Great store. Very clean and neat. Some items very overpriced. Large sweet selection. They also have half of pies available. Fresh produce great selection of organic fruits and items. Customer service is nice and friendly. Very helpful employees and very knowledgeable

Whole Foods has amazing cakes, but the employees do not know their products. There was three different types of chocolate cakes and four different employees couldn’t tell me the difference between them. One lady even told me there was yellow cake in one which doesn’t even make sense, the label said “chocolate eruption cake” and then while standing in front of all four employees, I googled it myself and corrected the employee on what was inside of the cake.

While my wife generally like whole foods we have noticed some deceptive pricing tactics which we want to share with you . While the store made bread is very good and while they show the prices of each loaf type at the counter there are no actual labels on the bread. The person checking u out is supposed to recognize the loaf and charge accordingly . Twice in the last week we got charged 6$50c for loaves which were actually 5$49 and 4$99 at the counter . The salesperson didn’t recognize the loaf and charged the higher price to be safe. With so many different loaf types available it’s ludicrous to try and save money by not labeling the loaf. In reality I think it’s deception and whole foods need to stop this practice immediately in my opinion

Store is nice and people friendly, HOWEVER don't go here for Amazon returns. No one wants to help you and now they have moved it into the cafe so you're standing near people eating their lunch. Long line, box was full, they just sat a box of clear bags on the counter with a roll of tape for you to put your returns in. It's like they really don't want you to return Amazon things here. They make it as UN-EASY and unpleasant as possible. Wasn't just me... everyone in front of me chose the SAD FACE when they were done and it asked how the return experience was on the Amazon kiosk. :(

I was here to purchase a birthday cake. I ended up buying a big chocolate cake for my work crew and a chocolate mouse cake for my family. Both were delicious and the bakery associates were so helpful.

I heard a manager talking extremely rude to an employee causing the employee to become visibly upset. When I asked the employee if they were alright the employee mentioned this wasn't the first occasion where the manager has treated them that way. Completely unacceptable. Will take my business elsewhere if that's how they treat their employees.

This is definitely one of my favorite places. Some things are a tad pricey but others like their 365 brand are totally affordable. Plus you get a discount of you have Amazon Prime, just bring it up on phone and the cashier will scan it.

How come whole foods market sell something like this?If you don’t cut it out, you wont be able to see it.I accidentally eat one of the other ones and had nausea and stomachache.I tried to contact them regarding this issue but they required receipt which i usually throw away. I thought they keep it in their system since i scan my amazon in-store code before purchase. Turns out they do not.Dissapointing experiance.I’ll be shopping from someplace else.

This is a nice location, could be expanded in my opinion but all and all great place to shop because of the people that work here. They have a nice size prepared food section and if you want to get some pizza sandwiches or sushi they have it for you. This is a nice place to get breakfast because the coffee is great here and the doughnuts are also tasty.

It's a smaller whole foods, it's still pretty good with items in stock. From produce/flora being towards the right, grocery in the center, dairy towards the back along with meat & prepared foods to the left. As well as their whole body section which is a tight squeeze but stuff there as well. Their produce tends to be on the lower side of being in stock. Not sure if no shipment or workers putting it out but occasionally there will be items not there.Other than that, their service is great. Lots of parking & seating area inside by the self checkout & outside.

Giving this Whole Foods a 3 stars. It is very clean, very organized but something I really need and look forward to (especially being from the east coast) is a constantly changing hot bar section. Every time I go into Whole Foods in mason, they have the same stuff over and over again. This is the best place around for an opportunity to have some wholesome lunch or dinner options on the go. After a week, there is nothing new. Also same goes for behind the glass where you can get pasta salad, etc, in containers.Also - The other week I asked for the kabobs and instead of telling me that they didn’t have them which he actually did, and gave a recommendation instead, he went on to tell me how short staffed they are.Just really looking for more because this is the main Whole Foods without going to Kenwood or West Chester.Hope you guys take this review with positive changes!

Whole Foods offers fresh and healthy food selections and a great vitamins and supplements selection. The employees are the real selling point, as they are always incredibly helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond for customers. The store is well organized, and it is easy to find items with the help of the salespeople. While the prices may be higher, the higher quality of the food and excellent customer service make it worth it.

Love the place for fresh organic fruit vegetables, fish, meat, and they have a wonderful bakery that creates wonderful creations. If you like Lox, try the Scottish style nova lox, it is better than the best joints in New York. Also great selection of smoked fish. My favorite grocery store.

This isn’t a very good Whole Goods store for USA standards. Very limited options of fresh food. Very few fresh food meals to go. The best part was the friendly lady at the self service checkout.

2022 November 23You should already be familiar with this premium grocery and its ties with Amazon, so I'm not going to explain any of that.This specific location in Mason Ohio, is a bit compact inside. The isles just barely allow two carts to pass as long as there's nothing poking over the edge of a shelf. The parking lot is similarly tight. The rent for the store space must be high and they must be trying to make use of every square inch of space.I'm not a regular customer, but this trip was largely successful in that I found what I was looking for, and escaped with the majority of my paycheck still in the bank. Yes, I gawked at the $80 per pound smoked salmon and poked around the 10 varieties of organic milk. But in the end I purchased some nice looking produce for our holiday meal and that was about it.The employees were helpful, and oddly proactive. I felt almost as though I was in a store with sales people who get commissions on sales. I guess I'm more used to grocery employees looking for a way to avoid/ignore customers.

I get all of my daughter's organic food from here and this store's employees are very helpful and understanding with my daughter's crying. She is a special needs girl in a wheelchair and deals with a lot of pain. The quality products and the extremely helpful service will keep us coming back for more.

This is definitely a smaller version of a whole foods. Came here for an Amazon return and to purchase some items. Out of the three people that I interacted with only one was friendly which was the cashier. The person handling Amazon returns kind of made me feel like a burden. An individual that was stocking shelves just gave me a glare and moved out of my way so I could walk around him. Definitely not a place I would frequent often, but they have items that can't be found anywhere else.Whole Foods replied to my comment, so I want to give them 5 stars because of their commitment to improving and customer experience. Thank You for caring!!
