This coffee shop an absolute gem in the heart of Mechanicsburg! The atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful, the iced latte was sweet and delicious, and the service was fantastic! They have really cute decor and items for sale too. I loved the kids table that has toys and coloring paper. This place is worth checking out and may become your new regular coffee spot!

The cinnamon coffee cake was pure bliss: moist, bursting with flavor, and the perfect companion to my dream cappuccino. It was like a symphony of rich espresso and creamy froth, crafted with precision and passion.The staff? Stellar! Super friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was just the icing on the cake (pun intended) - warm, inviting, and buzzing with positive energy. I drove by a few times while working and immediately knew I had to stop! Even from the outside this place is so cute, and upon actually visiting it only got better! The staff is incredibly sweet and patient, the decor and atmosphere are both cozy and elegant. My chai was the best I’ve had in a very long time, and the food was actual perfection. I will be returning no doubt, my one and only complaint is that this place isn’t closer to my home!

Really friendly, bright, clean, large space for coffee, Italian sodas, cookies, pastries, and the like. Lovely open space with plenty of tables and chairs. Super friendly staff/owners. Cool displays with art and t-shirts - especially tie-dyes! Soaps and other nice products too. Coffee was nice and strong, a really fun stop in Mechanicsburg. Def worth a trip!

Great coffee and pleasant atmosphere inside. The coffee was awesome. We also had some cookies, peach turnovers and a scone. The cookies and turnovers were good but seemed to be just undercooked. Needed a bit of browning. The scone was great.We would definitely return here for coffee and a treat.

Love this place!! Serving Hemisphere coffee any way you like. Delicious muffins, scones, turnovers and the like. The staff is friendly and the building is beautifully redone. A fantastic place to meet friends for coffee or tuck into a corner to read and sip coffee.

Stopped on day trip. Very pleasantly surprised. Cheesy chicken tortilla soup was very good, hot ham and swiss and the chicken salad on croissant topped off with a maple pecan scone made this a wonderful lunch. Very friendly staff. Anytime you are near Mechanicsburg stop in and enjoy.

I visit Simple Coffee Co. multiple times a week. I first went for the convenience (being local), but I now go for the delicious coffee, the atmosphere and the cheery faces that great me.I go so often that most employees already know/anticipate what I’ll order.The employees are always genuinely cheerful to the point they exude light which I carry out with me alongside my coffee.I love this place immensely. Everything is made with love. You are treated with love.If you want a sweet escape from the darkness that this world can often hold, walk into Simple Coffee Co and be prepared to share the light with others that’ll definitely be shared with you.
