This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when they say they will be ready. They completely close the pharmacy at 1:30 for a half hour even though there are people standing behind the counter. On top of that, the employees are rude and obviously don’t care about their customers. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. It no wonder Rite Aid is closing stores.

The worst pharmacy I’ve seen yet. They never have prescriptions ready, don’t answer the phones during working hours listed, and constantly “forget” to run my insurance for prescriptions.

i always have a positive experience at the Rite Aid in Maumee. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of drive up window for prescriptions too!

I had to go over 4x for one prescription to be t9ld the final time they can't order it. I wish they were all informed so I didn't waste my time and could of gotten relief sooner by knowing.

I have Been trying to get the same prescription since Saturday The office says they’ve called again. They did not have a Saturday night and refused to call the office for me. Went to the office again today and they said that they sent the scripts over got manuscript and I went to the Rite Aid and then the Rite Aid found it. had to go back to get a paper script for one of the medications, but nobody at the Rite Aid told me Saturday or today that I needed the handwritten prescription still waiting to get it Now it’s gonna be over another hour my right Aid on door Street Always calls for me. I’m sorry, the rubbish – but nobody, including the pharmacist, knew I needed a hand written script really? I wanted to give her one, but they were so nice with the associate I saw today so they only get a three because they were so nice they would’ve had a five if it wasn’t so weird

Waited for 30 min for a flu shot but the demand was way to high for the limited staff on shift. Never got my shot so I had to go. 3 hours later they call me saying they are ready but im in bed. Next day I called back the same number and no answer after 11 min of waiting. I went in the next day expecting a busy line and no results; they were very kind and doing their job faster than expected, gave me my shot immediately infront of the line and apologized. Very nice and knowledgeable people, but circumstantually it was a hassle.

Walked into this store in a good mood, walked out in a bad mood because of how condescending and rude the cashier was. Do better, people. Treat others with kindness and respect. At least act like you like your job when you’re there, you shouldn’t be putting customers in a bad mood, that’s not okay.

My daughter & I were @ rite aid to use the picture printer..there was lady using both printers we waited patiently for @ least 20 minutes the cashier saw us but didn't acknowledge that we needed assistance instead she looked away😠we asked for assistance regarding a price check the associate continued her conversation with a customer and answered us as though we were bothering her😠we NEVER got to print pics since the 1st lady of Rite Aid never got off either printer😠oh did I mention that we are people of color! #customerservice101 needed & 0 stars😠😠😠😠

I just came in to pickup my script to find the pharmacy closed for lunch. Why can’t the pharmacy be staffed to accommodate the store hours and stay open?

Most often I am in and out quickly. Occasionally things are very backed up. Today was the first time I noticed them being intentionally friendly and greeting me in a very long time. It was very nice, hope the environment is moving along in a positive direction.

The cashier just donated 96 cents to something without my permission. I just noticed it after I left. This is the 2nd time it's happened.The appropriate thing to do is to ask the customer. Don't assume!

This store and the one in Perrysburg could NEVER EVER get my scripts all filled at the same time and I was patient for months at both locations. I will never use Rite Aid again ever!

Horrible customer service. They lie to you when your medicine is ready. They say drop off and dont drop off medicine. Tget rather see you die and not fill a perscription. Bad customer service cant pick up the phone.

I absolutely love this rite aid!!!!! All my girls in the Pharmacy Amanda Miller, Amanda Fescko, Amanda Rashidi, Kellie Cole, Brandy, Sarah, It's early so I am forgetting a few and I LOVE SWEET IAN TOO!! They all ROCK!!!
