The main store employees were awesome however management is seriously lacking. Very rude and lazy and this is including upper management. Was trying to make a return and they would not even look at my item. Asked to speak to store manager and he didn't even seem interested in doing anything other than give snide comments. Called another store who said this was uncalled for. Went back in gave the other store managers name and they finally helped me. Needless to say I will not be using this location again any time soon.

Clean store, well organized, just like every other retail chain store. The employees are friendly and helpful when you find one. I needed assistance with what I was buying, and it took about 5 minutes to find someone. Once I found an employee, he was super helpful and got me sorted quickly. I went to the self checkout like I usually do, and the cashier rang me out just like a normal checkout, which was nice.

I love this Lowe’s! The employees are always so helpful and don’t treat you like an inconvenience. I will happily drive the few extra miles to shop here for building materials. (Which is A LOT!)

Purchased a hot water heater recently. The young lady was helpful in trying to locate the model I found on line but couldn't locate so she upgraded to a better unit that was in stock and kept the price the same,plus it was delivered free the next day. The previous tank was purchased at Menards and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue I had with it. Strongly considering taking my future business away from them and using Lowe's as my primary source of supplies. Footnote; Richmond hot water tank lasted five years,made by Rheem. Don't waste your money as Rheem would not do anything either.

Lowes is always nice. Clean and well stocked. Picked up some early Halloween decorations and some nails. Self checkout was the only option available. Possibly because the cashiers were all grouped together, chatting about other employees. Actually had to walk around them to get out the door. But I still love the place 😊

This place has everything you need to build in home, remodel outside the home, or just update your home with new things. Plants are reasonably priced and none looked like they was dying. Great prices, friendly staff, and lots of parking.

If you need flooring, RUN AWAY from this place. My entire experience was an absolute disaster. No one was ever working in the flooring department, therefore I was dealing with people that told me they had no idea what they were doing because it wasn’t their department. That should’ve been the first red flag. I paid for a rapid install, and selected carpet that I was told by several employees it was in stock. Lo and behold, it was not in stock and had to be shipped to the installer, therefore negating any possibility of the rapid install that I paid for. Every time I requested resolution at the store level I was told I would receive a call back, and almost always did not. I spoke with the manager, Jason and he said that he would speak with my husband when he arrived at the store to provide resolution , and then refused to speak with him once he arrived. This has got to be the most incompetent store I have ever had the displeasure of working with on ultimately a 1 bedroom carpet install. I’m leaving out a lot of detail for brevity. But do yourself a favor and head over to Mark’s carpet and vinyl for your flooring needs instead. After one phone call with him, I was scheduled for an install for this Friday with way better pricing, despite Lowe’s “free install” promo. I will never use this Lowes store for any of my home improvement needs ever again. Nothing but a joke with a major change needed from management the whole way down.

If you are only going to have self-checkout open, don't pay creepers to stand there and stare and move around your customers as if they are stealing something. The young man made us overly uncomfortable today as he made us feel as if we were stealing every item we scanned. Unacceptable. Pay him to watch from a camera or pay people to work registers.

Went to buy a paint sprayer their app told me to go to this store and it didn't ring up right. Cashier was going to give it to me but front end manager came over and said they would not honor the price. Said I had to buy it online to get it at that price because of shipping (which I had the sprayer in the cart at the checkout)it was close to closing so after they excused me from the line I got on my phone and it said I could purchase it for the sale and go back in the store and pick it up. They had locked the doors 5 minutes early so I had to go back next day. 21 miles. My advice don't deal with Lowes unless you have to. They advertise a price match guarantee online or other stores. Obviously it's a lie!

We stopped at the Lowes in Massillon, OH. I was only there for a few minutes to get some Blackeyed Susan plants. They still had a lot to choose from. This was the first time I visited that store. The young man at the register was nice and polite.

Ordered refrigerator and dryer, told it would be delivered on a Wednesday (took day off work), they never showed. Called at 2pm to get someone saying it would be there Friday. Called Thursday eve to verify, no one in the Massillon store seemed to know what was going on...poor poor service.If you really had good customer service... someone from your store (massillon lowes) would have called... you store "manager" would not even come to the service desk to engage in conversation with me, believe his name was Jason.

After trying Menards, I definitely recommend Lowes! I can look things up on line, get the item's exact location, print out the list, or put it in my cart and use my phone in the store. They have a wonderful app to find things. A gentleman came by and ask if I needed help finding anything.I didn't need help because I had looked things up. I had to return several items that I did not need, and that was a good experience; pleasant, respectful service at returns. I have no complaints, highly recommend.

We've spent tons of money at this store in the last 4 years since moving to Ohio. Have had some ups and downs but things generally worked out. Requested an estimate last month for having a fence installed or maybe even DIY-ing it. Was told that with the estimate if we decided to DIY it rather than have it installed we would at least have an idea of the materials we would need. Got a verbal estimate with a promise of a written estimate. Waited 3 weeks. (Deleting a lot of detail for brevity). Sent an email, made a phone call. Got an email with nothing but the total on it. Nothing about materials, nothing about labor. Nothing about anything, except how much I needed to pay. By comparison another professional company gave us a very detailed estimate: materials, labor, timetable, warranty, etc. Guess who we're choosing? Lowe's dropped the ball on this one. Big time.

Their was a older guy at checkout who was rude when I ask if he could help me with a question. Before I could say anything he started to raise his voice that their not contracters and their nothing that he can do to help. Some girl at the pro desk sitting thier started laughing at me. All I wanted to know if someone could see if they had more stingers for stairs available I wasn't being rude and he was not nice. When I left to get what I could for my project with not everything I needed he made fun of me and stared to tell me I didn't have the right stuff and mocked me it was uncalled for and he had no idea what I was doing I'll have to shope at the lows in Massillon not north Canton to avoid this guy and girl. Most people their are nice not those two.
