I just logged onto google maps to check what time this DrugMart opens and noticed a few people posting negative reviews.1) For one, I cannot even think of the last time I needed something in a hurry and they didn’t have it in stock. The jingle “Saves you the runaround” is pretty darn accurate. Kudo’s to purchasing dept.2) DrugMart’s availability of open days/hours beats any other store I can think of.3) As for the complaints about the pharmacy, I’ve had no issues and even gave a gift card to one of the assistant pharmacy staff for taking the time to check all my meds between two different insurance companies to see which would be less expensive.4) Trust me, I’ll be the first to talk to management if there is an issue anywhere I go, but I also try to make a habit of taking the time to let them know if the experience was good - which is what I feel more people should do as well.Keep up the good work in this trying time of finding people (any people) who are willing to work during this post Covid time in our lives.

I’m in from PA visiting family, I came here to get some NA Busch for my father, she took my id and quickly scanned it 4 times, and handed it back to me saying she couldn’t do anything else with it. Maybe because I look a little young? Reason being she called me kiddo but I feel like that might be a little bit of discrimination..

I stopped in this location Sunday morning to pick up a few things and was blown away by how incredibly rude the cashier was to me. Jessica U....learn some customer service skills. You were so rude to me. I had to say hi to you, and then you acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to be checking out at your register with my whole 6 items. I also work for this company and am embarrassed to have people such as you working for them. If you don't want to work, then don't have a job.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been using Drugmart for years growing up in Lodi, then I even worked for them when they built in Montville. I personally never had any issues with the stores or pharmacies. Til I moved to Medina a year ago and started using the Medina Location Drugmart. When they tell you that it “saves you the run around” that does not apply in any manor to this store. The inconsistencies and lack of customer service is infuriating. I won’t got into all the problems I’ve had with them. For Months I’ve been dealing with the shortages as many people have been… for a couple different types of medications I take. Which fine that isn’t their fault though as months have gone on and gotten better “shortage wise” My doctor suggested 90 day scripts to help with the gaps and hassle involved. First time I called I spoke to the pharmacy the lady treated me like I was incompetent and said Narcotics don’t fill 90 day scripts. I thought my doctor was mistaken and he said that many of his other patients are able to fill 90days. I call again, this time a man told me that they could fill 90 days but refuse because of the shortage. I accepted that and time went on, I told my doctor that and he again said that’s very odd and his other patients don’t have issues with their pharmacy. The next month I spoke with the pharmacist this time and he said that neither of those are the case… that it’s because my insurance won’t cover it…I asked him if he was sure and he couldn’t check because at the time it was too early to fill. Also in these months I keep running into problems with the pharmacy saying that my doctor didn’t call them in or he cancels it. I mean each month I’m on 2 different doses of the same medication and their was always a problem. I go back and forth with my doctor atleast 4-5 times and he would say he called it in…they don’t have it… he has confirmations from them each time. My doctor has had it… he has gone and made sure that everything was working on his end. Going forward (I now have to go in person each month for physical copies.) I spoke with the pharmacist last week about this issue and he told me that Drugmart had a cyber attack recently and that is the reason. I spoke with another pharmacist this week because for 2 weeks they still say they don’t have one of my scripts.. I ask him if they can reset their system or contact someone to fix this? He says that I’m THE ONLY Person having any problems and it’s not on their end…..I’m so over this pharmacy. DON’T USE THIS LOCATION

We love Discount Drug Mart. They are a chain drug store and a grocery store rolled into one. They have a really large selection of products at competitive prices. You can get almost everything you would need in the way of food, beverages, cleaning products, beer and wine, health related items, pet food and pet care products, bath related products and much more. They also have a very nice deli and of course a pharmacy. We are loyal customers.

Our family loves Drugmart! This location is my least favorite. As other customers have mentioned staff isnt very friendly, but I needed an item. I gave the cashier my courtesy card and gave her my husband's name to apply the points too..she didn't pay attention, not very customer oriented.

I called the pharmacy and was impressed that the person that picked up the call was actually the pharmacist and I found him to be very professional, respectful, and kind. I was very impressed.

Amanda answered my phone call for an essential oils spray I have been trying to track down. She went above and beyond for me and even offered to call other stores to have them transfer some for me. I was so blown away by the great customer service that I was given. Thank you so much Amanda I appreciate your kindness. You made my weekend so much better just by your nice actions. Thank you again

I stopped in to inquire about the booster and making an appointment for the later that week. I ended up leaving with it the shot administered. The pharmacist was very friendly and even advised me to return in a couple weeks to get my flu shot with an explanation why that day was not wise. The technician told me upfront the length of wait time while she looked up my info in the database to confirm eligibility. You could tell they were quite busy filling prescriptions and still took the time and dismiss protocol to provide the booster. I will always return for future nonemergency medical assistance.

I didn’t even want to give one star ….The pharmacy at this location is so unprofessional and rude. I am going through an insurance change and just wanted to know, “When will my prescription be ready and will it be through my insurance and which insurance they ran it through.” Which is exactly what I met asking. Not too difficult of a question and I didn’t think it was absurd of me to ask, since my script suddenly needed a prior auth. I felt I had the right to know what was going on. Well, Pam and Leah the staff are ignorant and should not be in customer service. They treat a well educated BSN-RN with complete and total disrespect. The pharmacist Brett is not any better. All they were interested in was telling me I can not pick up my script for an additional 7 days, which as you can see, was not my original question. It wasn’t so much the lack of answering the question but tone and verbiage in which it was delivered. I will never ever go back inside a Discount Drug Mart, and I have used them for over 15 years. I will be switching pharmacies and I will be sure all my colleagues and professional friends know, never ever use DDM and that everyone is aware of the ignorance that works there. Very unfortunate.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashiers are so rude and never smile never a pleasant demeanor. Management is too busy standing out by the dumpster smoking. At one time 4 DDM employees all standing out there smoking.

I honestly give them 0 stars because the pharmacist was beyond rude. I went up there to pick up some lancets for a client and as I'm talking you can obviously tell I don't know much about them but I was trying my best to explain the situation. The pharmacist became extremely annoyed with me and talked to me like I was 5 years old. I was just trying to take care of my client and get her what she needed. There was no need for the amount of disrespect I received tonight.

0 freaking stars!!! Do NOT go to this drug mart for prescriptions!! ive been going here since i moved to medina & been getting me and my boyfriends medication here. Just yesterday picking up another medication they said 1. My medication isnt in their system, when they called me the night before saying it was ready, also with my provider verifying they got it. And 2. they said my boyfriend wasnt ever in their system so they didnt have any medication for him either, when hes been getting all his medication through them for MONTHS. After 45 mins of waiting for them to figure it out, they sent me to another drug mart wayyy out of my way just so they can send out THE WRONG PRESCRIPTED MEDICATION!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Pharmacy in the country. Promise me my prescription at 11am and called 4-5 and 2 visits and still not ready. All the employees leep promising they will personally call me or text when in 10 mins 30 mins 2 hours, etc and never got the call or text. Had to suffer in pain without them. Just unbelievable.

The people who work in this pharmacy are far more kind than any individuals I have encountered in any other pharmacy! They treAt each customer like they are the most important customer who comes in and they take the time to answer questions and assist in any way possible! I appreciate the quality customer service!

out of the 5 employees i had some form of interaction with, 2 of them even acknowledged my existence. HUGE pet peeve of mine! most of them were associates i was walking by in the aisles and i had said 'excuse me' while walking in front of them and they did not even make eye contact with me... it is so simple to look up and smile or SOMETHING. rudee... 😣🤨
