I printed my christmas pictures here, and while looking to send them out I realized half of them were a complete different family so I paid full price for half of mine & half of another family.. However when I went there the manager instantly made it right and refunded me. The customer service was 100% there, although I am upset now who knows what person has pictures with my daughters face all over them.. but it was an honest mistake they quickly tried to make right.

The pharmacy staff has always been good,The associates that work in the photo dept. are so helpful!I've printed some wonderful pictures over the last few years.I'm very grateful for the staff at that store.

Poor customer service with pharmacy technicians, not the pharmacist. Poor communication with customers. When you walk away from the counter to figure something out you could at least say “I’ll figure that out for you” not just abruptly walk away and not come back for awhile.

Pharmacy will underfill your prescription then make you feel like an idiot, after charging you and shorting you on your medication.Be sure to count your medication before leaving. Something real shady going on in there.

Store is a standard Walgreens but this review is for Michael "Turk" in the photo department he was exceptional in assisting us with some printing of photos and invitations. His help was gracious and very helpful. Thanks, Mike!

I had an appointment for my second COVID shot but when I arrived to get it the pharmacy was closed. I was told the pharmacist had an emergency and had to leave and had been gone so there was no one to give me a shot. I took a half day at work to get this shot and felt that they should have notified the people on the schedule so they wouldn’t waste their time. After calling the store multiple times I was told that I was supposed to get a call to reschedule but never did. I understand that emergencies happen to everyone but they should have called people to tell them not to come in.

I have ups and downs at this pharmacy; however, they really helped me today and went above and beyond in finding out if another store had availability with the script.

Customer service is great in the store. I've had mixed results using the clinic. Both times I went in I couldn't just wait and be next in line. I needed to sign up for an appointment later in the day and come back. The nurse had a lot of trouble using the software in the exam room. It didn't leave me highly confident that my info was being entered correctly, the right tests were ordered, etc.

This pharmacy is never open. Never. And when they are open, they take FOREVER to do anything. 9 to 5 with an hour break? This is America. No business is open 7 hours per day and expects to survive; certainly not a pharmacy. Save yourself days of being sick and have your prescriptions filled any where else. I am not sure how this establishment continues to remain in business. Shame on Walgreens for allowing this part time availability for such an important line of work.

I've been going to Walgreens in Las Vegas for the past 20+ years & noticed the pharmacy more frequently out of different RXs over the past year.. I understood during COVID but it got worse when restrictions were lifted. After moving to Medina, I transferred them here & all 4 of my RXs were out of stock. When they trickled in 2-4 days later, I ended up going to the pharmacy 3x; they were closed, supposedly short-handed, unacceptable practice for me. I transferred to Discount Drug Mart & love them! I gave Walgreens 3 stars because the store itself has some really good sales & digital coupons. Their app sucks though, very time consuming to navigate.

Stood in line for about 20 mins for the pharmacy, when I got to the counter, I asked the gal behind the counter if they had rapid Covid test? She said "No, all out". Then I asked if she knew where I could get one, her answer was "Nope". It's fine if you don't have what I'm looking for, I understand but to be abupt and rude is not really a professional or comforting thing from a "medical professional ". Went to several other pharmacist and both were very professional and helpful.. and got what I needed. Won't be back here.

Walgreens has been our pharmacy of choice for our medically fragile son. They go above and beyond working with our insurance, doctors and medicaid to ensure our son has his life protecting medications. They are kind, knowledgeable and airmen supremely helpful

I personally have always had a great experience with Walgreens pharmacy but I really woke up to who this store is (pharmacy especially).I recently started a new prescription and picked it up.Well, a few days later I received a phone call (wasn’t sure who was calling but it had looked familiar) and I decided to pick it up.I can’t remember who had called me (sorry about that) but it was a female that worked at the pharmacy who said that my name was flagged in their system, saying that I had started a new medication and they were calling to ask how it was going/if I had any questions.I thought this was absolutely above and beyond as a pharmacy- I am totally impressed by this! I have been going there for the last 5ish years and don’t intend to stop when I have medications for me or my littles to pick up. You guys are awesome!

I signed up online for an appointment at there clinic. Got there 10 mins earlier tried to sign in and wouldn't let me. I waited 20 mins for the "doctor" to be done with her previous appointment to talk to her because they do not have a receptionist​. The "doctor" tells me that I had no appointment made and she wanted me to schedule later. Which I can not because this is in between my separate jobs. I will never be back to this Walmart this is not the first time I had an issue at this Walgreens.

Pharmaceutical staff are always rude the pharmacy is never open and they tell you to come back for medicine but then are closed early when you return. This place as went down hill

The Medina, Ohio location is the absolute worst for answering the phone ( 25 minutes on hold) and prescriptions are NEVER ready, even when they have notified that they are. They are big on excuses but not so much on service. Terrible pharmacy !

This is the 3rd time my doctor sends something over to be filled and I got try and pick it up after a hour and 45 minutes and be told oh we are still working on it. Really it's been almost 2 hours! Are u kidding me! I will be using drug Mart for now on after this.

Not a fan of this location. It's always really crowded and the glaring flourescent lights and white floors give me anxiety. Could use a remodel. At least install lighting that isn't so harsh.

I use to like this walgreens. But when the employee says they were too busy to finish a photo book that you ordered an hour ago and it says itll be ready at 10:22am and its 11:12am, and they're on their cell phones and not doing it as its sitting there on the counter, then we have a freaking problem. Never again. What a joke!

Always friendly and helpful. I don’t understand these negative comments because I have been using them for 2-3 yrs and never an issue. They are not Walmart so of course prices are higher.
