I just experienced the rudest employee ever. Today is November 30th and I was just in there. The lines were big and they opened another register and the employee kept saying the f word over and over. Very very rude.

I was just in this location… standing in a line with ONE cashier open with a line of people and the cashier had a HORRIBLE attitude… her name is Kal….. while the other cashier stood behind her watching her and sniffing her drink and texting rather then jumping on a register to help … terrible customer service. Do better. Everyone is short workers right now at least be kind …….

Best Dollar Tree around. Employees are nice, helpful, and always greet you even when they are busy. Clean, well stocked and always a good selection of seasonal items. Prices are cheaper than everywhere else and everything is $1.25 Other stores you have to guess on price of merchandise or get shocked at checkout.

This Dollar Tree store is awful. I frequent quite a few. There's a difference between being overworked and understaffed, and just flat out lazy. First, the store is oddly dark. You can't see anything. The aisles are flooded with stocking boxes, the shelves are bare and honestly, the employees aren't that professional. In fact, on my last trip to this particular store, my cashier shouted at me that he wiped down his station, then as I was paying with my card, he belched. All I said was, 'how ya doin.' I know Dollar Tree isn't some high class store, but like I mentioned, I frequent a few different ones, where the employees are chipper and the store is clean/organized. The one located in Massillon Marketplace is so much nicer.

Very disappointed with this location. They are turning it into a dollar tree plus so not only are things not just 1.25 they are now anywhere up to 5 bucks a piece. If I wanted to pay 5 for something I would go to dollar general or family dollar where the quality is better. Just sucks used to love this store not so much anymore.

This is one of my favorite places for gift wrap, gift bags, and cute seasonal merchandise. They also have a great selection of name brand cosmetics, nail polish, and hair care. Along with plenty of snacks, candy, canned and frozen foods. Plastic and glasswares galore! The best thing about all this? Everything in the store is just $1.25! What's not to love!

The Dollar Tree has a wide variety of items, including a nice selection of grocery items, housewares, greeting cards, holiday decorations, and more. Many of the items are even name brand, and most importantly, the prices are great!Despite having minimum floor coverage, as is the standard for dollar stores, the customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The store is fairly clean, well organized, and well kept up, which is a major challenge for dollar stores. The store seems to be somewhat dark, as if there isn't sufficient lighting, but maybe this helps them keep the prices low. I did look up at the lighting and all of the bulbs were working, so this isn't a case of employee neglect.On 8-23-17 I visited the store and bought dish soap, light bulbs, and some kitchen scissors. I was waited on by Brian, who was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.My rating is based on how this establishment compares to other establishments within the same category, industry, franchise, or business model.

What a joy to shop here before work. The store is always very clean and we'll stocked. The biggest bonus is being greeted by the gal that welcomes everyone that enters the store with a cheerful, "Hola" which means hello ín Spanish. I haven't gotten her name, but her employer is so blessed to have her as an employee. She said she had been at the store for 10 years, and was blessed with a fantastic boss. She was very helpful and kind and made me feel like I got a great start to my day. Great bargains here. Check them out.

Lots of selections. Everything is $1.25, so at least I can figure out how much I’m going to spend before I check out. A lot off of brand things, that work with it just as well as the brand name. For example, their off brand legos for my kids, work with the over priced brand name legos. You can’t even tell the difference.

Wonderful experience during shopping at Dollar Tree today. Heidi is such a kind person. I stopped to pick up birthday balloons for my ill father. Heidi assisted with my purchase and show such gracious, sympathy for our family.

The only problem was there wasn't enough buggy, my daughter in law had to carry her 2 year old. I am 71 and we had to carry our items. We found some buggy by the last reg hidden we took one. I really love the store. Most of the time you guys are great.

It was crowded but still love the store and the employees were busy stocking shelves and the coolers which added to the crowded spaces. I found exactly what i needed and got checked out in a very quick timely manor. Will always recommend this dollar tree.

They have really good stuff there!! I got a bunch of Christmas gift bags at 50% off for Christmas 2019. They look as nice as what I'd get at Target or Walmart!! The employees are polite and helpful if you're having trouble finding an item too.

For whatever reason this location opens 1 hour earlier than all the surrounding dollar trees. They open at 8am while the others open at 9am. However on Sundays they all open at 9am. Seems like this is one of the bigger dollar trees in the area as well.

They have many products that are not just convenient for you, but it lasts longer than Higher Brand's. Ex: a 10.75 oz of Lysol cleaner makes you 5 Gallons of it. That's a Great Bargin!!!

My wife and I shop at this location very often. They always have a good up to date selection to choose from and their cashiers offer great customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Store is very clean & they try to make it as safe as possible for customers during this pandemic they have disinfectant to wipe carts or baskets down with they have plastic covering the credit card machines so they can be wiped down easily & they have plexy glass up to protect the cashier & customers they also have the social distancing tape on the floor & it being a dollar store you can't find a better deal but you have to keep in mind it only cost a dollar so you can't expect luxury items but mostly they're products atleast do what they say & last like you'd expect for a dollar not the best but will do the job till you can afford to replace it with a better product. I always buy my toothpaste there they have close up & colgate products the same size as other stores for much cheaper same with tooth brushes carmex is only a buck compared to double that at store like Walgreens or even walmart

Honestly, big selection and still can't believe it's only a dollar. These stores are forgotten about a lot and shadowed by name brand items but this really is a great place to go if you're saving money, looking for diy items for a project, and/or more .
