Please go to any other store. I would rate the Massillon location a zero if I could.They would not honor the displayed price on the item that had been labeled like that for months. The gentleman that had originally been helping me with the item was very kind. I found their mistake and should have been given the displayed price. This is not the first problem I have had with this store.

Always love Menards. There are store employees there to actually help you look for something. When it's not their department, they find the correct person for you. Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly, warm environment. Perfect for all year ur home improvement needs.

in this place they do not help you find what you are looking for. they only tell you there is not what you are looking for but they do not give you other alternatives how to search on the internet or in other stores you have to tell them so that they decide to do it. Well, same thing at the checkout Mrs. Kesey you ask her something and they call the manager or supervisor called Jen the lady says you don't have to go back to the station to place the order but she never announces over the loudspeaker they didn't make you wait half an hour to just say there is not and not even a sorry for the delay. Meanwhile, this Mrs. Kesey moved the things to the floor, some in the car and others on the floor, but on the other side, I don't want all the products together in the photo that I put below, you'll see, when we paid for everything we saw that one sheet was damaged and I told them that they change it for me, well it was their fault when they damaged it by dragging it but they went and brought another one only it was not the same and we asked them to change it they said it was the same but not the color was the same, they went for another one the same and no it worked my husband had to go look for it and in 2 seconds he came back and told them if it is the correct one and that my husband does not work in that place. what I mean is that they should have a better attitude towards the client, perhaps we will let the bad mood of a worker go by, but 4 people are sad that they do not like her work. Sorry if I write a lot. good luck to everyone

Traveled to the Massillon store to purchase a smoker that was the last one in stock, the unit was scratched, dinged and a couple of dents, I asked the dept manager if this was the last one left for sure and he said yes it was and there was no discounts for damaged merchandise! I asked if he could discount it 10% because of the damage and he said no it was the last one take it or leave it that someone else would buy it if I didn’t! I guess some guy on a power trip decides if they sell a smoker or not! Lowe’s it was for me, more professional people that were a lot more pleasant to deal with! Oh and the young lady at the customer service desk at Menards could care less about customer service she told me when I asked for the manager that he had no say on the departments only the department personal could help with anything!

Purchased carpeting and padding, really good pricing for quality! The recommended installers they have are very fair with pricing as well and picked up the carpet for me and installed it less than 2 days after calling them, and cleaned up extremely well before leaving, will definitely be using Menards and their recommended installers for any future home projects.

An abysmal shopping experience end to end. Inexperienced, unhelpful staff. Items that cant be touched to take to the register. The register cant pull items or have them brought up. Items that were sold as "kits" but were actually collections of other SKUs that you couldn't see on their app or website, until someone created a "pull order" for them.If I ever have to get something from Menards again it will be ordered online and picked up, but otherwise I would prefer every time to go to Lowes.

We went to Menards to shop cabinets.Kyle and Haley were working there, Kyle helped us get a kitchen design on paper and made the whole experience top-notch. Kyle wasn't just helpful, he was experienced and fast with the CAD program and made adjustments to fit our exact needs.It really made the trip to menards worth every penny.Thanks Kyle!Everything else in the store was in good order and very clean.

It’s your typical Menards. If you’ve been to one you basically been to them all. Don’t get me wrong that’s definitely not a bad thing. I’d say the staff was helpful but I didn’t have any contact with employees besides the cashier. That’s okay too.. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. I’ve been here many times. Will keep shopping here with no issues.4/5

Great place. Found my toilet flush handle easy. Every thing is well marked. Didn't take any time to find some one. They found me and the store was busy.I bought a new shower and toilet. It is great. I cant get out of the bathroom. Nov. 22 2017.

Every time I go here the people are kind, I see workers jumping through fire to help almost any customer. When you walk in they assign an employee to help you shop while you are there, usually they offer you a drink and I always get the sparkling water. I ordered a tub last month and the employee helped me bring it to my house and install it, then they remodeled my baby’s nursery. I love coming here ever since they implemented this personal shopper movement.

Huge fan of Menards. The sales aren't the best all the time. Some items are only a few dollars off so you can buy anytime. They just offer so much more than Lowe's and home depot. I only wish it wasnt 45 minutes away to the closest one.

Personally, I would rather shop Menards than Home Depot. They are so much more than just the regular hardware store items. Their prices are pretty good too.

1st review, Menards is where i compare prices and check deals. With the rebates you could beat other online site's and box store retailers.2nd review, 2017 black Friday shopping. Every year they are one of our must stops. But this yr the line was back to the chain restaurant on the street. So we came back later in the day.

Made a special trip to buy bolts and nuts and the matching size won't thread together. Have to go 40 min out of the way to return them. They were the only ones in that size they had.

My wife and I were just tonight approached by a young girl that works for Menards. We had our 8lb dog in the basket, wrapped in a jacket. The young girl rudely approached us. Stating that there are no dogs allowed in the store, and that we needed to leave immediately. Basically we were being kicked out of the store for having our dog. She never once asked us if our dog was a emotional support dog, or a servicedog of any kind. But just the way she approached us was out of line and uncalled for. I often spend many dollars on projects that I get involved with. I guess I will spend my money at lowes as they seem to be relaxed, and rational minded people, concerning dogs.On our way out, we stopped at the front desk to report the young girl for her rudeness. We described the young girl to the manager as being very young with very long hair. Her very long hair is distinctive, but he asked if we got her name. And we did not, because we were going to just leave. But it really upset my wife, so we stopped to complain, but the manager didn't really seem to care about her attitude and so we have just decided to not spend anymore money at Menards.We urge any other dog lovers or service dog handlers to spend your money elsewhere as well. We have never been approached with such rudeness anywhere else.

It was not a good trip first the security was rude because I forgot my mask in the car after I walked back out to my car to get my mask they said my two year old couldn't come in! Now the reason I went to Menards was they had the flooring half the price as what I was going to pay at lowes. Well I left my cart full of what I needed at Lowe's and ran to Menards after being denied entry twice I get in and they didn't not have what I come for even though it said online that they did but they no longer carried it so I asked for a manager. The manager would not give me anything for the price listed or even a discount so I could not finish my project! Oh and as I'm standing there my girlfriend sends me a pic of every employee without a mask on! Great job not helping me Menards oh and Lowe's was now closed but I went back anyway and Lowe's let me in to get what I needed and gave me a discount!! Thank you Lowe's you are awesome I can now finish my project I will no longer shop at Menards Lowe's gets my money from now on!!!😋

Enjoy shopping here. Things I don’t want to stop at Walmart for… I grab here before I go home. It’s right by where I live and convenient.I find a lot of items cheaper than Walmart as well. They have a large food, frozen and snack section, health and beauty, housewares, pet supplies and pet food. Pretty much everything you can imagine. You can get a rebate on everything you buy… just don’t forget your receipt and a slip to get the rebate. They also have a good food truck that sits right out side the doors where you can get a ice cold drink before you leave.

The Pro-Rib steel panels, gable pieces and ridge cap were exactly what we needed to replace our old garage roof. Menards had everything we needed from start to finish on this project!!

my husband was the AM for hardware, I seriously enjoyed everyone here and I didn't even work here, he never dreaded going to work which was so weird for him, he was always happy. and this place has taught him so much that he can take on our journey to Florida with us, and for a store that's only local to certain areas.. OPEN SOME STORES DOWN SOUTH.!Id recommend this place for so many people. they're very nice and actually pay attention to the guest and treat them with respect regardless of how they're treated. and you cant beat there prices.

There no pet policy forces me to shop somewhere else! FYI Lowe’s and Home Depot both allow and LOVE pets! As a matter of fact both have biscuits at the check out for my four legged family! I guess they will be getting my business! I’m sure my couple of bucks is not going to make a difference for n the bottom line of Menards but they definitely lost me as a customer!!!

Menards is one of the only stores in our are that carries above ground pool supplies. Plus almost everything else you can think of. This store always has tons of staff around, willing to help and engaged with customers.

We drove from Wooster looking for a dryer vent cleaning kit. We had called ahead and were told they had three in store. When we arrived, we had never been to the store previously. They had a map and naturally headed to the washer/dryer area. When we were unable to locate the kit we were told it would be in plumbing. An associate in that department helped us locate it and we found what we had came for totaling $30.Very thankful for the amount of associates on hand that were helpful so we didn't wander for hours. The store was huge with lots to offer. Prices ranged on many things, which I find helpful depending on what you can afford.
