It's a very beautiful place for shopping. Variety of everything I remember when I worked at save a lot I don't remember a time we were short staffed. Even when people called off all the managers at save a lot made it happened. This Kroger was very short staffed and the lane I was in had kn bagger and the older guy was working the register and bagging of course I helped myself to bag myself. It was only two cashier's and the self checkout and on the weekend at that but other than that I enjoyed shopping 🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒 and looking forward to it again.

This used to be the best Kroger, now it's truly terrible. I use the pick up and I need to get items refunded almost every trip because the products are either expired, moldy or rotten.I'm talking moldy produce, sweet and sour sauce in the jar that expired months ago, hummus and other dips that expired weeks ago, salad dressing and pudding that were months expired, products in packages that are clearly damaged to the point of the safety seals missing/torn, smashed bread, broken pizza crusts... the list goes on and on.The only good thing I can say is that the people who work the pick up are very friendly, everything else falls short.I finally just started going to Meijer, and have had no issues with rotten produce, damaged products or expired items.

This store is clean and well maintained. Everyone was super helpful. K rogers always have great deals for my family from the big k soda to the buy one get one free meats. They always have 10/10$ Items. I stopped at this location on my way home from a work luncheon. This location is very nice!

This is my go to Kroger when I don't shop at Meijer. I had a horrible experience there yesterday with an extremely rude employee (JOSH) in customer service. He rolled his eyes at me bc I asked for help and did not speak to me at all. I don't know how Kroger has someone working in customer service that provides such disrespectful service.Josh needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers.....I won't be going back anytime soon.

Pick-up orders are almost always excellent. The workers in the pick-up department do a great job. The one time that I had to request a refund, it was granted with no hassle. The in-store experience is also good - the store is clean and organized and employees are helpful and pleasant.

Stopped for gas, was on empty. Attendant was very nice, festive with her Valentine scarf on, ready for a holiday next week. Asked if i have a Kroger card for even just a .03¢ discount. I was in a hurry to get to work and she took care of my change etcetera in a very timely manner. Great service! Thanks for asking.

I want you all to try these lil yummies?These are seedless grapes called Moon Drops. They have a short growing season which translates into a short selling season, but now is the time to get them!Last year I found them by accident and this year I sought them out, they are that good!At first look I thought they look like miniature eggplants!Btw, they can be found at other places, too.

Easy to pick dozens of wrong prices here. Picture is of scallops, marked at $5.99 but ring up almost $10 more. Everytime I go, they refuse to check or correct the prices. Worst experiences ever.Edit: thought I'd give them another chance. Prices were wrong on over half of my order. The young cashier I had was indifferent to the wrong prices. I hate Walmart but at least they gave the courtesy to do a price check.

This store has the worse customer service ever. I brought my daughter some flowers for her graduation and wanted them wrapped pretty. I waited for 15/20 mins after a worker was paged twice to come and assist me. No one ever came to wrap my flowers. I only had one worker ask me if anyone came to help me? She paged again and still nobody showed up.

Trinity at the service desk today around 8:20pm was amazing she deserves a raise and a promotion. Very nice and helpful and helped me with my return very quickly. It’s hard to find good workers these days but she was great.

The store is all amazingly great! I like self check-out, but the entire check-out process? Okay fine, however when you do any larger shopping it is a bit chaotic! I was sitting my groceries aside on the floor to get through my cart! Just needed that to be known!

Pickup here is not good. Consistently given items that expire that same day or are already expired. Ice cream was completely melted and frozen items were warm and had condensation. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately they always have issues with pricing, the price is not the same on the shelf and at checkout. I like to receive savings, but get upset when it's not honored at their registers.

Sadly yesterday will be my last time at this kroger. For being newly built, it is very poorly managed and designed. I went in the store for several items and more than half of them were out of stock. Not to mention items are stocked in the weirdest places so you'll be looking for awhile or need to use the website. The city of Maumee deserves better

Last time I'm using these self checkout machines. For the past month the machines lack readable register printouts. Even the employees can't read them. They keep saying there's a service order to fix but DUH!!! After over a month still not fixed. Screw'm I'm going elsewhere.

I love that Kroger has a place on their app. to make a grocery list. The list allows you to know if there is a coupon, sale price and the aisle you can find the item. There produce is always fresh. I enjoy their cheese selection. I favor the store on Reynolds, however, I have gone to other stores in the area. Kroger people usually say hello and are helpful when asked a question. I would recommend using Kroger as your go to grocery shopping.

They was a great store back in the days! This store is over stocked down the aisles to where you can't go down them and vendors see you coming and do not get out the way for you too shop! Today was too crazy!! 9/23 and it's the weekend and it was so many pallets in the aisles it was funny! I should have too pictures but I didn't!? But the next time I do I will. I usually shop at the one on airport because of how this picture look terrible for a grocery store to look like this.

Placed pick up delivery. Got upcharged for substituted items, then never received the items. When I called to fix this, the women in charge of the orders insisted we got them. And insisting back, that no, I didn't, she said fine we can pick them up at customer service. My husband went and they gave him the cheaper items and not the more expensive items we were charged for instead. And now a day later, I realized there are more items from my order I did not receive, I'm hesitant to call back because of how rude they were the first time.

10-25-21. Convenient location just off of I90 in Maumee. Very clean store filled with all your food needs. Including, deli, bakery, and prepared meals. There is a gas station on site so you can fuel up your car and your body plus use the restrooms and get back to your road trip. If you find this review helpful please give it a thumbs up 👍🏻 thanks
