I took my toy poodle there yesterday for the first time, he is very tiny only about 3lbs. I have been using a groomer in MI but since moving to the area could no longer use the one I had. She butchered him..The hair cut is terrible his head has a big V cut out in the middle and his leg was bleeding when I picked him up. Granted he was about 6 weeks past when he should have been groomed, but if your a professional you should be able to handle that. She made a big deal and made me feel like I did something wrong when it was her. She was inconsiderate and rude. When she called to say he was done she told me she only accepted cash, now I know why…Will NEVER go back and would warn others to stay away..My pet is almost 13yrs old so I have been using groomers for quite a while and she is the worst…..

We have taken 3 dogs there to Judy in the past 24 years and our last little gal Annie passed away 4 months ago at 16 years old. Wonderful care and an even more wonderful person in Judy!
