Took my dog to the dog wash, it was trashed, nowhere to hang your own stuff, shelves are dirty, the water pressure even when changed is way too much for a small dog. U get 20 mins then u have to wait for the blow dryer to hear up and it's still cold. So basically a dollar a minute to get stressed. Never again!

I have recently placed 3 curbside pick-up orders. The associates have been prompt and welcoming. They carry a kibble product that is not easy to find in larger weights. Since my older girl pup deserves the best, this store location is my go to. I am a fan. They make life a bit easier, and pricing is great!

We adopted a pup from Kentucky and didn't get home until far later than expected due to traffic. The pup had been living in a garage for quite some time and smelled like it to match. Even though the pet wash closes at 8, the team here allowed us to wash our new dog here at 8:20. They were lovely and made our dog's first time in any building that wasn't a garage pleasant and wonderful! Thank you so much for being flexible and exemplifying true kindness. Kudos to the whole team tonight!

Great place to shop for treats and food for pets, including exotocs. Folks can bring their dogs for a bath that the owner can do or schedule an appointment.

The employee who answered my call asking about pinky mice not only made sure they were in stock but also told me the package sizes they came in to make sure it would meet my needs. Additionally when I came in to purchase them everyone was quite helpful making sure I knew how to thaw them and how to keep my new snake healthy in a kind and caring way. I love this store and always love the staff working.

Went in for the dog wash and compared to other dog washes this places had not been cleaned recently. Once you house everything down and clean up enough to work you find out you only had 30 min from when they started the water timer up front. That said they give me an extra 10 min to finish rinsing my dog.They had a good selection of toys and the dog food we buy and prices were higher than other big box stores but it was one easy stop while traveling in an RV for 7 months.Plenty of parkingIf there was another dog wash in the area we would give it a try but this was the only one we could find.

Very pleased with the Medina Pet Supplies, we had a very helpful employee, Florence. She answered all our questions, helped us find what we needed for our new pets and told us how to care for them. They had a great selection of everything. We experienced wonderful customer service during our entire visit. I highly recommend this location.

I purchased a few white skirt tetras and two cory catfish from this location. Within a day, one white skirt tetra died. Within a week, three white skirt tetras and one cory catfish died as well. I tested the water daily and no rise in nitrates or ammonia was found. My tank was also infected with ick within a few days. Won’t be buying fish from this location again sadly.

If i could give this place a zero star i would. I purchased a few fish from there(neon tetras and zebras) to be exact. After 1 day and a half i lost two of my oldest fish i had to a fungus infection. Then 2 days later half of my entire aquarium went belly up. Their fish which were advertised as 50% off all tropical fish, infected my entire tank. I’m just putting it out there so people have this information, I for one will never spend another penny at a Pet Supplies Plus store, especially this one.

I had a very bad experience whilst shopping. This lady named "Megan" came in and barged in on my conversation with a fellow worker. I was asking them their opinion on what type of cat food would they recommend. I have an orange tabby and he needs to be on weight watchers. But that's a conversation for another day....Anyways, this Megan lady literally grabbed this poor pet supplies worker and yelled at her about something with the "cash register" I was disgusted and walked out. Now my cat keeps gaining weight and he needs to be airlifted to use the bathroom.

Ordered some cat food after they were closed. The next morning they let me know it was ready for pickup. They also had other things on sale I needed so that saved me a little more $. This is my go to place for pet supplies.

Alex in the pet spa did an amazing job with Hank. He really needed a haircut and I was very nervous because he has had some bad cuts in the past at PetSmart . I picked him up and he was cute as a button where people have asked me where he gets groomed. I will recommend Alex 💯❤️. Also got his nails cut and grind. another BIG kudos. I will be back😊. Usually have to track someone down if I need feeders or livestock as the only employees I see are the ones at the register. Generally speaking for a big box pet store they usually have what I need in stock, but occasionally run out of certain things and it's several weeks before it comes back in.
