Called ahead to see if they blew up latex balloons. Girl at the florist counter was very nice. Wanted some plain latex balloons blown up for a party really quick. Ten or less to be exact. Her boss said they need an hour to blow up large orders of balloons. The time in which they haggled with me, they could have blown a few balloons up for me. Left without balloons. What a bummer.

Great local option for grocery shopping and preferred to the giant next store on many aspects. The store is clean, with many quality options and a loyalty program. However, pricing is a little high. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Moldy red pepper purchased 10/19/23! This is not the first time I've had Old produce but it will be the last time I purchase much of anything at this store.So disappointed with Buhlers:-(

I hope this was a one-time event. Went to pickup a catering order for a party. Order was supposed to be ready for 2pm. At 2:50pm we finally got the order after waiting for a salad and potato wedges that were left off the order. Staff blamed the managers. Managers blamed the staff. No excuses! This is your business, you have to do it right!

Always able to find the harder to get groceries here. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful.. many more upscale and gourmet choices here as well. Best birthday cakes ever.. you have to get the butter-cream frosting!

Worst store for having inaccurate prices that I’ve ever experienced. It has happened so many times that now I take a picture so I can show the cashier what the displayed price is when I’m overcharged.

I have always liked shopping at Buehler's. I tend to do the majority of my shopping at another place but when I need that special item, like garlic butter, I shop here. I also do my banking at the PNC inside the store.

Great selection of fresh and local produce, quality meats including fresh seafood, and a great in store bakery. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Julie was a friendly and efficient cashier and the baggers used care with our items. Store is always clean and well stocked

Buehler's Forest Meadows outlet is a well stocked grocery store with a wide variety of foods and services to sit the convenience-minded shopper. Need breadcrumbs? Already bagged. Need a special cake? The bakery is ready to go for you. Good parking and great access for wheelchairs and scooters.

Great selection and good prices. I really like the locally grown veggies that they offer. Their baked goods looked extremely tasty (I didn't purchase one this trip). They carry Conn's potato chips which is a huge plus for me they are one of my faves and not always easy to find.

Edited:Eventually they did make it right due tothe many complaints.Ordered the dinner for two for Thanksgiving. The food was good but certainly not worth the price. Gr bean casserole was barely more than 1/4 cup. About a tablespoon of gravy on mashed potatoes and on top of turkey which was on top of the stuffing. The piece of pie was less than 1/2 of normal piece. My niece ordered the same dinner from Orrville store and had same issues. So it isn't just Medina. Would never order again.

I was excited to go to this store. I like smaller chains like heinens etc. well everything was gross! All produce was mush, rotten, wrinkled or just plain old. Potato’s growing eyes out of them. Etc. nothing felt fresh or thay it would last long. I felt hesitant about buying the meat - because cooler didn’t feel that cold, but I did and so far not sick. But disappointed in the selection on a Tuesday afternoon.

One of my first jobs was a bag boy a Buelher's on rt18 in Medina. Great selection and stock at all of them so far! Prices are good and sometimes great! Service is good and store is always clean! Plus PNC is there and open later then most! So I can also do my banking! That's always nice!

The staff in this store were friendly. The produce was excellent. The rest of the store didn't seem to have same selections at other larger Beuhlers. I was able to get what I needed.

Store ok, deli employees are horrendous. They set the cheese I wanted on the same surface as the buckets they were using to clean and never changed their gloves to take order.Plus, three people standing around no one wanting to help.Store manager is okay with this?
