Love this one! Has what you need and in a good location... The management leaves much to be desired...went to purchase a patio table... the process works like this you take the cardup to the register and they bring the table well we get to the register the cashier asked is this in stock? We looked incredulously at each other and I said "how would I know? I don't work here... he even says what how do you know we have it? At that point I said do you want me to go in the back and look isn't that your job to find out we bring the card here if it's in stock you bring it if not we leave... he grabs his phone calls in the back and they ask where are they parked clearly. they had it in stock... Also signs put in misleading places... I purchased a umbrella stand with a 20% off sign inches from it and they refused to honor it said that the discount was was for everything but that..... I plan on reaching out to higher management about that because the so called manager was very rude and I felt disrespected.. I was with my 80 year old mother who had the foresight to have me take a picture and here it is

I shopped Big Lots for years in California way back in the 1980's-1990's. So of course now....its not the same great experience.Back then... Big Lots was my "Go To" Store!! They had pretty much everything I could want!I went there every week! Sometimes 2-3X a week. Loved it. Now....well it's good but not like before.I did go there 3 days ago... with my friend and he saw a recliner chair for 399.00 by Bolero. I liked it. And...I said try it!So he sat in it and said okay... I think you are right! He bought it and I was very happy for him.Nice chair. Great for small spaces...very comfy Plus... its well made. 🙂 ✅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well it looks nice, but I'm standing outside the doors at 9:15pm Sunday & they're CLOSED. (Just like the sign on the door says for Sunday (10am to 9pm). I came here because this site (incorrectly)says they close at 10pm.

Big lots is truly a bargain hunters Paradise great prices on good quality items I'd love their selection of fall candles and their fall decor is absolutely gorgeous it makes my home feel so cozy and welcoming even my 15 year old son made a comment about the scented candles I'm coming there this week to purchase some mats for my kitchen as well as some more fall decor on my hearth and on my mantleI think that Big lots should allow you to be to place things and layaway besides furniture that's my only beef with them five stars.

Went to Mentor, and to Willoughby...Mentor store is easier to shop due to store layout, but both places were well stocked and orderly...and folks were helpful and friendly...

Pleasantly surprised to walk in and see Big Lots has cleaned up their stores and given them a healthy dose of organization. Same merchandise but you're actually able to easily find what you're looking for. Prices tend to be good, but be warned: something aren't a good deal.

Was great found some awesome holiday stuff along with cleaning supplies and random other stuff I never knew I needed ha! Very clean wasn't too busy. Was glad to come into town where I used to live and shop. Always a great atmosphere and people.

I haven't been to Big Lots in several years, I just never thought about going. Today I was looking for some slippers that are on sale. I walked in and was wowed! At first glance it felt like I was in a furniture store. A nice furniture store! The entire center of the store is furniture, with the edges having home decor, small appliances, home organization and office needs. Included are pet supplies, cleaning supplies, greeting cards and wrapping paper, baking and pantry products. Christmas decor is abundant! I found table runners, tablecloths and hand towels decor with red VW Beetles (one of my favorite things!) with Christmas Trees tied on top. The Christmas trees are a nice quality and displayed with several themes guaranteed to fit any taste. You can bet I'll be returning to check out what's on my grocery list for the week!

They have some great deals on name brand furniture. They have cleaned and rearranged the store making it easier to find what you are looking for. I signed up for their card and received $5.00 off. I will be shopping there more often.

The store looks absolutely beautiful and clean and the selection of furniture is great. They moved everything around to accommodate more furniture and less of everything else. The only thing that I didn't care for is they stopped accepting the food ebt card. Other than that great store with very helpful employees.

The Pandemic must have hit Big Lots Mentor hard, this store is a fraction of what it was in 2019. Just don't expect much and save time for a stop next door, you'll probably need it. Truly pitiful layout and hardly any selection compared to when they opened.

Place is good for a snap shopping, like last minute holiday decorations or salsa sauce. However, management taking no effort in enforcing masks in the store policy. BL shopping carts could be found as far as half a mile away, abandoned in the woods. Probably to hard to enforce "do not take carts with you"policy, either.

Store is clean but I have trouble finding things there at times. It might be the nature of the store with the overstock merchandise they mainly carry. Lines move quick. Last visit I found more empty space in store than a while back. It might be because of the current situation.

Big Lots is the place to go if you need to get furniture. You can find comfortable quality furniture at discounted prices and they also have just about everything you need for your home like food and supplies too. Good customer service 👍

This store is surprisingly clean and organized for a discount store. Lots of deals to be had and situated next to other discount stores which makes it easy to stock up on lots of items on the cheap. Just make sure you're checking prices on grocery items... not all of them are deals.

Big Lots seems like more of a discount furniture store. Sometimes the food items, toiletries, laundry detergents, and household cleaners can be cheaper than Walmart or Target. NOT ALWAYS.Most staff can be rude and/or unfriendly.I also notice a difference in how BLACK customers are treated vs. WHITE customers.

If I can give them a -* I would, this please is very prejudice, I went in to buy a table, I was told it was a discontinued item so I asked for the one on the floor, in my opinion someone that worked there wanted it to but the guy that so called helped me didn't know, ok so he was going to sale it to me BUT THE MANAGER came out the bake lieing, I hear him on the phone say that they was just holding it for some one, that's fine but holding it from November, for real, then when he came out he said someone bought it I'm like wow, I don't understand it, I've been here for about 3 months and I find this store and some of the other places here in Mentor Ohio to b cool, and I dont just mean outside
