I used curbside pick up which I’ve used before . This time I got there at 7:25 pm and the girl on the phone said we stop doing curbside at 7:00. Which no where on their website or app does it say that . I was very upset I wasted a trip and I was very sick so I couldn’t even run in to grab my cat food. The girl wouldn’t even make an exception or check with a manager and I find that very poor customer service.

I’ve been bringing my husky, Blu, to see Tiffany for a couple years now to get groomed. She is so sweet and does such a phenomenal job with Blu. He can be a handful, but I always know that he’s in good hands with Tiffany. He not only looks a million times better when I pick him up, but he’s always so happy too. I can’t recommend her enough!

I need prescription pro plan EN dog food for my dog. Pet Supplies Plus does not carry prescription food. I have to go to PetSmart that is much further away from my home. So, I rate PetSmart a 5.

Just picked Milo up from being groomed by Tiffany at the Medina Pet Smart. She does an excellent job with his undercoat and making sure there are no mats. His coat is trimmed evenly and he looks beautiful when she is finished. I highly recommend Tiffany! We are extremely pleased with her knowledge and how efficient she is I. Getting him groo.ed in a timely manner.

Took my German Shepherd there for grooming and paid for one of the extra packages since she was a shedding nightmare. She came back with no hair coming off anymore and soft as heck. It wasn't cheap, but well worth it. They do a good job!

I was in this store last night looking for food for my cat that had bad teeth and trouble eating. The manager was in the aisle stocking shelves abd asked if he could help. He was so helpful and got me on the right track with Mousse texture and broth cat food. Very knowledgeable! She ate it up last night. Very grateful snd will be back to that store!

Grooming policy’s suck the girl that help me was a not helpful. I will never go to the grooming again. That was the first and last. I had the paperwork showing rabies vaccination and the email showing what she was due for and rabies was not due hence up to date but that wasn’t good enough. Vets closed not a chance to get paperwork

I just adopted my new furbaby "Silkie" kitty here 2 weeks ago. She was a rescue by the SPCA. They have cats and kittens here for adoption. They are spayed or neutered and have their first treatments and shots. The cost to adopt is relatively inexpensive when you consider what the outside vet costs could be. These babies need forever homes with lotsa love and they so deserve it. WARNING: Its hard not to want to take them all home. Lol

Don’t buy fish from here unless you’re prepared for them to die from the fish parasite ICH…. They sold me a sick fish and when I went back to buy the medicine it needed, I expected them to take it seriously and treat their other fish as well. Well they didn’t. They do not careeeeee. My fish lived 1 day.they did offer me a new one but I will be going to a reputable fish store from now on.

So far so good.Great doggie teacher from the instructor lady named Leah.She has a great attitude and tons of patience, not to mention a stellar demeanor when working with all sorts of dogs, large and small. She decent with people as well!If you want an intro course for your dog, or something more advanced she is a go-to for all dogs!Loved how well she worked with everybody, I arrived slightly skeptical and left the class area impressed.She even stayed extra to walk our dog around the store and talk to us 1 on 1.Jokes aside She is 5star all day.The staff was very nice, location is good, store was clean and running smoothly.Will be back 100%

I looked everywhere for a scoop in order to clean my pond out but couldn’t find it anywhere.She approached me and asked if i needed help and I told her my problem. I was really impressed with this PetSmart compared to others I had been to in the past. I mainly went to look at their fish and aquarium supplies after stopping at the Medina Pet Supplies Plus. PetSmart had a much better selection, and the fish certainly looked healthier. The store was clean, and the employees were attentive.

Stopped in to pickup a toy for my dog's birthday, ended up changing my mind and getting two other toys instead. Great selection, most toys were in stock, and reasonably priced. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was nice and clean. Was checked out quickly. Best yet, with the birthday coupon, and sales, I got great deals.

We take our dog here for Raining and Leah is absolutely a wonderful trainer. It's not really dog training but teaching the owners how to handle the dogs... More like owner training! We have seen much improvement with our dog.We also like the grooming salon and since our Dog has allergies they do offer hypoallergenic shampoo, and our pet loves coming here too especially her time with Mrs. Leah and all her other doggie friends.
