I shop there all the time for dog food, cat food, treats and toys. Anyone can bring their animal in without showing vet records. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. I brought her in and the check in girl said I need her rabies paperwork. I said her tag is on her collar with the year, her vaccine number, and there's an 800 number on it. She said not good enough, I'm canceling her appointment. I won't shop there anymore. There's a lot of other pet stores nearby.

Nice place. I have never been to a PetSmart before. I was looking for a bristlenose Pleco and they had one left. Unfortunately somewhere between the hour trip home and 30 or so minutes of time I had it in the aquarium still in its bag acclimating to the temp it died. Not their fault. But it seems they have a 14 day return window so I'll be visiting again to exchange the fish for a different one.

This is possibly one of the best "pet stores" that I've ever shopped in. The aisles were neat, and well stocked. I had no problems finding what I needed, and I was also very impressed by the size of this store, and how CLEAN everything was! I also made an online purchase and pickup a few weeks ago, and that also went seamlessly. I will definitely shop here again (since I have one VERY spoiled cat! 😁)!

We love Calli at the grooming salon, she is hands down the best groomer! Prices on pet stuff are incredibly high in this store, but it's still better than Pet Supplies Plus!

This is the best place in the area for healthy aquarium plants. Sometimes a little short staffed, but when you do get someone they are always kind and helpful, even when you can tell they've had a rough day.

I enjoy shopping here but the online inventory for the location never matches the store inventory, and so many times I've tried to pick up Rx food and it's out of stock when the website says there's 3 in the store. It became too difficult to deal with so I switched to Chewy unless I need something ASAP, which is hard because PetSmart had great coupons that could be used on Rx food

We adopted a young stray from here and he has turned out to be such a loving companion. The lady at the adoption center was very kind to us and showed that she was willing to help make the process smoother by offering her advice. I would recommend others to adopt from here as well. I fully support what they do and stand behind their cause. Thank you petsmart!

The BEST Pet Store ever!! It has Everything you need for your furry friends!! Our Husky [ at the time ] loved it here, & we couldn't walk 2 feet in the store, without getting stopped by EVERYONE!❤ They loved her & she loved the attention! Pet Smart's groomers are the best, & they love animals. They are gentle, & so loving when you take them to get groomed, clipped, bathed & the bows they put on her was heart melting!!:) Thank You Pet Smart for everything you do for other people's pets, while in your care💛💚💜❤💕

If I could leave zero stars I would. NEVER again will I step foot inside a PetSmart nor will I waste another hard earned dollar there. I even deleted my account which I got an email stating that they received my "request" and will let me know if they grant it or not within 45 days. Ummmm excuse me? That's not your choice. What caused this decision is. I was a loyal customer. I went there a lot for our dogs needs and never had an issue. That is, until today.I go in for a walk-in nail service for my dog and I stopped at the cashier and asked her about how it works, do I just walk into the grooming room? She says yes and then asks me if he's ever been to the grooming part and I said no. She proceeds to tell me that I need to have his paperwork in hand to prove that he's rabies vaccinated. His tags are not good enough. What?? The website as well as the app says NOTHING like this. Clearly I would have brought the papers had the website stated this. It doesn't.My bigger issue? There are plenty of people as well as CHILDREN and other pets that go into these stores and guess what? They're not requiring people to show papers to prove they have been rabies vaccinated. These same animals could attack and bite anyone in that store and it'd be the same outcome. Rabies. Make this make sense. So they care more about their employees in grooming than they do about the countless customers they have everyday and their children?? Is that how it is? I fully intend on contacting corporate as well.

I like this store but the prices are super high. The cats are cute to look at and all the other animals seem well taken care of. Great selection of food and toys. They have everything you need for a pet. Stay is helpful.

Over, and above all other pet stores!Because PetSmart stocks their shelves, has a great selection, and is kept in a very tidy manner!Mostly, we shop at PetSmart because we can depend on its employees! Clean store as to be expected. They carry most of the necessities for your average pet. There are usually some good items on sale and for the most part the prices are competitive. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable, so they can answer most questions.

They were able to get my pup in for grooming even after confusion with paperwork for rabies vaccine. (Make sure you take the paper, not the tag!) They did a great job.

I use the grooming dept. Always do a good job and my pooch is never upset about the experience afterward. Only issue is it is sometimes hard to plan around when he is going to be done because there is never a constant time when he will be done due to some of the walk in services they do, which seems to push back the time your dog is finished. Sometimes I'm told about 1 1/2 hours sometimes up to 2 1/2 hours. That makes it difficult if you have other things to do that day. Seems best if you can avoid the heavy weekend schedule and do it during the week. Sat and Sun are a bit chaotic and busier.
