I recently visited Maumee Sweeper Center with my Miele vacuum, which had unfortunately lost some of its powerful suction. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Kelly, whose friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Kelly attentively examined my vacuum and clearly explained the missteps I had taken that led to the issue – it was an educational moment for me.To my delight, I received a prompt callback from Kelly within just a couple of days, informing me that the team had meticulously disassembled and repaired my Miele, restoring it to its original high performance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only functioned as if it were brand new but also looked immaculate. The team had gone the extra mile to thoroughly clean the vacuum, leaving no trace of dust or dirt.The exceptional service and genuine kindness I experienced at Maumee Sweeper Center were truly remarkable. Wet here to the Maumee Sweeper Center to look at purchasing a cordless stick vacuum for my wife. All I know is that I wanted a good quality product that does what it’s supposed to. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice woman named Kelly.Kelly showed me two or three options that she thought were good but I was blown away by the Miele it it’s so lightweight it has a tremendous amount of power for it’s size.My wife is extremely happy with it said it is the best thing I could’ve ever gotten her.Wow who the thought that vine of vacuum for your wife would get your brownie points ha ha.Anyway we are very happy with the purchase and got a very good deal we will always do business here at the maumee sweeper center.Thank you Kelly !! Up to this point we've been doing business with a different vacuum shop/dealer & were never really satisfied with the prices/service. We've recently taken 2 vacuums to Maumee Sweeper Center for repair. Fixed very quickly & for about $30. My husband has been the point person d/t my work schedule & now says that he won't go anywhere else. Our vacuums are used daily d/t multiple pets & my husband does commercial cleaning. The vacuum taken most recently was less than 6 months old.

Had a particular Miele canister vacuum in mind but had never owned or operated one before. I was impressed by online reviews of the product and decided to visit a couple local dealers. The salesman at Maumee Sweeper Center took the the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave a demonstration of the product on different flooring types. I checked one more dealer and they weren’t interested in demoing or explaining the features. I returned to Maumee Sweeper Center before close to finalize the purchase because of the great customer service and price.

I have purchased 2 Miele vacuums from the sweeper center. Kelly assisted me both times and is very knowledgeable about helping you find the right fit for your needs. I told her I had pets and she directed me to the best model of Miele and proceeded to show me how to use it and change the bags. I loved it so much and was looking for something to do quick pickups in between. The owner showed me the battery operated Miele and how to use it. I wanted to pick up the next day and he offered to fully charge it so it would be ready to go. When I came to pick up the vacuum the next day Kelly ran through everything again with me. The customer service is outstanding and will be returning for future needs!

My response to John's reply.YOU DID NOT DIAGNOSE MY PROBLEM WITHIN 1 MINUTE. You had my Dyson in the back for 15-20 minutes while Kelly gave me a FULL sales pitch that included a demonstration for a Miele vacuum. I fully explained to Kelly what the probem was with my Dyson as I had done all the troubleshooting that was offered. I only needed to know whether it was the turbine motor itself or the electrical connection to the head and how much it woukd cost to repair it. Kelly led me to believe that you would be able to determine that if I brought it in. You also removed my comment about getting my wand mixed up. You did not give me back MY Dyson wand but gave me the wand of a much used and abused Dyson.What a waste of time!! And gas!! I was led to believe over the phone that Don? or John? would look at my vacuum and diagnose the problem and tell me if it's fixable. He didn't do anything and didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. While he had my vacuum in the back for way too long for doing nothing, I was given a sales pitch on a new vacuum. My very expensive vacuum is only 2 years old and just barely out of warranty (my bad luck). Truly, my time and my travel are worth more than a sales pitch!!

More interested in selling me a new vacuum I had an intermittent problem The electric cut in and cut out. They replaced the switch and put electrical tape on the probable cause. Pitiful !!!!!Thank you for the $50 education I bought my vacuum online and saved over $300.

Maumee Sweeper Center is the best! The staff is great! Kelly was so good at understanding my specific needs for a vacuum. I love my Miele canister vacuum and I have an electric head for carpeting and a non-electric head for the hardwoods. Best of both worlds!

We came in to the Maumee Sweeper Center to get advice about the type of Miele vacuum cleaner best for hardwood floors. We received just that. Mike the store manager was very professional and told us all the facts about this product. He brought down the display and let my wife run it. He did not oversell the product, he let the amazing suction do the selling. Very polite, courteous and professional! He gave us a great deal, plus a trade in discount! I recently moved to Nebraska and found no one with the qualifications to maintain and repair my vacuum like Maumee Sweeper Center. So once a year when we come back to Ohio I bring my vacuum with me. The staff are professional and very helpful with any concerns or questions I have ever had. Also they have a nice selection to choose from. I took my daughter to them when she needed her first vacuum.

I brought in a carpet cleaner that was no longer under warranty. He checked it out for me and it wasn't worth fixing. He gave me an unbeatable deal on a royal pro, it's the best machine I've ever used. Very rugged and I need it. I have 3 cats and a "free range" bunny lol. Nice staff, highly recommend

I was in the process of removing my carpet and tile to have luxury vinyl planks installed in my home. My Dyson upright of 24 years was holding together by a little remaining piece of plastic on the bin assembly. I knew I wanted a new vacuum for my new floors, so I sent a text to my brother, the owner of Maumee Sweeper Center and asked him which vacuum brand he recommended for hard floors.I told him I wanted a vacuum that would last me 20+ years like my Dyson.John recommended the Miele canister pure suction classic homecare as they were made specifically for hard surfaces. He told me that it had a 10 year warranty for major components and 5 years for the rest. He told me to check it out on the web. I’ve never used a canister vacuum, so I looked it up on the web, read some reviews, and took his advice.John said he would check to see if it could be shipped directly to me as I live in Arizona. I received the vacuum the next week.Since our flooring was being removed, it created a lot of dust and had pieces of cracked concrete in areas. I put this little vacuum to use! I couldn’t believe the amount of suction power it had. I am really impressed with the Miele homecare canister vacuum. It is really lightweight and easy to use and carry. I have used all the attachments and the different adjustments on the hose assembly.I was happy to support a small business and my brother as he made it easy for me, and his recommendation for a hard floor vacuum was spot on.

Maumee Sweeper Center is absolutely the best place to shop for a vacuum cleaner. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain to me the differences between various brands and styles of sweepers. With competitive prices and a clear desire to have a satisfied customer, there is no reason to shop for a vacuum cleaner at any other place than Maumee Sweeper Center.

I brought my vacuum in to get repaired and the staff was very helpfulI and polite. It turned out I just needed a belt replaced, and the owner, Anton personally replaced the belt for me in just a few minutes. I was very pleased with my quick and efficient service at the maumee sweeper center, and I will be returning for all of my sweeper needs.

I wish I had known about this place sooner! I will forever take my vacuum here. My vacuum was acting up, the roller would stop spinning while using it and I knew it was most likely a belt issue. I stopped into Maumee Sweeper Center about a week ago to buy a belt but I didn't know my exact model of sweeper, just the brand but I did learn that I could just take my sweeper to Maumee Sweeper Center and they'll repair and replace the belt for just the cost of the belt! I was really surprised that labor is free if you buy the parts there. So I came back with my vacuum. Around $8.50 and about 10mins later i was leaving with my repaired vacuum with a new belt. They also cleaned the air filters on the vacuum for free while changing the belt, Great Service!

I had a Eureaka that I’ve put through the ringer with pets that shed like crazy. I went in with my vacuum fully prepared to be sold a new one. Instead, the owner insisted that he try to see if they could breathe new live into the vacuum. That same day, he called to tell me it only needed some minor maintenance. I’ve now got a vacuum that runs just as good as when I first bought it, with working tool functions and powerful floor performance. I will NEVER blindly throw away a vacuum and replace it just because it stops working again. And when it does come time for a new one, it will without a doubt be from Maumee Sweeper Center. Professional setting and staff. We bought an Miele C2 which is the first canister vac we have owned...Wife has allergies and wanted to more easily get under the bed etc. Unbelievably quiet and easy to get used to. Would prefer brush roll would automatically stop when you stnd the handle up....not a big deal and I believe it is offed on athe better model. Performance!!!. We have a sand beach in our backyard, and san naturally makes its way into our carpets......checked the bag after a couple vacuumings and amazed at the stuff we had never seen before with our old vac. Pricey, but worth it

I stopped by the Maumee Sweeper Center last week and the customer service was amazing. The store was very clean and organized and they knew exactly how to help me. I would recommend them to anyone that has any type of Sweeper needs, whether that is repair, new parts or new equipment.

I also found the shop to be very clean and fresh smelling, so unlike other vacuum repair shops that I have been to in the past. Will definitely return there when I need vacuum accessories or repairs.

I went in there Saturday because I thought my Dyson bit the dust. Kevin was super helpful. He walked me through the whole process of getting it fixed. They even got everything done by today even though it was Labor day yesterday. They got my vacuum fixed so well and it's sucking like it did when I first got it. Thank you guys.:)

I use to go to a shop in Toledo to get belts installed on my hoover vacuum until now. Called sweeper center up to ask if they had my belts in stock and to see if they could change while i wait. When i get there they installed both belts and replaced my bag for 25% the the cost i have been paying. Thank you doug!

I stopped in last week, the customer service was friendly and fast. I even witnessed the owner himself carry a vacuum to a customers car and help her load it in her trunk. It is the best place to go for your vacuum needs.
