highly recommend.

Zero stars! Should have known when I set appointment & the young lady didn't even take mine or my dogs names. I explained my dog was REAL anxious with nail clipping. She was very friendly & said no problem at all! Her husband would be there & would help hold him. I was less than 5 mins late for appt...called & called to let them know I was running a few mins behind, no answer. The place was empty when I got there. I waited a few mins then called out several times, "Hellooo?' Finally a lady opened a door & popped her head out of a room, acting annoyed, didn't greet me, just looked at me like, what do you want? She had no knowledge of my appt, rudely asked what it was for then RUDELY told me she & her daughter were busy and, 'You'll have to wait.' I took advantage of this to run to ATM for cash since thats all they accept. When I returned, the same RUDE lady was sitting at the front desk but got up & walked away without a word. Next thing I know, this lady was yelling at her daughter 'Stop booking 2-person jobs! Why can't she hold her own dog?!!' I stood there listening to them argue a few moments then walked out.I don't anticipate them staying in business long. Every one's stressed to the max these days but THIS is how you treat customers??!!

These people are the best kind of people, only the best people do you trust your pets and your kids with! These are true animal lovers and nurturers. They love what they do and show it well with smiles and hugs 🤗. Your pets will love them! They are also the very few who groom cats and do it well, it takes a brave soul!

As a business relating with other business owners and supporting each other is essential. Sadly this business publicly rated The Haunted Winery business based on a sliver of an experience - upset by the cast of The Haunted Winery (outside of the customer experience) and after a verbal apology from the business owner, she went on to give a poor review of the business without the full knowledge or experience of the service/experience provided. So in turn I will tell you that this business may offer great grooming services but as a community member this business does not appear to support or work with other businesses in the area. Very sad indeed....

Dropped my dog of at 9:30 am for a normal trim and picked him up at 11:30 am. He was strangely smelling like flee spray. Got home, took a closer look and he was full of fleas. I called to let them know what happened and they lectured me that it was my problem.
