Snippy customer service now and throughout the last several years. Overcrowded merch throughout the store. Quietly asking a question whether they had a certain item or not resulted in the person at the counter acting like I was bothering her and giving us sarcastic, negative responses. My friend and I had a fun day at different businesses in town only for this business to impose their negativity. Never mind, no one else was in the store but us. I'll never shop here again. I've given this place chance after chance. Several other locals have commented that they and their clients experience the same snippy news by the owner. There are plenty of other nice dog bakeries to support. No to this one.

Such a cute place! Went to look at custom leashes and was able to find so many we couldn't even decide on! They also carry dog supplies and make their own healthy dog treats. Would recommend!

This place is one of a kind. You will never shop at another pet store after visiting One Lucky Dog Bakery. They have absolutely everything imaginable to keep your pet happy and healthy and the products are very high end. From a raw bar with duck hearts, to homemade snacks, to waste bags.. you name it - they have it. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting you when you're not entirely sure what your furry friend may need. You'll also feel good knowing that you're supporting local businesses by shopping here. I highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Lucky Dog for a long time. Through the years Stacey was a huge help to me with my Golden's various health issues. She is a wealth of knowledge for the holistic approach and the various high quality dog and cat foods she carries.Recently I lost my golden and was waiting on another from the same breeder. I purchased many new items for my much anticipated pup only to find out the breeding was not successful. Because of my pending knee replacement and rethinking the puppy issue, I asked Stacey if I could return the many things I had purchased. Her compassion to me was overwhelming -- and it wasn't about the things I hoped to return. She understands our close relationship to our pets. We are in very good hands.

Amazing staff, they always let my dog try the homemade treats to see if he likes them. They are very thoughtful, always reminding me to put the treats in the refrigerator in a Tupperware or something. We are lucky to have them in medina.

We were in there yesterday and purchased 2 collars for our pups. We love the designs compared to your regular box stores. The staff at One Lucky Dog are great and friendly. One of them helped us in figuring out a good size for one of our fur babies and it ended up being the right size when we got home. The collars look great and are great quality as well.

Our pup had a recent emergency surgery and was not interested in eating. Stacey at One Lucky Dog saved the day. She recommended a new dog food and special food topper that worked better for our dog than the appetite stimulant medication from the vet. A store owner that truly cares. Listened to me about my dog having health concerns and gave me great advice in addition to having me talk to someone on her staff whose dog has similar issues. Went above and beyond with customerservice and empathy. I was able to not only get my dogs favorite food & treats but also educated on new supplements that my dog loves. I will highly recommend to everyone I know! I love that we are lucky to have such a wonderful, dedicated shop in town.

This shop is a lifesaver! The owner takes time with every customer and treats us like family. She was a huge help to me when my dog was having some health issues that weren't easy to treat with traditional medicine. I am so thankful that she had some great holistic advice and products to help him through. Aside from that, my dog LOVES her treats (and I feel good about the ingredients in them), and my daughter loves to shop their selection of quality collars and dog toys!)

They supply thee best dog toy fluffy stuffed animal around. They last for months. It takes my dog months to destroy it and I usually go every couple months to buy a new one. It’s a bit pricey, but that fact that my dog takes months to work on it, instead of minutes, will always bring me back.

This store continues to be a treasure of a find. I am particular about the treats and toys my dog gets. I will not feed him anything imported. Stacey is inquisitive and seeks knowledge to educate herself and her patrons. She has a sincere love for animals and people and will do her absolute best. The staff is courteous and also seeks knowledge the entire team will do their best to help us care for our loved ones. The fact that I can see where the treats are made impresses me and makes me feel safe giving them to my pets. Her ethics are above most people's standards. Her prices are economical and the selection is amazing.

Such a great store. I take my pup their quite often and she loves it. The fresh baked dog biscuits are totally worth the price. They also have an amazing selection of chews, treats, dog food, toys, and pet grooming products. I give One Lucky Dog Bakery 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. My pup gives it 5 barks and 2 paws up lol.

Seems like another cute shop, but the customer service is very not inviting..They offer a cute expensive variety of leashes/collars. The bakery items have a nice presentation in the display case. They have dried snacks A la carte for your dogs you can choose from.It's very well organized for a small space. Our pets enjoyed the treats we purchased.

Owner has very poor customer service skills. If you don't want any merchandise photographed, please post a sign. Since I am out of town my boyfriend was sending a picture of the dog toys and bow ties to me to see if I liked any to purchase. I liked quite a few of them and would have purchased multiple items, but your poor attitude was unnecessary. You lost out on a large amount of business as we enjoy pampering our pup.

Stacy and company are the greatest! Our dogs can't live without her bakery-fresh treats and all the products she carries are of the highest quality. No junk or food that isn't produced to the highest standards. I am a huge believer in Fromm foods. They have made breathtaking differences in the dogs coats and overall health. The best there is IMO!

The Worst customer service. And in front of the owner who did nothing when clerk rolled her eyes for doing her job! Not a word was said to me about the attitude I got either! This store will not get another nickel of my money EVER. I would think any business but especially small businesses would be more than happy to help and be happy for the sales Apparently this isn’t the case here/ go to Pet Loft in Bath They treat you as you should be treated No smart mouth and no eye rolling in their camp for sure!

They have home made dog & horse treats as well as cat treats too. It would be a shame not to stop in here & treat your pets to some all nature treats !!! My dogs just love the pumpkin treats, chocolate treats & peanut butter treats. My gosh this store has sooo many other types of treats too, that they LOVE !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I Bought a few bags for my dog and found out soon after he was allergic to the dog food so I called her and she said she would take back the unopened dog food bags then when I went to return them she said she wouldn’t take it because that’s just not her policy and then pulled the Covid card after she said she would take it back the first time. I also have had multiple friends say there treats gave their dogs diarrhea. STAY AWAY!
