Jones Lake Management is simply the BEST! We have been customers for some time, but you only realize the quality of their service once there is a problem. That was our case two days ago. We were having a problem and lost a few of our fish. It was unusual, and we knew something was wrong. I called, spoke with Brian, and explained the problem. It was almost 1 PM. It was late and I didn't know what to expect, but to my surprise, Brian said he would come out.It was late in the day, and we were a considerable distance from the business. Still, before 3 PM, Brian and Aaron came out, installed our aerator that we usually store for the winter, and resolved the problem. They were amazing, and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. We have always had exceptional service from Jones Lake Management. Still, when the unusual happened, we discovered their customer service was phenomenal. Thank you, Brian and Aaron. We really appreciate you!

This company is absolutely amazing and is highly recommended. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and you can tell they love what they do. They share their professional knowledge in order for you to learn and grow. I have been calling for the last couple of months and they have unbelievable patience. Just received my fall order and I am extremely pleased. Delivery driver took the time to review my order and went out his way to answer questions about my pond. I would give them 6 stars if I could. This company has earn my business and will do the same for you.

We used Jones during the 2022 season and had a really disappointing experience. Their treatment was very reactive rather than proactive- they were always chasing problems that were already visible, rather than preventing them. While they came on a regular basis to treat, there wasn't any follow up with beneficial bacteria to keep problems under control.There was a near constant film of algae on the pond through the season. On one occasion, I called the manager to discuss what was going on. He had the team perform a subsequent treatment which resulted in a fish kill... but 3 days later the algae was back anyway.The most disappointing thing is that although the management was made aware of the issues, the problem was never brought under control, and they've made no attempt to reimburse us or offer to treat the pond this season at any discount.Needless to say, we won't be using their services, and would not recommend them.

Picked up a bunch of fish for my pond on fish day! Only a few hours later and my father caught one of the fish I stocked! And yes it was certainly one that of the stocked channel cats because this species didn't exist in the pond beforehand. Thanks Jones Fish, Medina!

Everybody's extremely friendly they go out of their way to help you with whatever your needs are. Very clean atmosphere. Lots of parking available. Handicap parking also in handicap. In the general area there several stores, restaurants and gas stations. They're right on a State highway close to interstate 71.

Very professionally run fish day pick up. The guys were on top of things and they got me in and put quick. They put way more fish in a single bag than I ever imagined possible but out of 550 fish and 7 bags I only lost 3 or 4 fish. Very nice store. Not large but its like walking into half of the catalog. I will be going back again to get more fish for my growing lake. Thanks for everything.

Ordered fish in September. They called this week saying they didn’t have the fish I paid for. They tried talking me into buying different fish. I said no thanks. So today I went to pick up the fish I ordered that they had 7-9” walleye. They hand me a plastic bag of fish that were 4-5 inches at best I refused them and got a refund. This place is a total joke. They were ripping off another customer when I was getting my refund. Talking him into what they had not what he ordered. Complete joke of a company. Please don’t use this terrible company. Buy from fenders fish there legitimate.

Super helpful and friendly people. My email to get info about stocking my pond was quickly returned and followed up with a phone call just to make sure they knew exactly what I needed. Was able to pick up my fish a week later. Will gladly do business with them again.

If you own a pond, you need to have a relationship with Jones fish. Please notice I did not say you should check into, give them a call, or even stated as a suggestion. At least a half a dozen people on my street have ponds and nearly all of them are serviced by Jones fish. Whether you're looking to stock your pond or keep it clear and attractive throughout the year they are absolutely the company to call. Every employee has a college degree in a related field regarding aquaculture. They are all experts, I have never been able to stump them and nothing more then a telephone call and a brief description is usually enough for them to diagnose an issue with aquatic weeds or other trouble with the pond. The absolute best part about this company is that they will not sell you things you don't need, to the contrary they will stop you from making mistakes even if it means buying something less from them. They are in fact one of the most honorable businesses that I know of today. Again, I strongly recommend visiting one of the many locations and picking up a catalog. You will not be disappointed if you do.

Went to the medina fish pick up today. Huge line waited an hour and a half to get my fish. Even though I had a scheduled time to pick them up. The employees that were there were all really nice. They were working there butts off to keep the line moving. I do not blame them at all. I believe the owner/ management should have been better prepared for the amount of people that they were expecting. I mean it should not have been a surprise they had everyone's orders before hand. If they do not fix this problem I will not buy fish from them again. An hour and a half is too long to wait for anything.
