Sooo...there's a reason I haven't been to one of these since I was a kid. Food was dry and seasonless. They brought out my husband's "steak" before sides because it would "cook more in the window". We weren't given napkins; had to ask for them. Kindly requested lemons for our waters; didn't receive them. His steak was cold. My mash potatoes were cold. Even the broccoli 🥦 was cold :( How does one mess up broccoli lol. Chicken was seasonless and burnt. Gravy was weird. Perhaps an off night for this location, but blahhh. Should've went to Rusty Taco or Smokey Bones instead. There's no way this place represents Southern cooking. 1/5.

Id give 5 stars but they never give me the gravy on my chicken when i order food for delivery. Very disappointing when you order something with gravy and you get no gravy. The last 4 times i ordered the country fried chicken with gravy and all 4 times no gravy! But the food is fantastic the restaurant itself is very inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The service is usually great too and the prices are fair. But please put the gravy on my chicken next time!

I was overall not thrilled about my experience here. I know was coming a bit late in the evening, but I still found it very lacking when it came to attention to details, like waiting most of my meal for a refill. I know that the waitstaff were overworked, as it showed by the way they were working.To be fair to them, it apparently had been real busy as it was the start of a very long holiday weekend.I wish the prices of the candies in the giftshop weren't so high. I would have enjoyed grabbing a small snack, but not at those prices.Vegetarian options: They have plenty ty of meat free dishes to nibble on.Dietary restrictions: Please inform your server I you have any food allergies.Parking: Lots of parking out front.Kid-friendliness: Kids are not unwelcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: It was accessible with a good enough bathroom. The giftshop aisles are the bit tight though.

First time at a cracker barrel, a what seems to be a busy friday afternoon, didn't take too long to be seated but the place was packed. The service started out good but slowly deteriated, we received our drinks and got our order in quickly, I did have to send my sweet tea away it wasn't sweet enough but that's a personal choice I won't hold against them since it's a chain and it's their standard. We received our cornbread muffins and by the time we finished them so was my drink, my waiter passed by a few times without noticing, once again it was busy so I was being patient. Our food came out after a few more passes with no drink refilled still, it took until the waiter came to actually check the food to see the empty glass and get it filled, on top of that my side of fries were still cooking, the lady who brought the food out said they were close to done but didn't inform my waiter of this, I finished 3 pieces of chicken and my mac and cheese before my girlfriend waved down the waiter to inform him I hadn't gotten my fries yet, when they did come out they were not cooked all the way through, or salted or any seasoning I couldn't even eat them. Overall not really impressed, it's a nice little place but maybe caught them on a busy night who knows.

Flavors were good . Several items were chewy. Chicken strips and corn especially. The load tot things are amazing! And held there temperature throughout our meal! My husband commented about the coke being a good mix. So many restaurants have weak coke. The waitress was genuinely nice and quite busy. She did a great job!Vegetarian options: Good selection most places are so limited

Stopped in for lunch of a busy Sunday afternoon. The place was jammed packed. Our group of 6 was seated after a brief wait.But because it was busy service was lacking.Got our fresh warm biscuits, order our food. I had homestyle chicken with 2 sides of Mac and cheese and loaded hashbrown casserole. It's was seasoned perfectly and the syrup added the final sweet kick.

I placed an order for steak tips, eggs, and pancakes. When I arrive to pick my food up, I am told it will be out in a little while. After waiting 15 minutes I finally receive my food (15 minutes after my expected pick up time). Then I arrive home ready to eat before starting my day. I open the bag and there is everything but the steak tips. Then on the receipt it is hand written “did not have” next to the steak tips. Now this is upsetting and they should have told me this while I was there so I could substitute the item. So I call the restaurant and inform the woman that answers the phone, she says “okay let me get my manager”, then places me on hold. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I get hung up on. So I call back and inform them once more what’s going on and they said “well the manager Tyler is busy in the back, can I take a message” at this point I’m irritated and say sure. They then say “I will give Tyler your number and name and they will call you back”. Long story short I never heard from Tyler. As a manger Tyler needs to offer customer service to the folks that are ensuring they have a job, the CUSTOMERS. They should have called me back and resolved the issue instead of hiding in the back. Secondly, the person that wrote “did not have” on my receipt should have offered a substitute when they handed me my bag. All around horrible customer service and it starts with management. A team is only as good as their leader.

It took over 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the house stand to seat me. Even though there was two workers just standing in the shop, two standing at the registers and two waiters. Them it took the kitchen almost 20 minutes to make my pancake breakfast order. Looking around there was only 4 other tables and they were already eating. The only saving grace was the waitress who was very nice and helpful.

Paul my 93 Marine Veteran neighbor and I ordered breakfast. Food was delicious. We ordered eggs-bacon-hashbrowns and Coffee ☕. Waitress was very attentive. Food was delicious. I wandered around and found their little store interesting. I found a beautiful scarf and Sarah I hope I spelled your name correctly- informed me that the Dolly Parton CD Rockstar was really good. I decided to buy the CD. Dolly Parton your Rockstar CD Rocks in my house 🏠 and 🚗. Sarah you are so Beautiful ❤️. Paul and I will definitely be back.

We were seated but our server never came to the table. Our drink order was taken 20 minutes after seated by a hostess. We ordered an appetizer but it didn't come until after our meal was delivered and gone! Our food order wasn't taken for almost 45 minutes again by the hostess. Once our food was delivered the hostess had to go back to the kitchen 3 times to replace missing items, and in the end it took 20 minutes to even get silverware!!!! By that time our food was cold but we ate it anyway knowing it would likely be an hour before rlour food would be replaced. Others were seated served and gone many times over before or order was completed! At check out the cashier didn't even know how to apply rewards or even use the gift cards we had! I'm not sure if we will return! I stopped going years ago due to poor service and meal quality!

Not so great for a cracker barrel. The food was not good, the beef gravy solidified and became more like a membrane. Not ideal when everything had gravy on it. The restaurant wasn't very clean, the floor in the country store was almost as sticky as the floor in the bathroom. It was pretty gross and I'm pretty forgiving when places are busy, but this was excessive like more than normal dinner rush dirty. Like I heard my shoes unstick in the restroom when I walked out of the puddle on the floor under the toilet. Probably not going to be back to this location, sad because I usually make a point to visit cracker barrel when one is nearby. This experience was definitely not on par with the rest of the chain, hopefully we just went on a bad day for them.

It was a bad weather night so getting in for dinner was easy. Zero waiting time. The service was very good. The food was top quality as usual.A few items that were not pleasurable.... the table still had food debris from the last diner. The light above the table was burned out. The temperature of the restaurant was probably in the upper 70's.Nothing that couldn't be easily addressed with a little attention to details.Parking: There is plenty of parking all around the building. They provide lots a handicap parking right next to the building for guests that require a shorter walk.

Service was one of the worst I’ve experienced in years. The Mac n cheese was amazing however the country fried steak was still cold even though we waited over an hour for the food. We watched 3 other tables come in, eat, pay and leave before we even got our food. The server kept insisting ours was next but never did until I asked to speak with a manager which never showed up.

Haven’t been to the Cracker Barrel in >5years. They have new menu items since we have dined there. The food and service were excellent. Will definitely be dining here more often.Vegetarian options: Has a good number of vegetarian options.

I take my niece and nephew to Cracker Barrel once a month at least. The one in Maumee is just fantastic. Every waitress has been amazing, our meals prepared perfectly, service as good or beyond expectations.I have wonderful experiences each time we go.The store is always a fun addition as well.

What can I say. Perfection. Great clean fast and friendly. Always a pleasure and can't go here without stopping at the store upfront. Well-done 1010And 10Stellar job in all categories.Vegetarian options: You can order all there wonderful sides and dishes without meat. They have a pick four side order plate for ten dollars. Go teamParking: Tons of spots. They even welcome motorhomes and travel buses to stop in . Even allows them to stay overnight.
