Today was a good day at Walmart. I spent a lot of time in Walmart, this is not a surprise. I was in the store for about an hour and some change, bought a couple of things. Driving home still forgot to get 2 the things of the 4 things that I actually went to the store for. Ugh! Again not a surprise, I do this quite often🙂. Walmart is starting to pick up the inventory that they used to have before covid. They're getting back to that One Stop Shop shopping, which I'm very happy about. The employees are friendly and helpful which is a good thing because for a while there, they had stop even noticing that you were there and was irritated when you asked them where something was or if they had the item. So it's good to see that things are getting back to the old normal.

I’ve really never liked a Walmart. They’re all too big, who needs to have 65 choices of coffee, or laundry detergent??? 30 choices of TP?! 120 different kinds of cheese ? Not my kind of store. I apologize if u like Walmart.

It was later and we didn't have any problems really surprised. It was a pick up and we tipped 10.00 to the delivery person. They work their butts off and we appreciated how nice they were. Jeff and RobinWe shopped two weeks ago too and it was nice. No crowds.

This Massillon store is the cleanest most organized Walmart I've been too. Had some decent produce also!

Worked here for 9 months. My dog died and had to take 2 days off, however was already at 4 attendance points. when I came back I was terminated. 0/10 recommend working here

The Massillon walmart is above average. They keep the store pretty clean overall. The staff, while seeming generally younger, are nice and respectful. We can't keep holding people with service jobs to a standard of perfection. Meanwhile, treating them like garbage.

Saw a handicapped gentlemen cited at Walmart today and I was beyond digusted. You will literally let teenagers run your walmart on the riding carts and let them almost hit people and destroy property and don't say a word but will kick someone out for riding on a cart who was probably shopping but you just wanted to be ignorant. Walmart is disgusting and so are the people they employ. Legit hire people that don't even take showers. Get it together. 🤢

I went to see the vision dept, the staff was awesome! There was no waiting, I got in and out within 30 mins. I got prescription safety glasses for work. Great job!

Ordered on Amazon and they lost package which does me no good. At least at Walmart you can see what you are buying and don't have to return so much.

Never have there cat litter in stock. The employees shopping for pick up orders are rude and always treat you like trash because you actually shop for yourself.

This place is disgusting, the parking lot is destroyed and outdated. On top of that I have seen multiple people trying to lure others into their vehicles. It is not safe to go here alone and it is not a nice store.

I can't believe how much Walmart has jacked up their prices. They ran off Mom and pop stores with lower prices and now they are charging more than they were. Hmmm???? Sounds kinda funny to me

I originally gave a 4 star when started to share my experiences on here years ago but just changed to 3 star due to last visit that had me smh. Even though it was the day before Thanksgiving it was so busy that it felt more like the day before Christmas making It a bad day to shop especially for foods since delivered items was not put on shelves yet,so besides the pallets being in the way everywhere the main frustration was that alot of shelves was empty. Therefore it was a bad shopping experience for me anyways 😕

Not very friendly at that store in Massillon didn't Noone say hi when walk in lady act like she didn't want to help us now one that was picking and order was very sweet took time out to talk to us had us laughing and went to self check out I said hi to the man working in grocery self checkout he didn't speak nor did the door man there was a lady and man when we walk in neither one said a thing at lease the store I work at they speak

I had stopped into the Massillon Walmart 2 weeks in a row at least two times per week to get my cat food and of course they were out of it and the representative of Walmart said unfortunately he has no idea when it will be back in many shelves were empty and I looked on the Walmart website and it's available for delivery which is ridiculous

Still one of the better Walmarts. Stocking the shelves use to be really good but lately many empty shelves are common. It seems that order pulling is now Walmarts priority and some of the order pulling staff can be rude. Hopefully they will get it back to the way it use to be.

Seems like Everytime I shop here they are out of what I want to purchase or at least now on the shelf don't know how many times I went shopping off the pallets they have sitting around with stuff on them they hadn't gotten out yet lol

The racism is typical by now. Its a Massillon thing, when really it’s a privilege for the bigots to even coexist with us. The employees need to focus on work instead of the bigotry and also trying to find a date. As a father to an employee I am disgusted. I suggest that they open they neanderthal brain and accept we are not going no where and learn customer service, do your job and go home. I hear another complaint from my daughter im going to corporate. What you dont want is for me to talk to the employees and employers involved. Tighten up, and I mean quickly. This is worse than the Walmart on 62 just by the actions of the bipedal animals that is stinking up the air. Get humble because historically it’s nothing to have your nose in the air about. Thank God yawl going through extinction. Only 9,000 years on the planet and dying off already lol! How you fail at living? Leave my daughter alone.

This is your normal Walmart. I’d call it a down the middle store.. I’ve been to better ones.. I’ve also been to far far worse ones. Went grocery shopping on Friday night. The shelves were mostly bare. This also seems status quo for Walmart’s in the evenings. I don’t normally shop at this location, but I was in the area doing other shopping. 3/5 for lack of product on shelves.
