Staff is always friendly. Big parking lot and easy to get in and out of. Great store for quick stops to grab a few items. Prices are low but you can get many of the same great products you would at the bigger box stores that charge more. Location is great and was much needed for the area.

This store is always a nasty mess. Boxes laying everywhere overflowed with clearance items. They have aisles that are barely passable. Everything appears to always be a chaotic mess everytime I visit here.Unlike every other Dollar General they do not have point of sale systems that accept NFC payments. Which means Apple and Samsung pay are not accepted. So yesterday I had to leave without any merchandise.It looked like the $1 dish soaps were diluted. (Pictured below)The only kind words I have about this location are that the staff is friendly.

Stopped here on my way home from work. I work in Orville. The lady that rung me up was the rudest lady I ever dealt with there. I informed her that what I was buying was not ringing up correctly. I showed her the label where the price was marked. So when we get back up to the register she threw my change in my hand and walked away. I understand she probably hadn't got laid in a long time but she definitely doesn't need to have that kind of attitude with someone who is paying her paycheck

This store is not stocked loads of stock are piled in the store , I feel it is a fire hazard, too I told the cashier she needed some help,she said yes they do, but my question is when no one was at the register why was she just sitting? You have time to sit you have time to work!

They said they need help but wont hire ppl who actually want to work , the store is always closed and always so messy and unorganized and HUGE FIRE HAZARD things in all the isles and always out of everything, when ppl are out smoking instead of fixing these issues.

Has a lot of good deals, I like to stop in and pick up deals before I get grocerys. Then what they don't have I can get elsewhere. Always saves me money. Usually well cared for and clean. Helpful and willing to show you where stuff is or if they have it. Great to pick up stuff for kids party's.

More and more everyday either closing at 5:30 or 7 or 8 or sometimes not even being open. Corporate needs to do better for the employees.

Ryan was very helpful! Was able to find Hershey kisses for Christmas cookies. Only store in a 50 mile radius that had them. I come here all the time and staff is always friendly and helpful!

This place has a surprising assortment of products compared to most dollar stores my wife and I have been to. The staff are helpful and most have been there for the entire three years I've lived in the area so they know where everything is off the top of the heads. Great place to shop for that one thing your wife texted you to "pick up on your way home" that you've already forgotten what it is.

I know what I want and if they have it. So usually I get my cleaning supplies and toiletries here. Plus a surprise buy. Never know when you see something cheaper here than elsewhere. Love this store and the Employees are polite and sweet.

Very helpful cashiers...especially guy NickStore just needs some cleaning...old Bldg owned by nonexistent noncaring landlord who too cheap to fix their aircondioning..and do some upgrades...he is well known in this area for his negligence. But love the people there

The store is a complete mess. Carts full of products sitting everywhere boxes sitting everywhere shelves completely bare and empty the clothing aisle is absolutely a disaster.

Great location for a store for basics. Always seems out of order though. It’s almost like they are constantly in the middle of rearranging everything and always seem short staffed.

Great prices for Antifreeze!! $ 9.95 for the 50/50 and $14/15 for the regular. Which is straight antifreeze off course. Easy in and out for simple shopping.

A few of them need to get organized better. I feel for them dealing with customers while putting a truck load of groceries and what not Away. Clean when I went in.

Disorganized train wreck, they need to hire more help, the only person I saw was the cashier & her line was backed up, I felt bad for her, no wonder they can't keep help
