I use to go into this hardware for most anything . After my last visit on May 3 ,2024 I'm not sure if I'll be back . I went in to buy a new frost proof water hydren . The young man showed me one I picked it up to buy it . It was 125.00 .I told him I needed the fitting for the bottom . I know they don't come with one because I purchased same one last year . He said it comes with it . I said sir it doesn't . He said we have repair parts . I said no I need the brass fitting that you see it shows on the box . He said we only have plastic but it does come in the box . I said maybe I need to go to true value down the street to buy one . Instead of saying let get someone that may know , he said ok and turned around and walked away . The store just lost a 150 dollar sale . I went to true value and purchased same one plus the bottom fitting that does not come in box .Sad for the store for employees that really don't care or understand .

Very high prices and poor selection of products!! Stop gouging your local people and you would get a lot more business! I will drive into Zanesville before paying high prices and supporting your business!! Do you price match?

They had healthy looking flowers. I should have stopped their first instead of going to Lowe's. And kept the money in the community.

Great selection with friendly and helpful staff. Really disappointed the gun counter is gone but this is not the store's fault. I always shop here.
