Features a wide selection of animal health and related products for your pets at home, to large farm animals. They have helped me tremendously with my 14 year old Yorkie~Poo, who has gotten finicky with her eating. They have also helped me with a feral baby kitten & he is happily living inside & just turned 5. The staff is very knowledgeable & they take their time with you. A huge "Thank You" to "Martha" for all of her help over the last 5 years & to "Ann," as well.

I get adventure plus dog flea treatment here for the summer. I like that the product I get has minimal chemicals for my dogs and works well with less money and cancer worry. So far it works well for us!

They shipped the same day even though I ordered about 4 pm, and my order was perfect. FYI, there was a $15 FOB shipping charge for a 5 lb item, although they claim 11,000 items with free shipping for an order over $75. 5 stars for the super fast shipping and accuracy.

Products available is great but, we just got a new fawn and I ordered her stuff 5 days ago and I received a tracking number 4days ago and everytime I try to check the number FedEx has no record or that said number. I spent over $100 on formula and supplements she needs badly and I don't even know if they are on the way or what is going on.

They have everything you need. The staff is super friendly. They make sure to have stock, there is non of this "well maybe next truck" garbage. THEY HAVE IT. Just wish there was one closer so our drive wasn't as long to get there.

I love PBS but I just tried to change my method of payment. You cannot do that on line - you have to call. I also could not manage my auto ship on line. Chewy and Smartpack make it so much easier!!

I really like the store and the staff was friendly, but I thought that it was difficult to find some of the things that I was looking for. The staff was willing to help, but seemed surprised that I didn't figure it out on my own or have an idea of exactly what I wanted to buy ( I was shopping for items for a new pet). I felt a little uncomfortable, and like maybe this store is more for the experienced, seasoned pet owner. I will try again on another day and see if a more positive experience is yielded.

I have been a customer at PBS Animal Health for many years now. Overall the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a pleasant experience shopping there. You can get some great deals from their clearance racks. There’s something for every pet owner here, a good selection of high quality feeds. I mainly shop for my horses here. They are one of the few Buckeye Nutrition distributors around. I never had good experiences ordering feeds from them though, so I would stay away from that option.You can purchase dog tags here and also vaccinations.They are willing to help if you need assistance getting your merchandise into your vehicle. If you are getting a lot of livestock feed you can back up to their loading dock and they will throw it in your truck bed/trunk for you.They also welcome leashed pets! My dog loves going here and receiving treats.

First experience here was terrible. The cashier forgot to give me my card back on Saturday afternoon. Never attempted to flag me down during the 5 minutes I sat in the parking lot after I left. Never bothered to call me with the phone number we 'had to provide for us to even start the transaction. She was so worried about me signing a receipt that she never thought I should get my card back. Terrible experience and will not be returning. Toss my card in the trash for me, thanks.

This was our first visit to PBS. Amazing store and customer service. The manager was very helpful to us in finding healthy, nutritious food for our kitten. We also found a good supply to feed our outdoor birds and chipmunk. Will definitely shop there from now on.

I had an emergency situation with one of my animals, and this is the only place that carried the product I needed. I got here after driving an hour, and found out they closed early. I contacted them via Facebook, and they responded quickly. They actually contacted someone to reopen the store and get me what I needed. Thank you so much!

We order from PBS quite often, so when we were in the area we decided to stop. The store has many of the same items they have in their catalog and online. We were able to get some of the things we would have needed to order later in the year, without having to pay for shipping! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Awesome store to shop for your pet needs and not just dogs and cats but large animals like horses, cows, goats and sheep. Also has wild bird foods. You can get your dog tags here as well. Employees are very knowledgeable about all products and your animals. Highly recommend them!!

I do not recommend them. I ordered penicillin from them for my sick horse that needed it as it was back ordered everywhere else and was told over the phone it would ship Friday just to be lied to and it was shipped Monday and I explained to them that I needed it for my very sick horse. Well today NOV, 30, 2021 I said goodbye to my horse. It is not easy to say goodbye when if I had them meds the day I was supposed to have them he would still be here.

I love this place! I buy things for my cats from time to time, and everyone is always so very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the wonderful gal who helped me today, and thank you for explaining about the various types of cat food and what they contain. Will be buying their food here from now on.
