Normally I love going to this store, but today it was a mess. Not really sure what they're doing with the remodeling and the relocation of goods. You have beer in the cooler. Then you have adult diapers and face cream then you have food then wine in the next aisle. Then the beer outside of the cooler is and a completely different aisle down by shampoo. Food in beverage should be kept with food in beverage. It's all very confusing. I know they're still in the process of remodeling and I hope they change it, and this isn't the permanent spot. Like who wants buy food while they're looking at adult diapers.The aisles are also super thin and hard to get down with the cart. I'll see what it looks like next time. Hope they make some changes.

The cart they provide is very fast and efficient. 5 stars for the cart and the amazing service. His name was Will F and I said like Will Ferrell and he laughed. He deserves a raise.

Let me start with, I've worked in a deli/retail & I understand customer service can be stressful. However, I was the only/first customer at the deli & the employee ignored me. She even went back into the freezer for a few minutes. I understand she has her prep & things to do. When I worked in a deli, I was trained to stop what you are doing & take care of the customer first. Btw- I was very patient & kind to her. Then, while waiting in line, at register 1, an elderly man was purchasing 1 item. He was very friendly to the cashier, she was friendly back.. but when he walked away, she rolled her eyes & shook her head at him. Why?? I didn't see why an attitude was warranted? Where is the pride in customer service? Very disappointing. 😞

Telephone refilling does not work at this location. Message says ready in about 2 hours, but still not ready after 3 days. Their computer doesn't show a refill request.

I was so blown away by the help I received by this lady name Regina in the Orthopedic section( It was her section). I was strolling down her aisle that she just so happened to be working at. I was looking to pick up a new pair of support socks, and Miss Regina is just smiling away at me and asks can I help you find something??? Just so friendly and genuinely 🏼I’m 53 years old and I’m Professional driver and I have been wearing these socks for years!! But?? Did I get educated on them by her and she even measured me with her measuring tape right there in the aisle( of my calf). Took me to her office to try a fitting of a particular stocking she thought would be great for me. Miss Regina taught me what to look for in support socks, stockings for the legs and feet and how they should feel if it’s the correct one on you👏👏 She was so down to earth and yet sooo professional about hers! I just wanted to acknowledge her and encourage anyone needing something from Orthopedics section?? Ask for Miss Regina and tell her that Google Review sent you to her🤗🤗😇 I have a good feeling she will go out her way to help you with simple or dire needs.I hope management reads these reviews!! If so???! Miss Regina is a rock star, and a rare gem. She was the highlight of my day yday shopping in your store. I had to write about this experience with her! Please recognize her🙏🙏 💕💃

Good selection of food and household items. Easy prescription service with text notifications. They even rent videos here (and you get a free rental with a children's prescription). Easy Street access with nice parking. Their pharmacy also offers a drive thru pickup window for faster service.

Drug Mart has everything you need and it’s very organized!Reese is a very good worker and always pleasant at checkout! Marcus is also very pleasant! Some really good workers here and efficient! I enjoy their friendliness!I love the makeup section! I enjoyed talking with Chloe today and she was helping me in the make up department. Chloe was very friendly, polite and helpful! Thank you, Chloe!I had another great experience at Discount Drug Mart today. Both times! Deborah this morning was an excellent cashier and very helpful. Brooklyn C was very pleasant when I went back later in the day!Discount Drug Mart is a fantastic place!!! The pharmacists here Laura and Bryan are amazing!!! They will help you anyway they can and take the time to explain things.I also love the store part! As someone else said on the reviews here, the store has a little bit of everything!!! I’m glad it’s only a few minutes from my house. Since shopping at this store the past few years, I found that they hire top notch personnel here. I had a great experience today with the cashier, Jared. He was young, but very polite and personable with a nice demeanor. Jared was very professional and respectful as he checked out my large order. It made shopping at the store more pleasant and I enjoyed coming across such a nice young man. I would also like to add Valerie as a great sales clerk. She is always so kind and polite when I go to Drug Mart. Valerie is also very helpful if I need anything else that I cannot find. Thanks for hiring great people at Drug Mart who do their very best.Had another great experience at Drug Mart today!!!! Margaret was very helpful today in helping me find what I needed!!! Typical great place, and this does not speak for all the employee's.Happened today while on pet aisle. Standing picking out what toy I wanted to get. Old man with ear rings bracelets and stuff. Comes over stands right in front me . Not excuse me or nothing, just very rude!Learn some manners or proper employee etiquette. I hate rude people especially when you know better!

I usually have good experiences here. It's nice to have an grocery option on the south side of Medina. The parking lot can be a tight squeeze at times, but that's not the store's fault.

I traveled up here on leave from Virginia looking for some last minute gifts. I checked out this drug mart for the picture kiosk and ran into a few fantastic employees. One in particular that went out of his way to help us out was Jared. He was clearly busy, but took the time to ensure he showed us where a few of the other items on our list were located. He did this all with a kind heart and smile. Absolutely fantastic crew here. Also, if you are looking for the picture frames, check aisle 6, with the baby food... Weird, I know. Thanks Jared!

Love that it's so close to home and convenient. Very nice selection of fresh produce and beer/wine. Only issue is that it gets very crowded very quickly, but they always try to keep as many lanes open as possible. Go here at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Gave it a 3 only because the pharmacy is always very nice to me. The rest of the store however, makes me wonder. I'm only saying that because when I'm dressed down in a hoodie and gym shorts & tennis shoes I’m treated differently then I dress nicely, as in dress pants and tucked in long sleeve button down shirts. Still not sure.

I dont write reviews often, but today I thought I would because I had a great expierence going in today. So I went to Drug Mart to pick up some deli meat and the deli clerk John was so wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me and was one of the friendliest people I have evet met. A lot of places you go the people are so rude and act like your an innconvience, not this guy. I hope he sticks around because the store is thst much better with him there. Thanks for great customer service John! Whoever gets this man at the deli will be as happy as I am.

Very clean floors in the store...seems I often see them polishing it. And very helpful and friendly people, on the floor, at he registers, and in the pharmacy. Large selection of items also!

Cluttered shelves , dirty floors and baththroom . Miss or non priced goods are are common . Check out is always slow, over all Discount Drug Mart has never saved me the runaround
