I always have a great experience at Tractor Supply... but, I would like to update everyone- including the employees. When promoting your credit cards to customers, understand that it is a hard credit pull (not a soft), and does show up on your report and does affect your score.

I was in there recently and Peggy and Bobby assistant managers were so rude and disrespectful to other workers as well as customers complaining out loud and cursing.. complaining that they were so busy.. implying that having customers and work to do is a bad thing.. very unpleasant to deal with while shopping.. I can promisei absolutely will never come back because of this display and disregard for others.. someone needs to be talked with. Respect others above all else.

I came in to this store so frustrated today and left with a smile on my face! They are so friendly and helpful. Dan patiently spoke with me and reassured me that I could use these tools and lawnmower that I purchased. They put it together and taught me how to use it! You gained yourself a loyal customer! One of the better Tractor Supply locations (except for the parking lot, it seems always congested and difficult to get in and out). The store is always clean, the folks are always nice. If you order online for curbside pickup they do a fantastic job at getting you processed and the checked in and out quickly. Recommended!

We rely on propane fill-up for heating where we live with small children. We went to town during normal business hours to fill up and even after explaining our situation, the employee refused to fill our propane tank because they were understaffed. No other customers were there.Terrible customer service and lack of basic care for others. And by that time, all the other TSCs and propane fill up places in nearby cities would be closed before we could get there.

Bought a $500 ATV boom sprayer, after assembling it, about an hour, I realize the parts bag I 1 part short. The next morning I go into the store and I am told to either disassemble the entire thing and return it for another new one I get to reassemble, contact the manufacturer and wait the week and a half or so for them to ship me the part, or I can buy the individual replacement part they sell. Pretty poor customer service, they had another half dozen of the sprayers sitting their they could have opened one up and given me the part, then returned it to the manufacturer. Pretty poor customer service to sell a $500 item and then put it all back on the customer because the product you sold came incomplete

Worst store ever. You call and they tell you something is in stock. When you get there it's not. You return something you bought and they don't have enough cash to give you a refund, so you have to come back. Sure I love a 1/2 hour drive for no reason. You ask questions in the store and they give you wrong information. The kids working there know nothing. Worst run store I've ever experienced here in Medina. Last on my list of places to shop. Best thing that could happen to this store is closure.

I had a bad experience getting propane July 5th. I had two completely empty tanks to get filled, a 20 lb and a 40 lb. The employee, Carmen, said the 20 lb tank wouldn't take any propane and gave it back to me. I said it was empty and she said there was too much pressure in the tank. So I gave her the bigger tank to fill. While she was filling that one I opened the valve on the 20 pounder, nothing came out because it was empty. Meanwhile, she only filled the bigger tank to 6.3 gallons and said that's all it would take. This tank was empty and a 40 lb tank takes 9 gallons of propane. She must have assumed it was a 30 lb tank. I asked her to try the 20 pounder again after I opened the valve and she was able to fill it to 3.7 gallons. Again, I don't think it was full. She charged me for 10.1 gallons when it was clearly 10.0. She was rude when she talked to me and she clearly didn't want to be there or didn't like what she was doing. I understand people have bad days, but Carmen needs an attitude adjustment and needs to be retrained.

Apparently gift receipts aren't a thing here. I returned a pair of boots that I got for my Bday because they were the wrong size. I had the gift receipt that i got with them. I was given no option to exchange them for another size or even a gift card and was told the money was refunded to the original credit card. Wel, obviously this doesn't work with me because they were a gift. There was absolutely no attempt to make it right when I questioned this. What was the point of the gift receipt?

Excellent prices on bulk food for animals like rabbits and chickens, even some pet products. Shelves often bare though and you have to ask someone to restock. Not a problem if customer service is manned but if not you can wait 20 minutes to get help.

Will not be back to this particular TSC. Bought chicken feed , treats dog food. Got science diet and they had a special if you bought a bag $10 gift card( I was going to buy it anyways so bouns get a gift card). Cashier rang it up and I asked 2 times did the $10 come off said yes. Well it didn’t.. The manger came over and said reason why it didn’t was the bag didn’t qualify. Yes there is a sign back there , told her would bring sign to her( she told cashier to go with me to make sure it’s right) it was . The manager couldn’t figure out how to do a gift card. She basically called me a lier, and when she was proved wrong she just dismissed me and said she didn’t have time and walked away. Poor management and extremely rude employees

This place has everything you could ever want. I got my snowblower there and I get my cat foods there and I get my bird foods there and a wonderful pair of boots I wear everywhere. it's very clean and well organized and everybody there has been extremely helpful anytime I have asked any questions at all. I would recommend it to anybody

Stop in to refill propane tanks. Call in side asked if someone could help. 10 minutes later an employee went by said it will be a few minutes. I would not mind to the wait but I see them helping other people that came in after I arrived. I left after waiting 50 minutes.

Great products. Staff is generally both knowledgeable and helpful. Only suggestion is cashiers remembering to ask for Rewards phone number and if forgotten to be willing to cancel transaction and ring again. Animal rescuers need all the points they can accrue LOL.

Don’t waste your money on a sprayer from here, $40 plus tax. Took it out of the box pumped it up one time at it snapped the top part that screws onto the rest of the can of the threads, trash 🗑

Typically I'd buy here but after this time Im going to start shopping somewhere else. Called to see if they had something on hand before driving40mins to the store. First she put me on hold for 7mins then just hung up, the othe 4 times she aswered said the speal I asked the same things and she just hung up. Finally decided to just go to homedepot. Called 3:53- 4:03 06.22.21 belive her name was Brittany. This makes the third time in the last month where this kind of behavior has happened and I'm sick of it. Not a good way to operate a business.

Employees are rude and act as if you're bothering them when you ask for assistance. Medina selection for equine and cattle is awful. Shelves are never stocked and they're always out of everything. When you check a product online its always out of stock at medina and available at EVERY single other site. Whoever does their ordering needs fired. I'll drive a half hour further to go to better locations or Rural King

Friendly staff. Store is kept up and clean. Often they need more cashiers or at least faster ones. We actually went in one time to find parts for our mower/tractor and they didnt have "tractor parts" even though the name is Tractor Supply. We go there still but just not for everything.

I find that Tractor Supplies prices are reasonable oh, and the people that work there are knowledgeable. It's also nice to go to a store that carries some things that you wouldn't see it in ordinary Lowe's or Home Depot. Their Hardware includes many things not normally seen and they even sell clothing. I like the store.

I love tractor supply company! This is a chain of non presumptuous farm, yard and tractor supply store that simply have what you need. They have great pet supplies, pest control products, and hardware needs. The prices are good, and the staff is knowledgeable.If you are headed the Home Depot or Lowe's, you might try here first and same a couple bucks and the hassle of the big HI stores

I have been hunting for a Kayak.I have called all week and they didnt have any, they even said Tuesday & Thursday were truck days to call.Called on a fluke this morning and they had one!I flew there, they said they would hold it for me. I was over the moon excited!! I got there and it was rain checked for someone else, so lie number one. I now ask if I could get a rain check on one and why I have never heard of a rain check. Sure enough we go to complete that process andI cant have a rain check they are on back order. That was lie number two..I can order off online from a computer that has a sign on the computer for free shipping, there is an $89 fee for shipping and a credit of $50.After all the deception, they couldn't just get me free shipping or a promo code.I get everyone wants a Kayak, but don't tell me we can do this and that and not follow through.
