It's not possible to say enough nice things about this place. I have a large reactive dog who gets easily spooked. We came in for a couple of introductory visits. He snapped at every one there but they told him no, stood their ground and he stopped. When the exams start we muzzle him and they distract him with peanut buttery treats. They take a holistic approach considering diet, scents, and exercise as well as meds (not "holistic" in an anti-scientific sense) and have a state of the art facility for large and small, domestic and exotic pets. They aren't the cheapest vets in the area so if you've got an animal that might need a lot in the future get pet insurance now, but they're amazing

My dog is so comfortable at Sharon Veterinary Hospital. He's been there for everything from shots to an allergy concern. Dr I is amazing and took time to explain things, discuss treatment options, and answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed like our previous vet.

I used to like bringing my dog here, the staff was very friendly and the service was great. As well as, I'm in school for alternative medicine.I brought my dog in for a check up and an allergy shot. During the check up, I asked how do we fix the gut due to her yeast overgrowth? The doctor stated keep using the shampoo every 2 to 3 days and lets see how that goes. I thought repeat washing and moisture creates yeast growth and antibacterial shampoos further can disrupt the microbiome. I asked what about a probiotic? I would like to know the root cause of why this is happening? Do we need to cleanse the liver? the Doctor came back in the room to give the allergy shot. The Doctor dispensed the shot with the dog on my lap and it went all over my pants and on the floor. It was like it went right through the other side of her skin. The Doctor left the room and came back with another needle, I was hesitant because I don't know how much of that went into my dog. the Doctor stated she is only giving her half the dose. I asked, please do the injection on the table. The Doctor hardly lifted up the skin for the injection. My dog reared up like a horse screaming. The shot was injected in her upper back. There were three witnesses in the room including myself. When I asked the Doctor, why did that happen she shrugged her shoulders. An allergy shot does not do that. Unacceptable!No response you give me will justify what you did to my dog.

My animals are my life, and finding a vet who cares as much about them as I do is extremely important. In addition to this, knowing that I can trust them and the fact that they have my dog's best interest at heart puts my mind at ease. The doctors and nurses are all amazing. The front desk is always helpful and kind, and the pricing is competitive and doesn't break the bank. If I can walk away feeling safe, happy and that my Givenchy (a.k.a. I have/had 3 dogs and a cat who are/were patients at Sharon Center Veterinary Hospital. I love Dr. Nathan. He is very thorough with his examinations and he always has the pet's best interest in mind. He always recommends treatments and services to improve the quality of life for our pets! It is very easy to recommend them to anyone looking for a great veterinarian. I live in Cleveland and drive there because I am so satisfied with the service.

Was once a great Vet, WAS. I have been a client here since 2016 with my 4 adult dogs, numerous litters of puppies, and I have spent thousands of dollars here. I have referred dozens of clients here. Regrettably poor management and inconsistent billing practices are definitely hurting the client experience. The final straw came today when I was told that I missed my appointment but I could continue to be scheduled in-between other appointments including a $35 penalty fee for this. In full disclosure - I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and then stood waiting in the lobby for another 10 minutes waiting to be helped as there was only 1 attendant present and she was on the phone. Looking back over the years there are numerous times I waited 15-20 minutes in the lobby waiting to be helped, when I had an appointment scheduled. There are times I was placed in a room with one of my dogs and waited for up to 30 minutes to be helped, when having an appointment. One time in particular I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and they were running 20 minutes late so I waited a total of 35 minutes before being seen by someone. During these times I was never offered any discount for [their] delays or the times I had to rearrange my schedule for them. I was always very understanding and flexible for them so it's quite disappointing that they do not wish to do the same for me. I will be taking my animals somewhere else for care.

I had taken my rabbits here a couple times and always payed and it was great. I had an emergency where my rabbits bonded partner died and she developed a head tilt a day later with a raging eye infection. They said they didn’t have time to see my rabbit in the next week. If our vet isn’t available for emergencies, what’s the point?

The staff here is unbelievable. They are absolutely amazing and we're able to do emergency surgery for my cat on a Saturday. My cat might not have been happy about the visit but I am so thankful for Dr. Huber and her team!!! I can't thank them enough!!!

This is a great place. I will not take my cat anywhere else. All the staff members are great, and the prices are fair. The doc removed a large cyst removed from my cat's head. The scar is virtually invisible, and my cat couldn't be happier with his new look.

I had my cat in on August 11, 2023 for blood work to check her thyroid level. In addition to lab fees, I was charged $17 for an office visit. Very acceptable.I had her in again on September 21, 2023 to check her thyroid level and I was charged (in addition to the lab work) $54 for a medical examination. I did not see any medical examination take place and feel I was overcharged. My cat was not "sick", and I only went in for blood work both times.
