The Dollar General in Masury, Oh has two employees, specifically Beth and Terry, that constantly harass my family! Today they threatened to call the cops on my 5 yr old daughter along with her older relatives because she is on the spectrum and had a moment in the store. They single them out every single time they go there and the employees are on the shift! I have called the police and there is a report. I cannot wait to talk to corporate on Monday! This is outrageous! It is also an ongoing situation. The two fore mentioned employees use their title as a way of discriminating against people for their own personal reasons. They constantly threaten adults and children with police for no reason. Police are for emergencies, not because you don’t like someone. They are always rude. The customer service is disgusting. The rapport with customers is despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves! It’s not ok to treat people the way that they do. As a faithful customer to their store I shouldn’t have to feel such grief every time I make a purchase. I’m plainly and utterly appalled and extremely unsettled from their behavior over this last year and especially today! I really hope the corporate office will take the proper steps to remedy this egregious atrocity!

Before I begin I just want to explain the 1 star. The employees are fantastic, helpful and down to earth good hardworking people. They have all you need A-Z. If they don’t have it they will find it for you or order it. They are always well stocked with various products that you can’t find at other competitors.Moving on to my one star rating, they have been experiencing issues with the HVAC(heating and cooling) for a VERY long time. The owner knows exactly what is need to repair it but hasn’t. For months!!! It’s so bad that these poor employees who just want to earn an honest living and take care of there family cannot do so because of this issue. The store is constantly closing way to early. I feel horrible for all employees there. The HVAC system is an essential part of a building to maintain accurate temperatures. They have fruits and vegetables!!! How can that be maintained with no HVAC???? These poor employee’s…. They are the face of this company and they can’t even collect a proper paycheck because the owner has other priorities obviously. Please shop here by all means. I love this place and all the employees! Please help them and contact the company and help them!!! This is a chain store that not only is making the company look bad but it is also making people like us suffer for no reason.

It is the dirtiest place I've ever been in.Anytime you go by no matter what time outside smoking nothing on shelf. ALL IN ISLE EVERYWHERE IVE NEVER SEEN A STORE THIS WAY

Corporate and the store manager need to get their priorities straight, the employees are suffering because of their negligence. As a review beneath me stated, their HVAC system is regularly inoperable forcing them to close early and providing a miserable working and shopping environment.

Cashier's always rude and have an attitude. Store is always dirty and has stuff blocking the aisles. Unfortunately had to stop there to get milk and before I got to the door I was told they were closed because the store manager had an emergency. Mind you it was 2 hours before they closed, found out later that the emergency was the police were on there way to arrest her. Definitely will NOT shop at this location ever again.

Went in to pick up Butter be for they closed' nope no butter. Recited ill get some chips in love salt n vinegar but nope No faviote chips in got Doll pickle. My batting average almost out recited to check out roads were getting worse. Staff they were "just doing there job n wanted to get the doors closed n got home. So did I. 3 star.

Clean and stocked. Very busy store considering the neighborhood. However, I avoid this place when possible. I always feel like the place is about to get robbed. Someone openly smoking a blunt in the parking lot is not unusual.

Was at this dollar general for just only a few moments. Like every other dollar general just had more of a selection to this one. This one had clothes and and a selection of some shoes and and slippers. It was actually a nicer one of of some the dollar general stores that I've seen. I think more dollar general stores should be more like this that way we have the selections to they get choose from we all would do. Every dollar general is just a little bit different from one an other.

I'm very disappointed in this Dollar General location. Out of stock of alot of item, staff took a while to come ring me out & have attitude about asking a question. I'm not the one working there nor do I make you come to work. If you don't like your job get a new one. The aisle where the clothing is clothes thrown all over the floor, underwear that was on the hangers lying on the floor, shoes stuffed up on shelves hanging down waiting to fall on someone. The whole outlook of the store was horrible & messy. Hire employees that want to work & don't act like you're bothering them when they have to ring you out & tell them to smile too

This store is horrible, recently this store have started closing at 4 in the afternoon that is uncalled for you have people that rely on this store so that they can get the things that they need, and now there can’t because the store is under staff I wonder why, oh maybe it could be that the store manager is rude and always yelling oh and this store never has anything. Boxes of stuff in the aisles, the line is long and the store is just overall dirty and gross

Very busy store, always shore of cashier's...always a long wait. Every time I have been in there, there is boxes of inventory that need put away. I gave it four stars because it's convenient to my house.

I couldn't get down the aisles with a cart. They had carts of freight in just about every aisle and then boxes piled all over the floor which made it impossible to et down an aisle. Everyone was running around working the freight expecting you to move so they could work...

Bigger store then most dollar general's. Parking lot and spots are easy to get and out. Have way better sale n clearance items (not just bc its broke, missing pieces, or stained clothes from being on ground) then their family dollar competitor stores.

Always a pleasant experience. Friendly. The workers put up with alot of riff raff. Hats off to them. EDIT:::: Ok it's Dec 31st 2021 now. I would like to know why the hostess cakes and donuts for this particular store are always out. And what's there,. The undesirables nobody buys are stale and hard. I have gone to 4 other dollar General stores around and every one is packed with fresh hostess pastries and cupcakes) hohos you name it. Very fresh too. Why can't the store on Addison road be like the rest and get reliable delivery personal with fresh pastries. Can't be all that hard.

Nice store, usually busy and can get kinda hectic. The cashiers are nice and friendly, especially kayla, the store is always clean and tidy and the prices are unbeatable.

Cramped, ok priced, staff is friendly but line moves slow. Lots of stuff to choose from. Get the anti-theft detectors fixed, I mean dang. Lol very hard to maneuver, especially with kids and a buggy.

I am not sure which dollar general I am reviewing but am usually in one of them 2-3 times a week. The store on Addison Road in Brookfield doesn't have automatic doors which is why I gave a 4 Star review

Was walking into the store around 7pm and the employees were drinking beer and stopped me told me they’re closed and when i told them their website says open til 10. the one employee said with an attitude “well we’re closed”

Waited for a cashier for ten minutes. When the cashier finally came over, I said that I wish they had a bell. She said that if they had a bell they'd just ignore it anyway! So ignorant. Looks like I'll drive to Family Dollar in Brookfield from now on!
