Sadly, I cannot recommend this place anymore.At my last visit, I ordered a large vanilla cone in a cup. I was handed what appeared to be a small cup of vanilla ice cream with no cone. I told the server at the window what I ordered and they just shrugged it off and refused to give me a receipt.After years of great service, it's unfortunate how fast it went downhill after being sold.

The ice cream and service are par excellence bar none. I've been making the drive from Fort Wayne to Double D's for many years now, oftentimes at least once a week. The friendly faces, warm smiles, outstanding customer service and refreshing treats makes it more than worth the trip.

Are you kidding me!! We were in town for four days and HAD to go there every evening for ice cream. I always had just the vanilla cone (don't get the large unless you can eat really fast) my wife had a blueberry sundae and now I wish I lived closer.

This place is GREAT!!! You get your monies worth for anything that you order. Their small is as big as most places large for ice cream. I highly recommend the buckeye sundae.
