The worst store ever . They always close 3 hours early and out a paper sign on the door while someone is clearly parked and is there . Also I do doordash and pickup from here and they claim they have no idea what I’m talking about . The just put a sign on the door again today that says cash only . They ibbiiidly don’t want business and are rude to people . I’m trying to do my job and they’re acting incorrectly.

This place is extremely unorganized. Inventory just everywhere and the isles are horrendous. They also randomly close early, and I’m talking hours early. This happens quit a bit.

When you can find the store open the product isn't put out on the shelf it's either in a big cart or still in the back room.

Horrible, nothing is ever stocked. Everything is still in the boxes on fully packed carts everywhere you can barely get around. They closed for a little and I thought they were getting the store put together but nope. I've never seen anyone actually putting the stuff away. I don't understand how they're still open. Blows my mind

I wouldn't even give this store one start if it was an option! They're always closed and they never have people that actually wanna work. They always have carts in the aisles which is a safety hazard, and they never have anything stocked when they are open. This place is pathetic and I think they need someone who actually knows what they're doing cause the manager Jennifer obviously doesn't have a clue what she's doing! This place puts all dollar general's to shame

If I could I would give the store a zero star it does not deserve a five this store is always messy items are always on the floor it's hard to walk in the aisle or even push a shopping cart this store is not organized on the days they are supposed to be open they're just randomly closed. I feel like the store should be neat organized clean and you can walk in the aisle without a problem it's always cluttered.

I'll give it 3 stars.Reasons being is they're hard workers here with great retail experience that deserve much better the other is because the manager runs the store with working nonstop and doesn't quite give her employees equal hours as other Dollar General locations. I feel this location needs a new change in management and one that can equal give employee's what they are looking for in employment other then that it's a great site now that the movie theater is open again so you can stock up on snacks.

This store is MESSY. ALL the time. I thought it might get better once they settled after the move and it hasn't. I cant walk through an isle without knocking something over because it was sticking out of a shelf. I went in for a home good item and couldn't find it, even after wondering around the store for 10 minutes. 3 employees were working and none of them were masked, which really just shows a lack of care for their customers.Will probably never shop at this location again.

Bathroom had been shut down for almost an entire year, nothing becomes available when you need them to be the most, the only self checkout lane breaks at the literal worst times possible, and you are having to go someplace else just to even get a single 2 liter cola cheaper

I love this store. Has everything you need for a quick bread and milk run. School and craft supplies. Best prices on housewares such as rugs and blankets. And the home decore is so nice and priced right. Always shop here first to see if they have what I'm looking for. The employees are nice and helpful.

I can't give more than one star. In a tough spot this is normally my go to spot until you get there and they always seems cluttered or closed. I liked it better when it was next to Save a lot in Massillon.

For a new store, it's not the most organized but I've never witnessed a DG that was not pristine. Employees there, are polite and attentive. For a quick convenient pick up of items I highly recommend. The reason for the 4 stars is the disarray within the store.

This review was from last year. And re edited today when wife went to get some items. October the 4th 2021..Things still have not improved here .This is the most un kept Dollar General store i have ever visited. Items strewn all over the floor.Boxes of unopened merchandise blocking access to items for sale. Many items are not priced.Very dirty windows doors and floor.I will not shop here any ..longer. I will drive another mile to a better maintained Dollar General... Update.a year later.. Today 10-4-21 .Wife went to get items today at 10 a.m. a person came to the door and told her that they are closed. . The aisles are still jammed up with unpacked merchandise. Shelves are empty. So. Why don't they just close the damn store permanently. We are definitely not ever trying to Shop here again.

...got spoiled juice and returned it for another one...I took the chance again. They don't check the dates of their cooler liquids. Very dirty and merchandise is strewn all over. Clothes are not folded up and 'zoned'. Store needs someone to love it. Employees know nothing!! It seems a personal judgment call instead of store policy to right a discrepancy.

Although that Location is not in use, I actually was visiting another business. I go to the New store on Cherry by the freeway. They're still trying to get the store in order. But seems as though the demands of goods is bringing them truck loads and they can't get it in store and shelved quick enough. They Are Hiring Good People. I believe I was told 10$ an hour. Don't quote me on that.

If I could give negative stars I would, this store is never stocked with anything except what vendors stock, it’s dirty, stuff laying all over the isles, but the kicker is they’re rarely open and when they are it’s only open half a day(I live across the street and see it for myself), this store needs shut down..pathetic excuse for a department store smh

If zero stars was an option, they would get it. Place is a mess. Instead of products being on the shelves they're in your way , stacked on carts down every aisle. Instead of anyone trying to get it together they sit in the office or hang out outside. I suggest any other place to shop for what you need.

Only person I saw working the register was very polite so I give him a 5. The store is fairly new and the condition is a mess inside. Merchandise is scattered all over the place on the shelves and new stock is just sitting in the isles.

Absolute disaster. Stuff everywhere, metal music blaring over speakers, and couldn't even get through aisle. Came for door dash order and had to cancel because I couldn't find anything

Most of the MALE employees are super nice but one young girl acts like she has been locked in a basement for years and hasn't seen a soul. Then there is the older woman who will continue to talk on her PERSONAL phone while ringing you out.

Always very messy. Door handle is missing a part, so be careful you don't cut yourself on the massive bolt sticking out. Staff is friendly SOME days. But they never know which sales are in effect.

Looking forward to improvments...this location compared to other DG is poor! Very low lighting stock is very messy floor dirty ...they did improve the coolers it seems..management must not care...cashiers are very nice and helpful ! But clean up the place management!

This store could be much cleaner and there is virtually no customer service as it seems to be understaffed, which is to be expected I guess. There are many items very cheap that can be picked up if you can find them.

They have lots of stuff, but the store isn't very clean. My first impression was it was going out of business, but no, it was just very messy.
