Flooring specialist, Zach came to my home, measured and gave me a price. Zach explained what my options are and went through all of Refloor's policies and guarantee's. Refloor has a lifetime guarantee on their floors. Hard to beat that. Zach was patient and polite and did not give me the hard sell, which I appreciated. Even my nervous little dog liked him. I will soon be having a new floor installed and it was painless!Love my new floor! Steve coordinated the installation of my floor and Frank and Josh came out to install it. Everyone was extremely polite and easy to work with. I would definitely use Refloor again in the future.

The guys did a great job .. They were very friendly and professional as well . The product I absolutely love ( Blackstone vinyl) it really looks great . Plus they had to tear up 3 layers of flooring in my kitchen , and it only took 2 1/2 days … not to bad ..

My new review:I would honestly never recommend Refloor. The issues I’ve had is just absolutely ridiculous. I’m genuinely shocked they have as many good reviews as they do. I had so many issues. The installation was a horrible process, which is what I said below that the managers made up for. However, it’s only been two months and my quarter round is coming up off my floor. Just coming up! In a low traffic area! Never in my life have I felt like a company has dropped the ball this bad. My install process was awful, then they helped a little and now my floors falling apart?? And I paid $2000 extra for them to just do 3 rooms vs the $2000 less quote for 5 rooms. That’s right. They charged $2000 extra for less rooms. Why did I go with them?? Because I trusted them and they seemed like the safe and secure way to go! I clearly was wrong.As a first time home owner, this process was horrible and it’s like the never ending issue now. I genuinely believe the install team just didn’t care so they didn’t do their best work because I’m young and they didn’t I’d notice.110% satisfaction guaranteed is their slogan and it shouldn’t be. The work they do is lazy.I would literally NEVER recommend anyone get their flooring through Refloor.Update: Working with Jim brought the review up. He was very nice. Although I still would never recommend them, I would recommend working with Jim if you’re going through Refloor. He’s great!My original review from two months ago:Had some majorly disappointing issues with the installation team, but the managers and project coordinators made up for it! They assured me they would get my issues resolved quickly and that’s exactly what they did. Erin was phenomenal at helping amend the situation. The product itself is 5 stars, the floors are absolutely perfect.

Zach Rose was fantastic! He gave every detail we needed to know to help us feel comfortable with our decision and was very charismatic. He was very professional and made sure that we knew what all of our options were. He was prepared, having all of our samples ready and was able to answer all the questions we had. 10/10

I had a great experience with Holden Browning on Monday March 11th. He was very knowledgeable,friendly, on time and had answers to all my questions. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone...he didn't even mind listening to my big dogs barking at the back door of my home the whole time!Update:We had our new flooring installed on 03/21 and 03/22/24 and are very happy with how it looks. The installers, I believe one was named Mike, were very friendly and great. They did excellent work and were very punctual. They even put my mailbox, which had fallen off somehow weeks before, back on the post for me before they left! I am very happy with this company's service!

Our sales Rep Jeff Pickle was fantastic. He clearly provided our options as well as answered all our questions. It was more like sitting talking with an old friend than a salesman. Destiny was wonderful! She measured the rooms, was very sweet and easy to talk with. We sat on my porch to decide colors and then brought the sample tiles in the house to see them in that lighting. She was very helpful in eliminating samples. She had picked some samples she thought would match my existing flooring. She had picked several that I had written down to look at. She allowed me to take my time and I felt no pressure to buy. Wonderful saleslady that covered everything. I was very happy with the flooring they had laid for ne several years ago, and wanted tge new flooring to be different colors, but tie in good with what I had.

The service and product I received exceeded my expectations! I chose Refloor because my Sister-In-Law had her floors redone. My wife and I were present when the Flooring Specialist, Holden Browning, sold my Sister-in Law her floor. I was very impressed with Holden. Once upon a time (way back in the 70's) I sold flooring for Montgomery Wards in Colorado. I didn't share this with him. He did a very thorough jib explaining everything. Based on his talents, and the job that was ultimately done for my Sister-In-Law, we decided to go with Refloor. Holden came to our house and after a pleasant hour of talk, (we had already decided to use Refloor) this was an easy sell. Still, he went through the entire presentation as if he was meeting us for the fist time. Colleen, our advisor called us at least twice a day and kept us to speed on when the floor installers would be at our home, and once the install began, continued to call and check on the progress and ensure we had no issues. Colleen was very friendly and professional in her dealing with us. The Install team of James Jividen Sr., and his helper Josh (I forgot his last name) were no nonsense, let's get to work (in a very friendly way) and did not waste any time. Josh is kind of new to this, and I found James to be a very patient and encouraging teacher. I used to provide on Job Training in my old life (26 year retired Law Enforcement) and i pay attention to those things. My wife and I were totally impressed by these two. They did everything Holden said they would and more. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Refloor to anyone I talk to about our new floor. We have already shown the floor to two of our neighbors and the sign is still up in our yard. Thanks again for the professional service we recieved.

From the very beginning of working with ReFloor, Jessica was super helpful in explaining the process, answering questions, and timely in their follow up and communication.Nicole was also great with her communication throughout the project and always kept me informed no matter how big or small of an update.Steve and his crew were a pleasure so work with as well. We weren’t sure what direction we were going….until Holden showed up and really helped us understand all of the options REFLOOR offered. He was so pleasant, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. It was a little more than we had initially planned on spending, but with the guarantee and all that the team does for us, it is beyond worth it! Thanks, Golden Holden! 🌟After scheduling our installation, which was way sooner than we expected, we were introduced to Victor, who was our direct contact prior to, during and after install. He literally checked in daily while installers worked on our floors. It was so comforting to have, essentially, a concierge throughout the whole process that we could ask questions or report any issues that popped up…although we had zero problems at all.Lastly, our lead installer, Mike, checked in daily as he was en-route to our house. It was a team of two—Mike and Frank—-and they were efficient, professional and paid great attention to detail. They communicated well with us, keeping us up to speed on what was happening daily and they finished the job a day sooner than we expected. We now have beautiful new floors in time for Christmas!!!Re-reading this sounds hokey because we are so pleased, but we stand behind our review!!! A great experience!

Our experience was great starting with the salesman he knew what he was talking about and helped us decide what would suit our needs color and style. Our installer was fantastic Steve Wurster he and his crew went above just installing. He showed us the best direction to install we had some squeaky board they took the time to fix he explained everything to us as he went along made sure we were happy. The floor turned out perfect. I would highly recommend him for any installation you have done. Our consultant keep on top of things calling every hour all day to make sure thing were ok thanks Steve They are a little pricey but you get many perks 100 per cent life time warranty and good people.

We LOVE our floor! The installation was seamless just like our floor Toben installed!! Toben takes pride in his work and it shows! Thank you!! Steve’s, installation coordinator, communication was excellent! He made sure I was informed at all times and was patient because he was not only communicating with me, but also my dad and husband. (They too gave the project 5 stars and that isn’t easy to get from them.) I can’t say enough about Refloor! It will be the last floor I get anywhere!! Great company—great work!!
