unfortunately, accidents happen however, as a frequent Dunkin customer, I expect things to be fixed just as quickly as they push you through the line. Came through this location on a travel and received plastic from the cream. Cheese container in the bagel. Also had very poor quality cream cheese, and though I made note to Dunkin the process, then forwarded it to the local store, who then left me a voicemail and I have not heard back. no offer to resolve the issue rather asking me what I would like. When traveling by locations fixing items like this is not easy. That said using an app should make things super easy to rectify by refunding the bagel.

Came in for a doordash order and as i walked in to pick it up 4 staff members were saying people who doordash are worthless to society and need to get real jobs. As someone who doordashes while having 2 jobs so i can help my disabled father i took great offense to this. I will not be back and i will tell everyone i know who goes here to go elsewhere. People do what they can to make it in todays economy and those employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Got a dozen donuts from here, they were ok, price was a little higher than I would expect for a dozen assorted donuts, for the same price I can get my crew each a hashbrown and sausage Mcmuffin from mcdonalds. Drive through moved quickly and was well maintained and clean. It would be nice if there was a little more organization from the end of the drive-through into the circle k parking lot next door.

Almost eveytime we've gotten coffee from Maumee Dunkin, they get something wrong. I'd go to Perrysburg if you want what your paying for. After looking at other low star reviews, it seems like a common theme with Maumee Dunkin.

TERRIBLE experience!!! DON'T GO!!! Asked for cup sleeve for EXTREMELY hot coffee. Was told they didn't give them out b/c cup is double insulated. Nope. Spilled coffee all over me & scalded my hands & lap. My 1 hand still hurts. Many donuts in case had chocolate melted everywhere. Ordered 2 that looked safe. Nope. They were stuffed in bag together. It was a chocolate disaster when opened. And, donuts were very, very stale. :(

Food was good. Staff seemed to be in slow motion today. We came inside to order because the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. Once we ordered, we got our coffee in a reasonable amount of time but it took 10 minutes to get the sandwiches we ordered.

Had the BEST experience with this store and the staff tonight around 6:30 pm. I had placed a mobile order, and the girl working the window was by far the best worker i’ve encountered. She was quick, efficient and continued to keep a fun conversation while my order was being prepared. I didn’t catch her name, but whoever was working the window at 6:30 pm deserves some recognition for her outstanding customer service. (The order I got, was also spot on and delicious)! Hope this reaches that staff member!

I’ve gone to this dunkin almost everyday for the last two weeks, and ALWAYS order the exact same two iced coffees. Every time I get my order, something new is wrong with it. Whether they don’t put cream in one, or milk in the other, it’s always something new EVERY time, without a doubt. I’ve even mentioned it to a worker and yet it still happens. Every day.

Went through the drive thru and when they handed me my hot coffee the lid was not secured, HOT coffee spilled all over my hand!!!! Agony! Got a weak apology, no offer to pay for anything. Very unsatisfactory customer service!!!!

I go there every day and get a frozen chocolate. The frozen chocolate is on point every time I get one. I like to put caramel swirls in mine and they always come through with extra chocolate and caramel just for me. All the employees are nice and always take the time to chat with me if they aren't busy. I would highly recommend this dunkin donuts for everybody!

Stopped here for a couple donuts and two of the 2gos wraps. When I placed my order they put my order as two croissant sandwiches and when I tried to correct this they said it was too late to change my order and I would have to do that at the window. I said it was fine and pulled up. I was charged for the croissant sandwiches, which I said I'd take, but still given the saddest little tortilla wraps I have ever seen. They don't seem to care about correcting mistakes or even sticking with them

UPDATE: Still loving the coffee anf dooughnuts. The apple fritters and coffee rolls are my favorite. Also, the glazed munchkins. I used to go to BG. Now, this is my go to place.Recently into their signature latter's. Caramel Craze and the mocha. Super good. Hated coffee when I was younger. I always burned my mouth. Iced coffee is amazing. I actually hate Starbucks. Overpriced and their coffee tastes bad. Horrible service too. I don't really like donuts, but love dunking donuts, doughnuts. Lol They were extra fresh when I had them this time. I know they don't make them in house anymore. But, I gobbled them up.

The food was ok but the staff was terrible. Bad attitudes. Definitely don’t seem like they should be dealing with people on a day to day basis. No hello, no have a good day, no thank you, no smile. Just so annoyed to be present and have to speak to someone.

I don't know what just happen, but I just open the door and i got a flurry demands on putting on a mask, granted OK so i turned around and grab my mask, i proceed to go into the store and I was attacked again with an individual in the store ( not physical) on proceeding to attack me, then the manager got in between us, I was ordering then all the sudden the person that was helping decided to switch up with a dude, when it was all done they didn't even say have a good day or thanking me for coming to duncan donuts, I know i didn't do a dang thing, but i felt when i was standing there it was my fault the way they treated me, so I proceeded to leave the store i called back to talk to the manager personally and he apologize about the incident reassuring it wasn't my fault, oh yea there is no signs stating you have to be wearing a mask until June 2nd on there doors. still great place for coffee, donuts well not enough selections.

Super friendly but I ordered 2 iced vanilla lattes and I heard them talking while they were trying to make it saying they didn't know how - I ended up getting 2 iced coffees with cream. I wasn't too upset because I know they just opened so I thought they might still be learning. Went back again for 2 iced vanilla lattes at a later date and got, what tasted like, frozen hot chocolate.

Good doughnuts. Good location, place seems clean, but I do see employees sweeping/ mopping and touching dirty stuff, then not washing their hands after... then proceeding to grab gloves, touch the outside of the gloves with dirty hands, then grabbing doughnuts with them 🧐. Staff has been nice and selection is fair enough.

This place is a disaster. Stopped in for a regular drip coffee and a plain iced tea, that’s it. Nothing complicated. At 6PM on a Saturday. One of the workers said hello as we came inside, and there was one other couple at the counter waiting for their order. There were FOUR workers making coffees. The area in which they were working was a mess, and there was an overflowing trash bin in the middle of their work area that was so large they had a hard time moving around behind the counter. As we waited to place our order, no one said a word to us or even acknowledged that we were standing there. One of the workers was loudly complaining that she didn’t know what a Mocha Latte was (someone’s drive-thru order) and then proceeded to ask if she could eat a customer’s bagel that they forgot to include in an earlier order. We still waited to be acknowledged to place our order. And we waited. And waited. We probably stood in front of the counter for a solid 10 minutes, not one of the workers even looked at us. So we left. Absolutely ridiculous. We drove across the street to Starbucks, where one employee was working, were greeted with a smile, prompt and courteous service, and our orders were made rapidly. This Dunkin Donuts location opened March 1, 2021. What a horrid example of a way to operate a business. I hope (and wouldn’t be surprised at all) that this place closes by June 1 due to absolute incompetence.

Donuts good. No one working had any idea about which donuts are which. Donuts were mislabeled. Manager and workers did know difference between yeast donut and cake donuts. Will not go again.
