The staff called the police on two children of color accusing them of stealing after ringing them up for items they paid for and claimed they had them on camera stealing. After the police came and checked the cameras, it proved that they had stole nothing. Thank goodness officer was so great at his job. Their story changed so much and they weren't even apologetic about it to them or their mother. The staff needs to be fired immediately because this was an incredibly disturbing and inappropriate thing to do! I feel so bad for these children and will never spend another dollar in that store.

If I could give zero stars, I would!! Two young mixed children went to this store and purchased some items. The cashier did not give them a receipt and called the police after allowing the kids to leave. She told the police that the kids stole and that they had it on video. Needless to say, the officer went to view the footage only to be told that not only did they not have anything on camera but they didn’t physically see the kids steal either 😡 The officer, who was fantastic, took the kids and to get some items and then drove them back home. I live about an hour away from this store but you had best believe that I will never step foot in this store and the staff working tonight need to lose their jobs for profiling young children!! This is the world they are growing up in, absolutely sick!!!!! I will also be writing to their corporate office or anyone else that will listen!! This will never happen again to anyone else’s child!! News travels fast!

The Masury store is dirty and I was once over charged and the cashier was rude and lied to me that they didn’t over charge me, thank goodness I had a receipt that he just gave me and then gave me another attitude when he had to refund me. I have never seen the staff come from behind the counter to clean especially the polar pop machine that looks like you can get sick from it. The management doesn’t seem to care here so I have not gone back unless I am desperate. This is the only store in the area that is not upkept like the Hermitage and Hubbard stores. I have since re routed my way to work so I can stop at Speedway in Sharon. Maybe one day I will go back if this store is overhauled.

Clean, has coffee, slushies, and milkshakes. Employees are mostly nice except when I got a hot dog and ate it in the store before I was out of the store when an employee said that it is considered theft... Mostly good.

Normally it's ok... But don't like arguing over pricing... Sign at door clearly says 4.09 per pack. It rang up as 4.69 twice - $1 makes it 4.19.. It's only 20 cents so I left but it's annoying when a cashier doesn't know math... I mean change is your life lol
