I have never really ever had a need or knowledge of shopping at this store but today (May 3 2024) doordash sent me here for a shop and pay order and EVERY SINGLE WORKER I ran into was so helpful and went out if their way to help me quickly find the items on my list. 100% they all went above and beyond and deserve recognition for their customer service attitude!

They have a pretty good variety of products including some clothing and footwear. A lot of pet supplies and lawn and garden supplies. Good variety of hardware.

AVOID THIS TSC!!! I called in and asked if they priced matched with other local area TSC stores and the lady said yes. After driving about 50 miles I went to the checkout and the woman there would not price match. The lady was also abrasively rude and the store has to be the dirtiest TSC I have EVER seen.

Staff was very nice and alert. I walked in and the lady up front despite being busy was quick to welcome me and ask if I needed help. I had minimal wait time to get my forklift propane tank filled and the lady was very friendly and informative about propane tanks of this nature. My company plans on returning to them to get a propane tank filled again when it runs out.

Typical have a decent experience at this location until yesterday. I was asked if I needed help and when trying to ask a second question was interrupted and the employee told me he had other things to do. The question would of taken the same amount of time to answer as the time it took to interrupt and say I'm busy.

Love this store. Cedar chips. Pine chip bedding. Dog food. Collars. Leashes. Toys.Heaters. gotta go check this store out! Also friendly workers. Multipal registers for quicker check outs. Order ahead on line. They will notify your email when orders ready for pick up.

I go here to get dog food all the time, they are the only ones near by that carry the brand I like for my fur babies. The staff is always super friendly, and any time I have needed something they were quick to get me the information I needed or help me to order what I was looking for that they didn't necessarily have in store. Also it's always pretty clean and tidy.

Why are we harassed at the checkout counter. If I wanted a credit cardthen I would apply for one, I don't need Anything I did not walk in to buy. The warranty is a good idea if I want it. If I say no don't badger me with your constant sell. This is the last time I shop here. Belden Village was the location.

One helpful employee, but kept getting cut off and was unable to actually help us due another rude employee. Oh, and even though they have signs for a pet wash station in store and online, they don't have one.

I love shopping at this specific s tore. The staff is amazing and always helpful. They carry a lot of items I only see at tractor supply. I have bought grit trees to gardening shoes and have been happy with every purchase.

The store itself is hard to navigate. The aisles are cluttered and it was difficult to view and reach items because of this. The price reflected beside the product was not the same price at the register. The store manager needs a better way to stock the store, the current situation made it where I purchased the exact item I was looking for and left.

Store is messy and cluttered and don't even try to get a rain check for something. You'll never get your item unless you keep checking back a million times (only to find that many of the employees were clueless about our rain check). Finally got our item a million years later, but it shouldn't be so much work just to get a sale item.

Every time I come with one or two items in mind and leave with a cart full! They have a little bit of everything. Whether you have livestock and a ranch or a farm. Or just a residential home with a cat and/or a dog, this is the place for all their needs. From bedding to food supplies, medications like pet safe aspirin, shampoo, flea & tick sprays and collars...they've got it in stock and at the best price! As well as tools, lawn & garden supplies & equipment, work clothing for him and her! They have snacks and cold drinks and toys for the little ones and so much more!

Great place to grab supplies for my pets. Close to home and prices are great. Staff has always been helpful. My only gripe is I wish they had a better rewards program.

This store has changed alot since the original manager retired...went today in hopes for some flowers and was shocked that 80% of the plants were dying. Cant sell your product when you dont take care of it. Still have a full week of prime plant sales and im sure no one wants to spend money on dead plants. Sad..

Inconvenient handicapped parking. Blocked aile. Had a hard time navigating my shopping cart that I was lucky to find. There were none at the entrance where they should have been. Employees were friendly. Only went there for a special brand of cat food which I did find after awhile.

Have to switch to Rural King. Too many times I've went to TSC and saw empty shelves and then had to go to Rural King anyway. TSC has some nice stuff but if you go there for feed it is not reliable. I save 6 or 7 bucks a bag on rabbit feed at Rural King and the rabbits like it better. Also, chick feed is often empty and you'll have to buy something that is twice the price if you don't want to go somewhere else. Just plan on going to Rural King instead and you'll be fine. They are always stocked.

Normally I would give a 5 but was disappointed in the Easter Brunch, pasta was dry, but they gave me more sauce. The chicken marsala, yuck. But more than anything the the desert had a lot to be desired. Store bought donuts, rice krispie treats, store bought mini cream puffs.

Went here today to get some things, they had at least 5 dead chicks in the new brooders with many more getting ready to die, I told the workers and they did nothing about it. So disappointed in tractor supply with this behavior.

Was not happy with the cashier when I asked for assistance...very rude young lady. Not happy with amount of time it took for someone to finally come help me as I was ready to walk out. There were only 3 customers and the other 2 were not being helped. Doubtful that I will go back to that TSC and it's the closest of all around me.
